2 Bros. Pizza in other cities:
Great price for some quick pizza. Inside is very hot, I was sweating profusely while I waited to get my slices. I got a slice of cheese and pepperoni. The food was solid. I had to wash it down with a ginger ale since they had no cold cokes (bummer). Also it was very dirty inside the restaurant. Come here if youre in the area and need a quick/cheap slice of pizza.
The most delicious Neo-neapolitan sourdough pizzas! I loved the unique pizza flavours that I truly havent tasted anywhere else in Singapore. But the star of the show is really all in the dough - I couldnt stop eating it, and brought it home for lunch the next day! Desserts were outstanding as well. Definitely worth a visit to Milano Pizza and Wine....!!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Horrified. Some guy handed me a flyer for $1.00 pizza so my girlfriend and I decided to give the place a shot. To my surprise, when we got there, there was garbage out in front of the place, the trashcan was full to the top with trash and there was trash even inside the establishment. The guy who helped us literally slapped the pizzas in the oven. The only slice that was OKAY was the pepperoni slice. I had a Buffalo, a regular and a pepperoni. The other 2 sucked. The staff did not care about the fact that there was trash everywhere, one of the guys was comfortably sitting by the register, unbothered by the dumpster he was working in. Again, pizza sucked, staff sucked, trash everywhere sucked, the hype on Google maps is bogus. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was so upset, I even considered reporting it to sanitation.
One of the Best Pizza spots in the city. They raised the price on the pizza which you dont mind paying for good quality pizza that you get everytime. Its an inexpensive lunch and one I dont mind having. If you ever see a long line dont let it discourage you. They work quickly and have you in and out.
The store is clean and organized.Good lighting.Calm atmosphere.Good customer service.BUT the pizza during the morning shift isn’t good. The sizes are big which is a huge plus! But They don’t add enough sauce to the pizza. Hopefully it’s only during day time because this pizzeria has a lot of potential.
We had lovely pizzas at a great price very close to the Times Square in New York City. The pizzas were being freshly made right in front of us. They had about 12 varieties of pizza to offer. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat at a decent price right in the heart of New York City.
If you are looking for a deal here a great deal 2 slices of pizza with a can of soda $2.99 including tax and good tasting pizza walking distance from Rockefeller Center and Time Square2-6-2018Some new renovations it looks great 2 new photos added plus now their more choices than pizza
Quick, Fast, and edible. Remember, all the advertisements you’ll see for $1 pizza only includes cheese. That’s their way of getting you in the door. If you want anything additional on your pizza, it will be pretty close to what it costs anywhere else. The pizza it’s not bad at all it’s hot and fresh. Of course you get what you pay for, expect it to be a little light on cheese. But for $1 a slice of cheese and $3 for two slices plus a canned soda, TAX INCLUDED, you can’t go wrong. Just know what you’re getting into, it’s one Dollar Pizza after all.
We bought 5 slices of pizza to-go and requested a box to put them in. Was told by the person behind the counter that boxes are only for a whole pie. We were given paper bags instead to put our pizza slices in. The pizza bled through the paper bags and grease ended up all over my coat. 2 bros. Pizza owes me for my dry cleaning bill. Disgusting customer service and low quality pizza. There are better tasting pizzas around that will also give you a box. Don’t go there!
Pizza for the people. Low prices and fast services, you got more than what you payed for, an amazing delicious pizza for about $1-$2. Really hidden trove that more people should come to. Not very busy so you can enjoy and relax with friends. Pretty dirty but not unbearable. Something everyone should try!
Back to working in the office again after all this time at home. Most shops have closed but this one with the most affordable lunch/dinner in the city is still open. Yay! Price went up a tad. $1.50 slices and $3.75 combo but understandable and still the best deal in town.
Yes, you can still find a pizza place in midtown Manhattan where you can have pizza. Walked over to 46th street ordered two pies for the staff. Waited for 20 minutes, really good. One extra cheese and the other with vegetables 6 cans of sodas paid $53.00. THEY INHALED IT, IT WAS THAT GOOD.
