I should have posted this review sooner and will add photos eventually! Was looking for a sofa set for quite some time now. Most things were expensive or on back order. I walked into #1 Brooklyn Furniture, and Nabil was extremely helpful right away. He was attentive to everything I inquired on. He helped walk me through and understand the financing process and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very accessible with any other information I needed. Up until delivery, the process was easy breezy. I got a great sofa set (loveseat & 3 seater) plus he threw in this beautiful rug. Will definitely come back here again and recommend.

Nabil has gone above and beyond for us. We ordered a couch and chair and after we called him to confirm the date, he let us know the delivery time would be weeks away. He suggested another color (that we loved more!) and said he would have it delivered later on that week. He handled dealing with our impossibly rude building management and was flexible, kind and level headed. We will absolutely work with him again in the future. I can’t praise him enough.

Walked by this place hundreds of times without stepping inside. Finally came the moment that I needed a sofa and decided to take a look especially since most furniture places have very limited stock at this time.Nabil was amazing and super patient to show me all the stock he had. I purchased the sofa the and Nabil worked with me to have it delivered to my building the same day!I had made the mistake of not measuring the height of the stairwell and had trouble moving the sofa up to my apartment. Luckily Nabil had called to check in and I told him the situation. Nabil had set me up with a service that specializes in getting big furniture into small openings. He had the guy at my place in a couple hours and gave me a steep discount off the normal price because of the referral.All in all, Im super satisfied with my purchase and grateful to Nabil for his willingness to work with me and to make my purchase a positive experience!

I was in a bind to get a sleeper sofa delivered within three days and called numerous furniture stores in the area, but nothing could be delivered before the end of the following week. I stumbled upon Nabils shop and he said he thought he could make this happen by Friday, that worked for me. Shockingly, he calls me the following morning and tells me my sleeper sofa is on its way!Nabil prioritizes customer service and will stop at nothing to make this happen. I am extremely happy with this new purchase and will use him again and again!! Hes wonderful to work with!

This place is excellent. I was cynical at the beginning (the photos in the google are no West elm or CB2). Still, it became one of the most satisfying shopping experiences that I have had so far. The owner, Nabil, is amiable and fair. He offers the best price. If you find a piece of furniture that you like, you probably will be happy with the quality too. The gentlemen who run the delivery system are also wonderful. They managed to bring a large sofa into our small apartment very smoothly. Rarely do I take the time to actually write a review, but in this case I feel like I have to. my wife and I recently moved into the neighborhood and needed some bedroom and living room furniture, and browsing around on Google I found this store and couldnt believe how great the reviews were, so naturally I had to go check it out. best idea Ive ever had, immediately upon meeting the owner Nabil, he was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. I quickly found a couch for a good price, but unfortunately the bed I saw on his website was no longer available. for two days Nabil and I texted back and forth, while he tirelessly looked around to find something that we liked in our price range. within a couple days he was able to find us a bed, and at that point I came back to the store to make the payments, and not only did he give me a great deal, but I also had the sofa in my living room within 2 hours of making that purchase, and a couple days later the bed he had ordered arrived as well. I recommend 100% Nabil and #1 Brooklyn furniture as the place to go.

It was all the little things that made this a 5 star experience! If I could give 10 stars I would. From the moment I walked in Nabil was super helpful and accommodating. He helped me get what I wanted and stay within my budget. My move was very hard for me and his little acts of kindness made this just a little easier to cope with. As far as the furniture I bought a bedroom set but it will not be available for 2 weeks Nabil made sure I had a frame and a mattress to sleep in until then. He even got his friend Vincent to delivery for me the same day. Vincent was also super nice and set up the frame and mattress for me. I can’t wait to get my bedroom set so I can update the review. Highly recommend--Nabil (the owner of the store) was friendly and communicative through the whole process, helped us identify loveseats and sofas that looked good and would be easy to move in and out of our apartment, and even called after the delivery to make sure that everything had gone smoothly! After a disappointing experience with Wayfair losing a sectional in transit after 3 weeks of delays my GF and I decided to try #1 BK furniture. The owner Naibil was very helpful assisting us in finding a sectional with a short ship time that suited our needs. He gave us a very fair price and we paid for the shipping/setup of the couch. Not only was the couch perfectly assembled in a short period of time but it arrived a day early (very unexpected given our experiences with big box companies during COVID). Our expectations were exceeded and we now have a new sectional, after weeks of sitting on an air matress because of our previous delay. My fiancée and I were looking for a new couch for our apartment. We saw this store in the area and decided to visit it. The owner was super nice and took the time to help us find our dream couch. He showed us a variety of couches, until we found the one we were looking for. He provided very fast delivery service (took 2 days to get it to us, especially during the week of the holidays! Which surprised my fiancée and me because it was fast). He stayed in contact with us to make sure got our couch. Delivery crew helped us bring down our old broke couch and assembled the new one couch! We are looking forward to return to get a new bed and other supplies from this store!

