They will try to rip you off... (Im a woman) Tried to get an inspection, he was already talking about failure. Got in my car and started whipping it back and forth and slamming the brakes. Didnt even put the diagnostic machine on there. Told me i had to pay 1200 first to fix the shocks. I found out later on that shocks are a requirement to pass inspection. Took to another shop my car passed just fine.
I went in for a check engine light and they told me that I needed to get my Honda Accord fixed for a busted engine gasket over 3 days and $2000, and that itd be very dangerous for me to keep driving it. Went to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion who said that he has never had any Honda Accords with a blown gasket. Instead, it was my sensor that needed to be replaced, costing me less than $150. Ive been driving it safely without any issues whatsoever for over 3 years since. Would advise everyone to stay away from this dishonest mechanic.
I never write reviews but this place needs one... never EVER go here. They will try to rip you off and tell you a million things are wrong with your car. How do you expect to run a business if you’re being dishonest? People will eventually catch on their not stupid. Don’t lie to people and steal their money. What you sow is what you reap. What this place is doing will come back tenfold and soon will out of business. Karma is a you know what.
I been going to this auto service shop for years and the main reason is cause I trust them. They are not the greasy type of mechanic who would try to rip you off by selling you something that your car does not need. They are trustworthy where anyone without car knowledge will feel confident that they will get the service they need without worrying.
I should have read the reviews before coming there. Needed inspection came out with a brake job that I know now I didnt need. Check your tires after you leave my were pumped to 56... sedan needs 36 max. Never again.
I recommend this location to everyone. I trust them,with everything. Amazing prizes very informative and helpful, this is the spot if you need,anything fixed or,checked or,updated for your vehicle come,here!! Great customer service! Love them!! Will never change this spot.
The people are very helpful. They will tell you what’s going on with the car. But in the end it’s up to you wether you want it fixed. There helpful with the prices. This is my place I bring my truck to. Always do a good job. They work with you on the price to. I’m not rich.
Do not go to this place they tell you theyre going to do the job they dont I went to change my gasket on my car they never did they told me they were going to change my oil pan they never did because I was watching them across the street. Be aware of the two Guyanese guys and the Chinaman thats the mechanic.. Good luck
Be aware that if you go to this place to get your car checked out, you will definitely get a diagnosis. Even if your car is fine, you will be told that needs plenty of work. So good luck!
I came here to do an Alimony for my car, he overcharged me, and when I told him that they are overcharging me, he trespassed into my car, took my keys, and kept me hostage! Totally unprofessional! I wouldn’t suggest anyone to use this car shop!

This is a typical auto-shop that will rip you off. I have been there only once and the desk attendant was by far the rudest person I have met at an auto-shop. They rip you off by overcharging once they have completed the job. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Thats the worst place to go. These guys arent honest, theyre trying to force you do things that are not necessary just to get money from your pocket. Shameful
This guy is sooo rude he was forcing me to change his change that and very badly say go sit inside I cant see my car what he doing plus he have no mask and he charged me extra Im very disappointed

2019-10-23The place should be torn down the mechanics are not ASE certified check with the Better Business Bureau DO NOT GO THERE!!! They are over priced unprofessional and do not own up to the damages they cause to your vehicle avoid the headaches go to the dealer the short guyanese guy is a liar and a snake he loyal to money not to you i plan on taking all his customers away

2021-04-30WARNING, AVOID THIS SHOP! I hate that I have to give them a single star. I went in for an inspection. I was told that my front brakes were shot (I didnt think they were that bad, but was fine with changing them) and that I might need 1 caliper (which I didnt), a cost of $370. The guy then called me to tell me that I needed another caliper, and it was going to be close to $700. I told him to fail the inspection, Ill take my business elsewhere. He told me that the wheel could not be put back on because of the caliper and that I had no choice. This is simply not true, I have worked on motorcycles as a hobby for over 30 years. I told him to leave it as is but he said the work was done and there was nothing he could do.When I went to pickup the car and told him that I would be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and consulting a lawyer, he screamed at me that he had better lawyers, he called me a liar and then tried to say that I had other issues that I was taking out on him. I had to shout over him to even get a word in, and he said that he had saved my life and that if I couldnt afford to get my car fixed, I shouldnt have brought it in. I am a licensed professional who is far beyond physical altercation, but it seemed like he was attempting to drive me to hit him. I would be shocked if others hadnt.I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. The money he charged me (roughly 30x the price of inspection) wont ruin my life, but it could be devastating to many others. Avoid this shop at all costs, hopefully they will be shut down.

2020-11-03Went for a inspection, they came up with changing both front wipers. I can see the wipers are perfectly fine. I do entire maintenances work by my self for my two cars, i do have a least amount of knowledge to know what a cars problem look like. I refused to fix that and went to another mechanics shop. Guess what! They did not even say a word. Inspection is Passed. These guys are typical cheater/ fraud/ scammer in auto mechanics industries.

2017-09-11Went in about a month ago for my annual inspection (alone, Im a woman). I have a 5 year old Nissan Versa. I was told that I needed new break pads, costing around $320 or I would fail the inspection. I told the owner I was fine with failing (I would prefer to get a second opinion before paying a mechanic Im unfamiliar with). He offered to lower the price to $290. I still turned down the offer. 10 minutes later, he came back and said he would pass me but I had to come back to him soon to get the issues repaired.If youre a woman, go with someone. Dont let the owners fast talk you or pressure you into getting something fixed that isnt necessary. Also, dont let them tell you their giving you a good deal. Theyre probably not. I did eventually get the issue fixed at Nissan. Break pads were only $75.

2020-10-02Very poor service, I just wanted to have an inspection, and actually told me to change something for thousands of dollars. I just went to the dealer last week, and it was only a few days before the car was checked. It would be best for this kind of shop to close early!

2019-10-11Do not go there. Took my car there before it was ok, the owner is changed and they are thieves.Took my car for inspection and a day later my new battery went off on me, they changed it and put a small one in there.The back tires were changed.I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau’s office.Not only they lost one customer, I am spreading the word to others.I really don’t write reviews, but God doesn’t like ugly.. keep that in mind

2012-10-24Great service. I just went to get a tire patched and they really took care of me expeditiously. I really liked the interaction with the guys there. I also needed my alarm fixed and they were honest enough to tell me that it could just be a valet mode, so nothing else was needed. This was a true display of integrity and I will definitely be making them my regular mechanic because of this.

2018-08-07Do not go! Took my 2 year old car there for an inspection. Passed but was told that the breaks should get replaced. Took it to Subaru to get fixed and they called me back saying they are in perfect shape. Spent $30 in Uber rides for nothing because this place wanted to scam me.
