Never before have I received such terrible customer service in my life. I have been waiting over a month for customer service to return my multitudinous calls and emails about a damaged product. I received the most damaged package I have ever seen, and my desk was broken before I even opened the package. Do NOT ever deal with this company it is a waste of time and money. Victor from customer service is disrespectful, rude, and condescending. This terrible experience has also unfortunately tainted my relationship with Sears. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
Sent us an air conditioner that is broken and has clearly already been returned once as some of the customer assembly parts were already attached. Customer service is honestly the worst I have ever experienced, they have made us send emails and pictures and questioned whether the serial number in the pictures is correct or not. Avoid buying from this place at all costs.
I bought a Honeywell air cooler for $120. I used it for 4 hr & woke up in sweat-soaked sheets, nauseous & dehydrated. Next am emailed to say it made me sick. I was told that since I had opened the box (??) that I could not get refund! That it was just Buyers Remorse which I guess that I wasnt the only one to have Remorse since there were multiple tape strips on the box. I sent it back & it cost me $48. Victor at customer service was rude to me as he was to a previous reviewer. No matter what I told him, he kept repeating the same thing. I bought this through Newegg, where I have always gotten reliable items. Victor said that it would be a week after they got it back before they could make a decision on my refund!! Next stop is Newegg.P.S. $12 fan at Walmart did 10x better!
I am very upset that they do not answer their phones or take long to respond to customer service emailed questions. I need to cancel an order I just placed and they will not respond. Be very careful when you order from this company. Upon returns they keep 15% of your money and you have to pay your own shipping.
NEVER to buy from this company again. I bought a dinning set that they sold through Sears. I waited a month till I receive the table ONLY , then I found they changed the description information on Sears website to be only the table instead of the whole dinning set as I paid. After that I called the costumer service and they replied that they will call me back to solve the issue but I did not receive any call back. After that I called them several time and they did not reply on my phone call. If I have zero stars to set as review I will do so. Really so sad, they damaged my Christmas party, I really in a deep depress and stress of that experience. Right now I want to return my item and they do not reply to me at all.
I am the customer service rep for a MFG company that sells our products to this company.123 Stores is the Absolute WORST dealer we have ever had! they place an order, i fill out the order and send them a confirmation along with a request for a bill of lading (we ship under their account) and get no response from them for 3 to 4 days and then they send an email (new thread) requesting a confirmation of the order, I again confirm and request a BOL, again no response. This cycle goes on for 2 to three weeks then they eventually get back and say please cancel the order as customer cant wait any longer. DO NOT BUY form 123 Stores!!!S. W.
Dishonest seller. Do not purchase from them. Ordered a table and chairs SET, but only received the table. I tried contacting them to send it back but after 3 days of leaving messages on their shady voicemail system I ended up calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also was under the impression I was buying from SEARS but I found out they are a third party seller for the marketplace of sears. There is no buyer protection. Dont make my mistake or waste your time with anything this company is selling. Shady people!
The most rude and unprofessional people ever. I was reading throughout previously comments and I got a very similar situation. I ordered a mirroed table,got it out of the box and was broken.I noticed the box was pretty banged up from the carrier. It was trash day and I recycled the box. Well they told me because I dont have the box they will not refund me for the table. I sent pictures of the broken table,e-mailed them back and forth all day long, got on the phone and placed on hold and disconnected.Amazon needs to definitely take action against these people.Perhaps a higher complaint to to consumers affairs. Im waiting for Amazon to solve my problem.
Do not order from this company (Even through Amazon). I ordered a piece of furniture from this company and was sent a completely different piece of furniture, worst customer service experience ever. Been almost a month now and not only do i not have the furniture i ordered i dont even have a refund of my money, I am literally paying for their mistake!
Bought a gold mirror that I saw on Amazon however it was silver so I packed it right up. They wanted me to unpack the box and take pictues. I refused. Like I am not lying you will see when you send me the return UPS postage. They refused. Amazon stepped in and made a claim against them and voila a few days later got my postage. Now they sent me an email asking to withdraw my negative feedback. Are they serious.LOL! I do not understand Amazon still uses them as a vendor after all these negative reviews??
Terrible experience with this company. Returned something the day I received it, unopened and unused. Customer service not responsive and when you do reach them they are rude and will not assist you. I am amazed that Amazon still does business with these people, after seeing all the other reviews and my personal experience with them.
HORRIFIC to deal with. Bought a blower motor for our furnace that arrived in piss poor packaging and in pieces. ZERO response from seller and impossible to get on the phone. I will most likely have to complain to my American Express customer service to dispute the charge and get a refund that way.
Ordered a battery which only hold a charge for 5 minutes, Called the company for weeks and was unable to get anyone to answer. Sent multiple emails with no response. Finally after almost a month I finally got someone to answer and was told that it was past 30 days and there was nothing they could do. Will not ever use this company again.