Well, their flyers and ads all over NYC are ONLY FOR CHEESE and once you put anything else on the pizza, the price is exponentially higher (ex. $4 for meat and peppers). Great marketing / advertising strategy. That aside, $1 for a nice sized slice of fresh, hot cheese pizza in NYC is a great deal. The staff were friendly. No napkins, no seats, and hot as all hell in there.....but a great deal and fast and friendly.
Really good quality priced pizza , with generous servings! $1 for a slice. probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. Inside is kept really clean and you can see the staff making the pizza fresh from scratch. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a cheap bite to eat in NYC
Great pizza, fast and quality service. When we first saw $1 pizza (tax included), we were skeptical about the quality and size of the pizza. However, we were pleasantly surprised with large slices and pizza that actually tasted good. The employees were very efficient also. Would go here again.
$1pizza tht tastes good. Its a standard grab and go pizza spot but honestly 2 bros pizza is better than more expensive pizza spots.they also have options for various toppings which will tack on an extra $2-3.One of the best deals in NYC for a quick bite or cheap lunch
Pizza was delicious, and very hot. The place wasnt super clean, though. I had to wipe down the counters we are on the best I could. But ..... the pizza selection was awesome. They had the usual cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, etc, but they had a delicious buffalo chicken pizza, as well as Hawaiian.
To be honest this is the best pizza I have ever eaten... and that for only a minimum of $1 a slice.... it is simply amazing... you really get the New York feeling when you go to this shop. There is always a line but you dont have to wait longer then 5 minutes because of the quick service. It is cheap, quick and delicious!
Does the job.Someone wrote, Decent pizza but not up to the hibe [sic]This is dollar pizza on the streets of New York, people!!! In terms of value on taste, speed of service, and quality, it is very hard to beat! Or, go find another lunch for under $5 thats better and lmk when you do.
Nothing cant beat 2 slices of cheese pizza and can of soda for 2.75$. There is always fresh pizza whenever you go! If you wanna be fancy you can try some toppings like Peperoni or shrooms on your pizza! They have seating inside which is clean and nice, not like the other 99cent pizza joints! Its amazing place to get quick pizza if you dont have time to sit in a restaurant!
Love the crust crispy but yet chewy, had the meat lover and chicken broccoli...plus tried the pepperoni. Size is pretty decent could have been bigger compared to other new York pizza places. They have a special on cheese pizza for $1 or 2 cheese pizza and drink for $2.99. Location is somewhat sketchy, just be safe
Honestly, I dont understand the negative reviews. If youre expecting fine dining for a dollar, youre gonna be very disappointed. The pizza was delicious, significantly better than I expected for $1. Honestly better than many of the more expensive joints scattered around the city. The service was fast, reliable, and after biking the city and showing up hungry with my 5 friends, the 2 Bros staff were very quick and efficient and keeping the supply up. Not the cleanest, admittedly, and very, VERY limited seating arrangements, but its absolutely worth every penny for the food. Id recommend highly.
Excellent pizza for the price in New York. A few days before I tried a $5 pizza at another brand and it was the worst decision ever! After it I decided to try the 2 slices of pizza + can of soda for 3.75 and it was very good. I know.. just cheese pizza but a good taste and a good decision
The $1 dollar pizza was so filling! Or you can have 2 pizza slices and a soda for $2.99. Yum, yum and yum!We were able to try the pizza straigjt out of the oven and will definitely be back!So many more flavors and prices will range from $2 to $4 per slice. Plan to try the Buffalo chicken next time.
For $3 was able to get 2 slices of cheese pizza and a can of soda. I was looking for something quick and cheap so this was perfect. Pizza was greasy but still good and decent sized. If youre looking for something sit down or at all fancy this place would definitely not be for you. Would like to give them 4.5 stars for a complete lack of customer service or friendliness.