I was shopping for a new couch and went in this store Brooklyn Furniture and tried a few of them I found one that I really liked .I got a good price and the owner Nadil was very good for his word. The moving men came on time and were able to deliver through a 29 inch doorway .The couch looks even better in my home than in the store. Great experience here- super easy to select a couch and had a wardrobe custom built and shipped no problem. Unfortunately had to cancel the couch order but they were super accommodating and everything went without a hitch. Working with Nabil was such an easy and pleasant experience. I walked into the store looking for a bed and he helped me narrow down what would work best for me: budget, function, and schedule. Its always a bonus when the customer service is friendly and personable on top of helpful, which he absolutely is. Theres something to be said for face-to-face interaction when buying such important pieces for a home and Im so glad I stopped in here rather than hop online and cross my fingers I get something that looks like the picture. I cannot stress how easy and painless the entire process was! From shopping around to having it assembled and everything in between, I felt very well taken care of. *ps the delivery men were also great to deal with and were friendly and efficient.

Just had a really good experience at #1 Brooklyn Furniture last Sunday. My wife wanted to support a local business and found Nabil’s store online. We visited and bought a sectional couch that will fit our newly configured tight apartment. Nabil welcomed us and provided excellent, friendly customer service and a good price.The couch was delivered the following Saturday as promised, on time by a great team, Jose and Louis. I HIGHLY recommend this Family run furniture store!! Nabil was Amazing and so helpful with my daughters requests. We were making a cross country move, and doing all of the shopping from the internet was a bit difficult. Nabil kept the line of communication open and was always very prompt with his responses. For the items not available for our time line, he always had an alternate that was as good or if not better than our first choice. His son was so helpful with the delivery and set up. 2022-06-29My fiancé & I love this furniture store! They are so kind & we found the perfect bed, couch & table. I’m obsessed. Also, 2 light gold pillows. We will be back next week & the quality of their furniture is amazing. Our bed has LED lights around the frame. The table is made to get much bigger if opened & the couch is modern & comfy. We also received two big pillows. (The comfiest bed & & pillows ever) new fan of this place!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Even 2 years later he was so willing to help me find help to move the couch out of my garden unit (it needed to be broken down). Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for furniture!

Walked into this local store and were treated like neighbors and the inventory was just as good as the larger stores but it was on line for the most part. We trusted Nabil and we’re not wrong. Given all of the shipping delays, we weren’t expecting to get a couch so quickly, but Nabil has a ton of inventory and he listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect couch. We bought it on a Sunday and his team delivered it Tuesday. They were prompt, friendly and helped set up the entire couch and take out all the trash / broke down and removed the boxes. Great experience would definitely recommend!

2021-10-19I recently came to #1 Brooklyn Furniture because I could not find a closet of the size and set up I liked. I tried everywhere, including online, etc. I went to #1 Brooklyn Furniture as a last resort. Unbelievably, I meet Nabil who was very friendly and helpful. He told me that he could customize my closet to any size that fits my needs as well as style and colors. I was blown away. Then I thought, okay, its going to be expensive. Instead, I found a very fair price (less than what I would have paid for a stock item in another place that I didnt even like or could use). Bottom line...dont do what I did!
