Im so happy and thankful that I chose NY1 Minute for my wedding ceremony and photography. From the very first phone call to the delivery of the absolutely stunning photos, Goran was always professional and very pleasant. He took time to meet and understand our wishes and our wedding day was truly fantastic. Nicola captured such beautiful memories . Everyone that viewed the photos are thrilled with the high quality. My wife and I eloped in November and found NY1 minute, Goran was great, took almost 1000 pictures in a total of 5 hours and came to the court house with us and meet us later in the day for more at BK bridge park. Pictures were great price was good especially on the short notice. Goran was great, very nice and funny and made us both feel very comfortable, and we had the pictures within 2 days. Also, he worked with our dog and That was no problem for him. Would recommend him for any body. Very professional and we are lucky to have found him and we are very happy with how it turned out. If you are eloping, or just in need of a great wedding photographer use NY1 minute. Thanks Goran you are the man.
Simple, easy and professional service. This was a very last minute decision made 2 days prior. Goran was on time (actually arrived earlier to check out the beautiful park), very engaging, professional and accomadating. Not one issue and my wife, 4 year old and I couldnt be happier with Gorans brief but delightful ceremony. Thanks again for making this 9-1-19 a special one! A+++.
I could not have asked for anything better! From beginning to end Goran was a blessing every step of the way. The entire process was so easy and he made sure to capture everything I was dreaming of on my wedding day. From personally meeting us to get us to city hall for our license, to the absolutely stunning flowers, to the ceremony, up to having photos in my hand within 48 hours. I highly recommend NY1 Minute Weddings!
We had NY1 minute help organise our special day. Goran was fantastic at communicating with us via email. He met us at the marriage bureau the day before and helped us organise getting the paperwork completed. On the day he was great, from the ceremony to the pictures. He even took us to his favourite coffee shop mid way through photos for a well deserved break. He then picked up our marriage certificate and delivered it to our hotel the same day. Super quick email link sent to our photo gallery and we were really pleased with our photos. Many friends have said they are fantastic and so different , which we both love. Thanks Goran, u really made our day!!
I chose a custom package. This included the LOVE ceremony, a makeup artist, a saxophonist, and a customised wedding album. I must admit that prior to the wedding ceremony, communication between Goran and I were great. He responded to my emails quickly. He was respectful, reassuring, and he did his best in making sure I got the ceremony I wanted. Due to terrible traffic in Manhattan, I arrived a few minutes late to Central Park. Another couple who booked that same area arrived, but Goran was able to convince the couple to take some pictures giving us a few minutes to have our ceremony (it was a short ceremony). After the ceremony, Goran and his son, Nikola took some lovely pictures of us around Central Park.Post wedding, communication became a bit of a strain. Our wedding album took 2 months to be mailed. And that would have been fine if he had been communicating with us about the delays/missed deadlines.
Found this business on a quick google search and felt like I stumbled onto gold.For nearly 7 months I thought my wedding was going in one direction, only to find out that in one evening it needed to change courses.I contacted Goran, the owner and he replied quite quickly...within an hour we were all set up.Confirmed the day or so before and again, a quick response.Wedding day went off like clockwork and my husband and I are quite happy we had Goran perform our nuptials.
Goran and Nikola were amazing!We chose The Love Package which gave us officiant services, flowers, a violinist, and 3 hours of photos. We also added an extra hour later in the evening. There were over 600 photos!Nikola did most of the photos and Goran did the last hour and each photo was better than the last, the lighting, focus, color were all perfect and we looked beautiful.They were wonderfully patient and granted all our requests and even helped us reign in tired and cranky 8 and 2 year olds. I even forgot our paperwork (!) And Goran met up with us the next morning so we could sign it and he got it off to where it needed to go.I couldnt have asked for a better, more perfect day.Thank you so much!