Tough crusts and greasy stale pizza that was subpar. Pizzas were just inconsistently and haphazardly churned out with every single pie different from the other. The staff did not seem to care about the dirty dining area or the overflowing garbage. The service was laughable. The only visible menu selection were pieces of handwritten paper blocked off by people in queue listing prices with no information if theyre for a slice or a whole pie. You just walk up the line, place an order, and god knows what the price is that youre gonna get because nothing there is defined. Skip.
Overhyped dollar slice pizza joint! The pizza itself is not as good as i though! They dont really put a lot of cheese and the crust is bad as well! They also dont offer hot sauce, i believe they only had garlic powder, salt and pepper! Overall you cant really expect more than dollar slice pizza i guess!
Excellent! Ordered a pizza through Uber eats with them and due to the courier taking some extra time to get the order they threw in a free pizza on the house. They did this entirely unprompted on their own initiative. This goes above and beyond the expected service and deserves to be rewarded.
I give this place 5 stars due to the price alone. The pizza is not bad either but to find a place in downtown Manhattan where you can get 2 slices off pizza and a drink for only $2.99 is insane, or 1 slice for a buck. And they were extremely fast and had a place to sit down and eat.
You want pizza? You want quick pizza? You want quick cheap pizza? You want quick cheap pizza with limited seating? You want quick cheap pizza with limited seating and some guys yelling out side? You want quick cheap pizza with limited seeing and some guys yelling outside while you text your gf that youre gonna be late to the show?If you answered yes to any of the questions above, this spot will probably be a viable place for you to stop by on your visit to NY.If you answered no to all of them, well then check it out if you have a chance, they have pizza.
Best pizza we had on our New York family trip. I’m not even a pizza eater and this pizza was delicious authentic and just the right size.....well too big for me but my daughter and I shared the 2 slice combo. Great little spot for a real authentic pizza taste and hunger killer. Cheap too because so far we have paid and arm and a leg for every meal here in time square. #greatspot #greatpizza
A slice of pizza for $1 is a pretty good deal; perhaps the cheapest food option within a 5-block radius. If you are hungry and only have a dollar, this place is perfect. It does not pretend to be any more than what it appears to be-- and they do a good job for what they appear to do. Theyve also got Bangladeshi food in the front, if youre willing and able to spend more than 100 cents.
I went here after a drunk night with my friends. We stumbled into this place which was amazing! The pizza was good and I could even fold it. Im really picky about pizza. The only thing is that the place is really small and dont take credit cards. But otherwise its amazing. Big slices
I’ve been getting the $1 cheese slices occasionally for lunch and they’re delicious. Today I went to a different pizza place near my work and was disappointed by the prices for a cheese slice and the taste. Definitely making sure I have cash so I can go to 2 Bros. again.
They advertise pizza slices for $ 1, and there is a promotion 2 slices and 1 soda for $ 2.99. I ordered a promotion (cheese pizza), and two more slices of peperone and an extra soda. for my bills I would pay around £ 7, but charged me $ 12 I told him I was wrong because I asked for a promotion, but the employee did not care and insisted as an inflated price. given the confusion of the place I ended up paying because I was hungry but I felt cheated because the values announced were not practiced. I realized that they do this normally and that they end up gaining advantage over the more distracted fos. careful, in doubt ask for a good pizzeria, at least one that has the values and promotions very clear and explained. unfortunately I do not recommend the place. Disappointed.
Nothing fancy - a buck per slice pizza joint. But compared to other by the slice pizza places, 2 bros does all right by me. At $1 per (cheese) slice, it is actually rather filling and delicious. 2 slices of cheese pizza at 2 bros are the answer to a short lunch on a busy workday, and the efficient staff are more than competent in keeping the lines moving. Definitely try it out if you havent.
Pizza was decent at best. Had three different slices and none were very good. Service was as rude as Ive seen. Not cool NYC rude, just nasty rude. The place was totally filthy - cups, napkins, and food on the ground. There have to dozens of better and cleaner places to get a slice in NYC.
Touring New York, got Hungry wasnt in the mood for other name brand fast food restaurants, I got myself a Slice of Pizza with my family! Delicious, hot and ready, fresh and cheap! Definitely worth the visit. This place makes me want to come back to New York and eat there again!
