Never use this garage. I had a Best Parking pre payed reservation, and I was told they were full. When I called Best Parking they said some garages regularly do that. Find a garage that honors its commitments.

This garage placed my car on a lift and raised it too high in turn breaking out my sunroof and scratching and denting the roof of my car. When I returned to collect my car, before being notified of the issue, I paid (still can’t believe they had the nerve to charge me) and then was advised that they needed me to go up into the garage with the attendant. He apologized many times and advised me that the garage would cover the damage. He was thankful that I was being polite about it knowing that accidents happen and they are going to take care of the bill. The attendant also vacuumed a good amount of the glass from the car and taped plastic bags over and around the roof so I could drive home without glass and wind blowing on me. I was asked to write on the claim report what happened and I explained I hadn’t been there at the time so how did they want me to write it. They advised that I should write what I saw as far as damage. I wrote down what I quickly saw and left with a photo of the claim pad. I called the claim office and was told to obtain two estimates (a huge inconvenience, but I did it). When the appraiser was assessing the damage, they found two dents that I did not see in the light or angle in the garage when I was picking up my car. I turned Both estimates in to them and then received a call from Anil telling me he wasn’t going to pay the price and he can get it done cheaper. He wanted to have my car brought back down to the city so that it could be fixed for less. Apparently he was pricing out just the glass vs the assembly that is needed. Long story short, he refused to take care of my claim and I ended up submitting my claim to my insurance company and they will fight it out. I am contemplating a law suit at this time as the damage is $6400, I live in a rural area that requires a vehicle to get around and my car has a hole in the top of it (in the fall weather). I can honestly say that I will never use this garage again. If you are staying at any of the hotels on this block- Refinery, Archer, Hendricks- please do yourself a favor and do not use this garage! In my opinion, it is really convenient from a location perspective, but if you value your vehicle, it isn’t worth the risk!

Multiple times I’ve booked here just to show up to be told the garage is full. They clearly don’t hold spots for people who have booked and in NYC the last thing you want is to have to drive around finding a new garage. They still charged my credit card $45 too. I’ve left their customer service 3 voicemails and 2 emails with no responses. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Do NOT use them!

They overcharged me over $80. Said they’d refund it the next week and it’s been over a month. Starting to believe I’ll never get it. Absolutely horrible, do not park here.

Sometimes they get busy and it takes a bit to hand over your car or get your car. They are ok guys though.