2022-09-13Terrible experience. I have ordered the light fixture from Amazon and it turned out it was the third party order 123Stores. They sent wrong item from the same line as if they expected me not to notice the difference between 11 lights and 9 lights chandeliers.I had to start A-Z claim in order to get my refund since 123 stores procrastinated each step on the way to my refund

2022-08-16I was sent the wrong weight plates for my home gym. When I tried to contact this company, I discovered that the number listed on their packing slip isnt even theirs. It belongs to another company that they are not associated with in any way. I had to Google their number just to talk to someone.When I did talk to their customer service representative, I was told that I would need to pay shipping, plus handling fees, and a 15 percent restocking fee, for the wrong weights they sent!After explaining that I would be contacting the BBB if they refused to correct their mistake, the customer service representative explained that they would only pay shipping and handling for part of the incorrect order, but I would still need to pay the restocking fee!!!Needless to say, I ended up contacting the BBB (Better Business Bureau) about this company, who then tried to state they did send another set of correct weights and did not charge the shipping or restocking fees for the incorrect weights.I ended up contacting the BBB again for their response because this company lied to cover their mistake.I had to buy a set of weights from a brand name company instead, who also went above and beyond after hearing my story by offering me a full refund on shipping and handling of the incorrect weights from 123stores, inc.I do not reccomend this company ever!

2019-03-18Buyers Beware!! I do not know what kind of reputation this company is trying to achieve but from my stand point as well as several other people in these reviews, their reputation SUCKS!!! I placed an order on eBay for what I thought was a headboard. Within less than 2 hours of placing the order I canceled it, due to the fine print stating the item was the foot board only. The seller got my cancellation request and acknowledge it. Told me the order would be canceled and to be checking my email for a confirmation of the cancellation.I even called them and they assured me the order would be canceled. Next day they ship it. Of course I was upset and contacted them yet again. I told them I was going to contact the shipper and refuse the delivery. They said do not do that because if you do you will be be able to be refunded. So I waited and when it came in I printed out the prepaid shipping label and took it to the post office to return it. Only to find out the package is too big and USPS cannot accept it. So I contact both the shipper and eBay. The shipper proceeds to tell me this is buyers remorse and I am responsible for the return shipping. WHAT!! I canceled the order long before it was even shipped!! So screw dealing with 123Stores. I am now only dealing with eBay. eBay gave them 5 days to make this right and if they do not send me a return shipping label I will be refunded my money and keeping the item. Whatever you do, look at reviews before buying from any store, I know I will be from now on!!

2020-09-29Dont waste your time trying to contact the seller they will never answer i called Amazon.com that this company is a rip-off they are helping me with this process. I got some furniture and it was damaged they expect you to pay to return it mind you my package is heavy so its gonna be pricey meaning my refund wouldnt even be like getting a full refund. Im sorry but this company is just setting a bad example for themselves no way am I going to pay to return something that I received damaged never again will i do business with them. Stores 123, you all are scammers your quick to take customers money and dont even care how you ship out our equipment cant believe Amazon is still doing business with you all i will be getting my full refund with or without you not answering my calls im taking things into action no one is going to rip me off.

