I had an Ipad 12.9 Pro and brought to Apple and were not able to fix they suggested I go to a fix it shop and not many places would take it on as this device is very expensive. Completely impossible and horrible customer service. When I got my iPhone 8 Plus, I called around for a glass screen protector. 1800Fix had one for the same price as apple and Verizon and I wanted to support a local business in my town and bought it there. They put the protector on for me. After 1 month of it on my phone, the top started to let loose. I had a glass screen protector on my iPhone 7 Plus for over a year and this never happened, even after dropping it multiple times.I went into the store and showed him the phone and expressed my disappointment with it. He tried telling me the top of the protector was scuffed and that water must have gotten underneath it. I asked if he’d help me out since I spent $40 on it and it looks horrible after less than 3 months. He said he’d give me a discount but would not replace it, blaming the issue on me.Do not buy screen protectors from him, other products I cannot comment on but his customer service is NOT worth it.

UPDATE: Feel I had the WOOL PULLED OVER MY EYES. Below you see my RAVING, 5 star review. I continued going to Pat, believing the, Ill be honest with you..., cost competitive jargon. Even believed us friends to an extent. Until he abused the trust I placed in him charging as high as 250% markup on goods and services. Falling for the smile cost me $400+ for a $200 screen repair (confirmed at 6 local competitors). I will never go back. I would caution everyone to challenge the prices they are given. Google, google, google everything!!!The owner, Pat is one of the warmest people I have met in Harrison. He always has a smile and a solution for anything tech-wise you bring in. Not only does he offer insight into fixing your problems (or buying tech) but he never tries to oversell you. If you need low-cost options, he has them. If you need the latest gear, he has it. If you need to fix a screen, restore lost data, check out new phones and phone plans, he has it. Truly the salt of the earth in our sweet town.

2022-03-26Recently had a disaster with my Apple Macbook and screen was totally shattered. I took it to Apple as it was only 2 years old and was told it would be better to buy a new one than fix. I was highly recommended to 1800fix in Harrison and told me absolutely not this can be replace and was less than $499 which is 1/3 of a new computer and had all my important files/data for work on there. Always check these guys First before you believe you need a new one even your phone. Thank you guys again.

2022-06-065 stars is not enough to express my satisfaction.I have an SE (2016) that had some weird charging problem. The first store I visited near by told me it could be a charging port issue but couldnt confirm until they replace it with a new one (meaning not guarantee it would work) and I had to wait for a week or so for the component as mine is an relative old model.Then I found 1800Fix today. It took them ~ less than 3 hours to identify the problems and got it fixed.By the way, while I am writing this review, my wife is showing a big surprised face because this was likely the second review I ever wrote in any public forum.I would recommend this 1800Fix to everyone!

2022-04-07I Switched my cellular service from MetroPcs to H2o Wireless and bought an Iphone 11 for 1/2 the price of a new phone. My plan is only $40 per month and get unlimited call,text and 16 gb of data. H2o is a reseller of AT&T wireless and network is great. They also fixed my Macbook Pro which needed a new screen and got it done in 2 days. Great service and attitude. Always willing to help out. Must go to see these guys between service and repairs they do it all..

2022-03-04I was recommended by T-Mobile store and were able to get my Samsung S20 Ultra 5G fixed temporarily enough to transfer all my data including text history to my new Samsung Phone. I called everywhere and said it could not be done in the condition it was in since it was not viewable, but they did it. Thank you.

2022-03-01I finally upgrade my phone to Iphone XS MAX with a large display and techs transferred all my data in the same exact way I had it on the old phone.
