This is my 2nd time purchasing a bed here and I would highly recommend. I needed a frame as well and Mark who is the nicest guy worked so hard to help me find the right one to match my headboard and love it. He also personally came to my house to set it up for me! By my own fault my headboard was the wrong size but he made it work. Great customer service, quality products at a reasonable price what more could you ask for.

This place is the best mattress place I have ever been to or purchased from hands down. Mark the owner is highly knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares about his customers listening and helping anyway he can to make this experience a pleasant one.My wife and I purchased a King Sized mattress and could not be happier with the quality and price! Sure you could go to a chain company and be pressured by salesman to buy something you probably don’t want anyways that’s out of control expensive or of bad quality. Or instead you could go see Mark at 1800Fastbed who has been in business for over 40 years selling quality mattresses. Bought a FUTON from the store. The salesman was very polite and helpful. The delivery guys came the next day and they were extremely nice and set up the FUTON quick and professionally. Great price and on time delivery. Just wished they would have taken away the boxes and packaging instead of leaving it in my driveway...but overall was happy with experience.

I recently moved from the United Kingdom and was in need of furniture rapidly. After having ordered a mattress from a bigger company, which I found out was out of stock on the day it was meant to be delivered, I cancelled my order and purchased a mattress with Mark and his company. The mattress was ordered one afternoon and delivered on the next morning, which happened to be holiday. No other company was willing to accommodate such an urgent request on a holiday. I am very happy with the mattress and the quality of the service of 1-800 Fastbed.
Excellent service, and so far, excellent mattress. I will update this in a few months/year with further results, but from purchase to delivery, they were amazing. Honestly, I didnt know what to expect, their website is dated and unreadable, and the name 1800 anything doesnt inspire confidence, but Mark was great in the showroom and his delivery guys were prompt (noon delivery, they got here at 11:50) and extremely courteous.
Whats not to like about Mark at 1800fastbed?As long as Mark is in business, I dont care if I move out of state. I will never buy a mattress from anyone else. Over the last 5 years I have purchased a few bed set ups from Mark and EVERY TIME I was ALWAYS 150% COMPLETELY SATISFIED... His honesty,prices and customer service are BAR NONE. If your in the market for a bed set up YOU ARE STUPID IF YOU DONT GO TO SEE MARK! Not only was the price and the quality unreal but even after they dropped off my king size mattress set and the guys set it up for me Mark called to make sure I was 100% happy with it. Last but not least, his delivery guys were very nice and did a great job not to damage my home and set it all up nice. They took the time to make sure I was happy. Every business nowadays should take a lesson from Mark..1800FASTBED IS THE BEST!!!
I needed a bunk bed and mattress in-a-HURRY... I came across this site, called and spoke to the owner, who was very nice and helpful during the whole entire process from the ordering and delivery, which was reassuring. He told me I would have my delivery the same day and gave me the time frame. The items were delivered as promised. The bunk bed and the mattress is as Mark stated, very good quality at a great price. Will never shop anywhere else for a bed! Went to Mattress firm over the weekend and the “customer service” and prices were ridiculous! We left and went straight to 1800fastbed, walked in and were greeted with a smile, asked what our needs were (buying our 4 year old her first “big girl bed”) and we were immediately shown a couple selections at INCREDIBLE prices!! A whole bed, including the mattress, box spring, frame and mattress protector pad was $100 cheaper and much better quality than JUST the price of a mattress at mattress firm. Will definitely be shopping here for all of our mattress needs and will recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you 1800fastbed!!

The BEST place to go for mattress! Dont waste your time anywhere else! I called a few days before going in, spoke with Mark told him what I was looking for. He was very helpful over the phone, explained everything and then called me back 5 minutes later with a set that matched what I had been looking for at half the price of other stores! I was in and out of his store in probably under 10 minutes. There was no attempt to up sell me or any other nonsense. Mattress set and 2 box springs delivered free the same day!! I tell anyone who will listen go see Mark at 1800fastbed!!
Just went back and purchased a king size Simmons beautyrest mattress set at a great deal had it delivered today they saved me over $400 and it was the same bed in another store This is why I sent family and freinds here they are great at helping people save money and very friendly thanks fastbed!!

I call 1-800-FASTBED. It was probably already 4PM. I spoke with Mark the owner directly. He was SO nice and helpful. I was stressed and you know how nice it is to hear Im taking care of it. 2022-01-18I recently moved from the Midwest to Brooklyn and was recommended 1800fastbed by a friend. Although the website and ordering process were unique to what I was used to, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The owner Mark was incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible with weekend delivery times. I received a quality mattress, box spring, and frame for less money than anything else I found online. It was so nice to be able to sleep on a real bed my first night in New York without needing to go to a store or wait for delivery. If you are in the market, give Mark a call and he will hook you up with what you are looking for for a great price! No complaints.

2022-03-31I had purchase a bed here for my grandpa, and he loves it , I spoke to the owner Mark he was really helpful he explained everything to me even when I told him my grandpa doesn’t speak English he said it was fine he sent guys over there and they helped my grandpa and communicated with him, i’m very satisfied with my purchase and great customer service. If you’re looking for a bed at last minute this is the place you go to ,you won’t regret it! The prices are amazing as well.

2021-06-21I moved to Brooklyn and was supposed to have a mattress delivered by another company in the city but then the order got delayed. I absolutely did NOT wanna spend the first night in my new apartment sleeping on the floor or an air mattress! Like nowhere around is doing same day mattress delivery with the pandemic and I didn’t have a truck to pick up a mattress. I called 1800Fastbed Mattress and relayed my tragic circumstances, and the owner told me he’d see what he could do. He called me back later and personally dropped my new mattress to my apartment. TALK ABOUT PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! He was incredibly kind and efficient, and hilarious. Not to mention this is honestly the best mattress I’ve ever had, and he recommended it!! I got a great deal on a name brand mattress, a fraction of retail price!! 100% recommend checking this place out!!

2020-10-28I called at 9:45 in search of mattresses for a bunk bed. By 12:00 my brand new mattresses were at my door. The salesman was very polite and informative. Im a bit indecisive at times and he was patient and not at all pushy. Great experience. I have one child who tosses and turns all night, she woke up and excitedly said she slept in one position the whole night. Both kids say they had the best sleep last night and they felt like they were sleeping on a cloud. I would recommend this place 100%

2019-12-13Wonderful! I ordered a bed from them just last night. They came over as quickly as possible to set it up and I love it. I got a great deal. The exact same mattress was for sale at another store for 1200 but I scored mine for 700 at this place.