We came across NY1 Minutes page while searching for an affordable officiant in NYC. This is how we found Goran, who just so happens to speak our native language, Serbian. Goran put together a lovely ceremony and also spoke in Serbian, which was a surprise to my husbands family as they came to the US for the first time ever for our wedding and dont speak a word of english.Goran and his son, Nikola, helped us along the whole process. From Nikola assisting us with getting the marriage license, to both of them providing helpful tips on where to spend the day in NYC (as neither of us are originally from here). They made the process easy and stress free.Before discovering NY1 Minute, we were really worried about separately arranging a photographer AND an officiant on such short notice that would fit our budget (and be available at the same time!).. Goran & Nikola completely took that stress away. NY1 Minute is a one stop shop for all elopement needs! We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a no hassle, but no less meaningful, wedding day! The photos, taken by Nikola, came quickly and were lovely. Goran was our photographer and he was amazing! From the beginning he was always quick to answer my emails and questions. He is a very fun and patient person and wanted the best. He was even okay with my best friend taking pictures behind him for the dinner later. Not many photographers are okay with it. We choose Brooklyn Bridge and Goran knew the best photo ops! The pictures are beautiful! I hear nothing but kind words. Thank you again Goran!We also had Reid,I believe that was his name, as our ordain and he also did an amazing job! We were his first couple and we couldnt tell!! He was very professional and patient as well!Thank you again Reid! (I hope that is his name 😆 sorry!)
We got Goran # from friends and we needed to get married in difficult times when COVID19 is all around.Goran was very friendly, professional and helpfull with the process he offered us multiple options such as zoom ceremony (online), and in person.we choose to do it outside , we met Goran and brought our witnesses after this we got to the ceremony that was nice and authentic, and we got married!
I got married at NY city clerk office on 11/18/2016 and Goran was my photographer he was amazing. He took so many great pictures of us and my kids. It was a pleasure working with him and his son Nickola. They were professional and the turn around for pictures were super fast with some great touch ups!! Goran was always there to help in any occasion during the ceremony process, me and my wife both did our ceremony through these tough times during COVID but it was well worth it! My (now) husband and I planned our wedding of 50 people in 4 weeks flat.. and tied the knot on Memorial Day weekend! Goran made the process so simple and has the patience of a Saint.. i had sooo many questions and he responded each and every time promptly and professionally. He met us at the court house to help with paperwork then on the day of the wedding drove like a mad man thru holiday traffic to ensure our day was everything it should be. Niko took all the pics that day and i couldnt be happier with them! Great quality, angles, candids, lighting, etc! Nikola was great! I was able to book him the night before my elopement and was so happy with my decision. We showed up a few minutes late (thanks to my husband forgetting his id :) ) when we arrived Nikola acted as our tour guide and was so knowledgeable and friendly! It was great to have him attend our ceremony. As soon as we got in we began taking pictures. Ive received sooo many great comments on our pictures and people are honestly shocked when we mention how affordable he is!Thanks for making my wedding day so special :) The pictures/memories will be with us forever!
Goran and Nikola shot our engagement photos in Grand Central and they were amazing! They gave us good direction and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. They were very professional and we highly recommend anyone thinking of photography services to use them. They are great!

