Shevel was absolutely amazing. She took wonderful photos of our wedding and was so helpful and professional. We feel lucky to have met her.
Great to work with and was especially professional when dealing with my wedding party. He is a fellow Corpsman and his character shows that. I would definitely book him again. He is a Great value at the Price.
SCAM! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We hired that photographer and everything seemed to be great. We discussed a lot to make sure we made a right choice. There were several different packages, we took silver with photoshoot in City Hall and Brooklyn Bridge. it said you pay $75 up front as a deposit and the rest after photoshoot (we paid all balance right after photoshoot), that was confirmed with Mr. Alton through email. Also SD card supposed to be given to us after photoshoot, but he said he needed to work on pics and will email them to us. In couple weeks he sent us a link that pics are ready and we realized that we can take a look but can not download them! I texted him asking that and he said you have to pay extra $200 to get access for downloading! HE HAS NEVER TOLD US ABOUT IT BEFORE BUT SUPPOSED TO! HE JUST STATED YOU HAVE TO PAY! THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING THAT PHOTOGRAPHER FOR YOUR BIG DAY! I REALLY HOPE OUR EXPERIENCE WILL HELP SOMEONE NOT TO MAKE A MISTAKE AND PROTECT THEIR $$$, CUZ WE ALL EXPECT TO MAKE THAT DAY PERFECT WITHOUT ANY HUSSLE! By the way pics are ordinary, i usually make better myself! Also we are smart enough and didnt pay him:))
The timing was good..... the photographer was awesome.... she had this good vibe....just love... love.. love this service I would use them over and over and have no problem recommending the packages are afforded and it’s worst every dollar thanks for making my husband i day a better one❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Disappointed with the quality of pictures. Majority of pictures were duplicates (same position, black & white and/or color), subjects were not positioned properly, photos taken at odd angles, displaying our backs or the back of our heads. No garden picture as promised and no flash drive with pictures. We opted for no picture at the bridge.The pictures did not look like they were professional done. Photos looked like they were taken by an amateur. Service was not as expected.
Everything was perfect. Ailton Martín is a great photographer. The pictures are beautifull and a great memorie for my husband and me.

2018-10-23It is very rare these days to have your expectations exceeded but that is exactly what happen with Alton & Shevel Photography. I could never have imagined how important the photographs could be but when you see how beauty they are, and it is your friends and family in them, it makes me cry every time I look at them. Dont risk your photography to anyone else but Alton & Shevel. I have had several friends get married over the last couple of years and none of them had the kind of experience that I did with our photographer. They all think I just got lucky, but I say it was because I was smart enough to hire Alton & Shevel. They are a husband and wife team who seams in love because they were always hugging ever chance, they get at times I was wondering if they are the ones getting married LOL. They treated our day with the love and emotion they were showing each other. My family said good things about them and my family can be snobbish at times LOL.

2018-03-22Alton and his team was amazing, they interacted with all my guest and the set my wife at ease during the posed photo sessions. I have never seen my shy wife smiled and laughed so much in photos before. thank you for your photography service and the nice photo-booth attendant, she was so helpful with the older people who needed help at the photo booth.thank you, im recommending you to my friends

2018-11-01It was a great service his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!! My wedding pictures were done professionally. He captured every special moment and guided my husband and I through everything like letting us know when our number was called. He always answer his phone calls. He was very patient, kind, sweet and professional. Everyone loved our pictures Thank you so much for the memories. The photographer was awesome, I highly recommend him. 2018-03-07We chose Alton Martin to be the photographer for our wedding because he offered the best price by far.He went above and beyond for our small wedding in central park. He was punctual, professional, and great to work with. He paid great attention to detail, taking the time to get down and arrange my wedding dress for every shot. He wasnt afraid to lay on the ground or run into the distance to get the perfect picture.Alton gave us a SIM card with a bunch of photos the day of the wedding and we received the rest within two weeks. The pictures are gorgeous, everyone who sees them raves about how wonderful they are.We couldnt be happier with our experience and would recommend this photographer without hesitation. Thank you, Alton for the gorgeous photos to remember our wedding day!

2019-08-20Vincent was so easy to work with. He was very responsive with questions and emails to make sure we knew exactly what would happen the day of. We hate pictures, but he made us feel at ease and we had so many laughs. He was easy to talk to in person and we felt like we knew him longer than we did. Also good to note he sent our photos so fast before we even got home. They were better than we could ever imagine. We will recommend him to everyone we know.

2018-05-03Alton and his wife Shevel were amazing to us on our wedding day. Thank you for making our day memorable. He took the time out to pay attention to details. He took great care to fix my dress so that I can get that perfect look. The pictures he took of my rings made it look extra expensive that it really is. lol 😀. Shevel is a great Marriage officiant, She allowed us to say our own written vows during the ceremonyThank you guy, I will definitely recommend you to anyone needing a professional photographer.

2017-12-06I would recommend Alton Martin Photography. The entire experience was enjoyable. His wife, Chevelle, was our photographer that day and it was amazing. She was super communicative prior to getting to City Hall. We interacted as if we were old friends. The pictures are beautiful and represent who we are!

2018-06-20My wife and I had a great time using Alton and His wife Shevel to capture our special day. They were very comfortable to talk to from start to finish. I had some crazy requests but they tried to accommodate me on everything possible. Shevel is professional, she knows a lot of poses. We got our edited pictures on a private link and we just ordered all the prints we needed.Thank you guys for being there for us on our special day.

2019-10-02My husband and I had the best day ever thanks to Shevel!We came all the way from Israel to get married in Manhattan just the two of us and Shevel wasnt just our photographer, she was our family and friends at that day.. She was guiding and walking us through the process at the marriage bureau and supported us at our most exciting and intimate moments of marriage. She made us feel super comfortable in front of the camera (and its not easy for us..) and the photos are AMAZING!Thank you Shevel for helping us treasure these moments and memories in such beautiful photos.