2018-06-30Worst customer service ever! I would give a zero but that wasn’t an option. I ordered online and then cancelled order. FIVE days after cancellation request was made order was sent anyway. When I contacted customer service, rep Kevin claims they never received cancellation request. He tries to get me to keep item at a reduced price, suggesting I give it to someone as a gift. I decline and request a prepaid shipping label so I can send item back. NOPE! Again suggests I keep item at a reduced price to give as a gift. All correspondence was done electronically so I sent him a copy of cancellation request but was told that was “only a screenshot” and doesn’t prove they got the request. Funny they got ALL correspondence EXCEPT cancellation order?!? Finally gave up and paid shipping costs to send item back. Will NEVER buy from this company again!!!

2017-02-02123Stores, Avoid this seller at all cost. Very very dishonest seller. I have filed complain through Amazon as well, Dont understand how Amazon would allow this kind of merchant to do business. I should have google them on BBB before even placing the order.I have ordered BESTAR Pro-Linea L-Desk through 123Stores early December 2016, and after a little over month a unknown carrier company called me and said they are delivering my order on such date and someone has to be home. I said OK. On the delivery date the trucker called me and told me he couldnt find my address. I gave him very specific instructions and he still got lost so I stayed on the phone with him for over 30 minutes giving him turn by turn instructions. Upon arrival trucker told me seller only paid for curb drop off so he cant drop it on my front porch. I have bought most of my furniture online and all of the seller using well know carriers had drop the package in front of porch with no issues. Well, I told the driver thats fine since it was your company policy.The boxes were big and heavy and if all dropped on the curb it will block half of the road and might cause traffic jam for my neighbors. So I rushed in my house to get my dolly and as I came out of my front door I saw truck driver dropping the package from the loading bed without even lowering the lift gate. The sound of the big heavy package hitting the ground was loud and unpleasant.I immediately told the driver to stop unloading and take the package back. Long story short after back and forth he finally did. I informed the seller right away of what happened and the reason I refused the shipment.After month of waiting I finally got my refund which was $400.00 short!!! I called the seller and seller simply told me that was restocking and return fee, and refuse to refund me no mater what. The customer repo also told me they received the package I refused and it was in good condition. So they just pocketed my $400 restocking fee while relisting the package I returned on Amazon. What a way to make money! Maybe thats why they only hire small shady carriers. The more customer returns their orders the better profit 123Stores will have.

2018-12-26I never rate or review anyone but today is the day! Stay far away from this company. First they will avoid your calls for as long as they can get away with it. Then they start with wasting your time and patience. You never called us, send pictures of the issue, we didnt get them send more. Then could you send pics of the item in the box, then we are not sure what box numbers we sent could you take pics of that, and now they are telling me call the manufacturer. Here is the cliff notes version. I ordered a WHITE mantle and fireplace from this joke of a company and they sent an expresso color. I know the difference between white and brown. So why do I need to send pics they sent the wrong color, then not sure what box numbers so I take pics again ( mind you they shipped the 2 boxes that took weeks to get, they should know which boxes are wrong, they shipped them). So now they want me to call the company to correct their issue. I have wasted a ton of my time as well as my patience. I will be freezing my charge account and now they can call the manufacturer to figure out who will be picking up their boxes on my curb. Do not buy anything from this company. If would have read a review of them before I purchased, I would not be in the position I am now. Wrong item delivered, a company that could care less, and a ton of time and patience wasted. You have been warned.

2019-05-31Most unprofessional company to work with. Item ordered does not match current set I have. Basically, was told its just fine and I have to pay return it plus a restocking fee. Buyer beware. If you dont like what you ordered your just screwed!

2017-07-06Awful customer experienceAvoid purchasing anything from this seller. I purchased a (70 pound) bookshelf which I returned UNOPENED, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Not only did the seller refuse to pay for the return (so I had to deal with paying for and shipping the large, heavy item back to them), when they received it, I was informed the packaging was damaged (packaging not the item itself) and therefore they had to discard the item. They do not honor their return policy and have deceptive trade practices. Do not purchase from this seller.

2017-07-24I have never experienced poorer customer service. They listed an item on Amazon with a deceptive photo - showing a different item than the one they had for sale. After I got the wrong item and wanted to return they said I had to pay for shipping and 15 percent restocking fee. I talked to the customer service and the management and they gave me a run around and were very dishonest. The item that they sent me was overpriced (as opposed to the item I thought I ordered). I do not recommend buying from this company. They are dishonest and have poor customer service.