From meeting us at city hall to the wedding day itself to helping us afterward... The photographs were amazing, brilliant, plentiful and out of this world quality! They have serious skill as photographers to capture moments so perfectly. The video we got is a wonderful, fantastic memory for us to have of the day. We planned our elopement two weeks before the trip to NYC. Everything went exactly as planned, from meeting up with Nikola the afternoon before, to the actual ceremony and photos in Central Park on Saturday. We received all of our photos on Monday. Nikola was so easy to work with, offering suggestions and taking requests. So happy with the whole weekend.
NY1 Minute is the BEST! I eloped on New Years Eve and it was terrific. Goran and Nikola were attentive to every possible need and want I could toss their way. I didnt have any of the typical bridezilla tendencies because they handled everything. They made the entire process seem effortless. Thanks for giving me such an amazing day that Ill never forget!

Goran was super professional, reliable, and kind. We got our marriage license on a Friday and Goran was promptly in our living room officiating our wedding on Sunday. He was punctual (in fact, arrived early) and responsive. The ceremony was short and sweet, just like we wanted it. Highly recommend his services.

They found Goran on the recommendation of a Russian group in NY. I liked that on the site you can choose the services you want to include in the package. We asked to do everything quickly, without pathos and all there ceremonies. Goran quickly responded and did exactly as we needed. I recommend 👍Just married with Goran :) he help us to make ceremony like as we wish- simple, quick and easy. Highly recommend.

2022-02-18We booked Goran for a last minute elopement at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. We pretty much planned everything within 24 hours! We couldnt be more happy with the ceremony he gave us and the photography. He is an absolute legend! We had such a nice day which we will always cherish. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

2020-11-05It was all so very simple, like online shopping. NY 1 Minute Weddings makes it so incredibly easy to decide on what kind of elopement you want. They have package options but if the packages don’t suit you then you can choose a la carte items instead. Soon after I made placed my order Goran contacted me to collect all of my information (ie. location of ceremony, meeting time, flower color, etc.). I wanted a no fuss, no muss ceremony beachside and he delivered. The day was so wonderful. Goran and his photographer Nikola showed up with so much energy. I didn’t have to plan anything. Honestly, Goran handled everything and made everything so uncomplicated. Nikola took beautiful pictures (see attached). We only needed to show up. They were true professionals. I don’t plan on getting married again but if I did I would definitely use them again. In the meantime, I highly recommend NY 1 Minute Weddings.

2019-08-31What a fantastic experience, not only were Pam and I married next to the Brooklyn Bridge, in the lovely space of The Max Family Garden, NY1Minute Master of Ceremonies conducted arrangements with class, warmth, and humour. NY1 made all arrangements seem effortless, we really appreciated the behind the scenes effort, and would highly recommended this service. Only to be undertaken once per life time!

2020-08-29Goran saved our day! Our original officiant disappeared on us. We couldn’t get a hold of him all day and eve before our ceremony. So at 9.30pm at night we scoured the internet looking for a replacement. We messaged a few and Goran was the one who got back to us instantly. He had other ceremonies scheduled on the day we planned to get married but he managed to get us in and all went ahead as planned, our family was able to be on the zoom at the same time we’d arranged for them to be there. The time was important due to people being in different time zones. Goran everything clearly when we were signing the license which he arranged to do before the ceremony start time thankfully in the interest of time. He was so charming and funny during the ceremony. My husband’s family are Serbian and luckily so is Goran! He said some of the ceremony in Serbian so my mother and father-in-law could understand too. What a lovely bonus. It was quick but oh so very sweet and Goran came to the rescue for us that day. We will be forever grateful to him! Hvala Goran! Ti si najbolji! : )

2021-07-04Our initial officiant had to cancel on us the day before our wedding. Luckily we were able to to find Goran to officiate our ceremony at the last minute. He was extremely friendly and professional!! He made us feel calm and relaxed after being so stressed about weeks of planning for our big day; I highly recommend him to everyone!

2019-11-25I can’t thank Goran enough! My marriage ceremony was planned last minute and Goran put me at ease. He was very responsive, and helpful. I had a very intimate ceremony with only 15 of our closest friends and right away Goran felt like one of them.I would recommend Goran for last minute legal ceremonies and planned out wedding ceremonies! 2017-09-14We were thrilled with everything that NY1 Minute did for us. Goran was wonderful and was able and eager to help out in anyway possible. Everything Goran did leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding was flawless. His staff was wonderful as well which included a hair stylist, makeup artist, violinist, and cameraman which we absolutely loved! Goran knew where to go to take pictures in Central Park and the photos that he and his cameraman took were marvelous. We would highly recommend NY1 Minute to anyone looking to elope to New York City!