Fantastic $1 pizza chain (the only one really). Great employees and tons of seating. This one is located in a part of Manhattan where youd never expect $1 pizza to be. They never run out of cheese pizza ever, theres always at least 5 extra pies ready for the influx of people
Very rude staff. Got a can of Diet Coke but it was warm. So I asked if he had cup of ice. The guy didn’t even look at me and yelled no ice. So I asked for a different can and he said what do you want like I was some homeless person asking for some free food. I requested again for a different can and he took my Diet Coke and threw it hard in the back of the cooler. WOW. So unprofessional. Stay away!!!
In a city of constant change and rebirth, sometimes its nice to have something consistent to set your compass to. Skyscrapers go up and old bars come down, yet 2 Bros continues to offer their slices of pizza for a buck a pop. An incredible deal when the rest of the city went up to $2 a slice, and now looking like the steal of the century with slices hovering around $3.Long a staple of the end of a night out drinking, 2 Bros fulfills the axiom that you can have it either cheap and quick (but not good), cheap and good (but not quick) or quick and good (but not cheap). While by no means inedible, slices here will not hold a candle to anything that others pizza places serve up, nor anything comparable to a sit down Italian restaurant. Overly doughy crust, topped with a sickly sweet tomato sauce, cheese that sits limply along is all topped off with a pool of grease that can never be dabbed away with napkins. Sure it seems unappealing, particularly when sober at lunchtime, but to get a slice turned around in less than a minute for less than a buck, most of its sins are forgiven.P.S. For some reason theres also a chicken and rice stand in the front of the store. Not sure who goes into a pizza place looking for fried chicken with their slice, but if thats you, this can be your new favorite place.
Can try the cheese one, but pineapple & ham one taste bad, and DO NOT buy it if you are not eating there unless u don’t mind to reheat it by yourself. Only 5 mins from the shop to my home, it’s cold when i eat right after arriving home! And the guy overcharged me! I guess he usually overcharge people if he think someone is tourist. Definitely won’t go again.
Is the cheapest pizza youll find in NYC plus maybe one more or two other places...so depending on the time you go the place could be crowded, a little disordered but its obviously understandable and to me its worth the trip. Pizza is good and price unbeatable. Where else can you get 2 slices and a beverage for under $5? They have more locations in DT Brooklyn and couple more in Manhattan.
During the time I worked in the area , I would always buy a slice of pizza here but what I noticed is that the pizza I am eating is sweat and hair , plastic . The pizza I received when I ordered it , had a plastic bottle name in combination with my cheese. It was disgusting , for Gods sake in the summer they dont have air conditioner , so when you eat your pizza , you are eating there sweat. Can you believe that?! DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID THIS PLACE.
Unacceptable how I was treated at this establishment. Marco and Manuel the manager have the worst customer service skills in history terrible experience. I parted 44 dollars with no amenities no drink or nothing!!!!!!!!!! Well what does your sign post? Complete false advertisement. I blame the workers and the establishment. I will never go there again

2022-04-13Pizza is delicious and the service is great for the best priced Pizza in NYC! We walk by about 5 other pizza spots to get to this place and it is definitely worth the longer walk!

2022-07-01For this really low price, the pizza was surprisingly very good. I’ll be back every time I’m in a hurry or when I’m not wanting to spend a ton on NY pizza. Can purchase by the slice or for a whole pie. They have a bunch of options too.

2022-03-24All I can say is Wow - this place is fantastic! I was recently visiting the city while on Spring Break with my family. We were housing at the Hotel @ Times Square, and ran into this place by happenstance while venturing the City. You cant beat the lunch prices here - $3.75 for two HUGE cheese slices and a pop! Or, you can have their famous $1 buck pizza. Its huge! We visited Joes pizza (which is supposed to be the most famous in the area), but it paled in comparison to 2 Bros. If you are in Times Square, Midtown, Port Authority, or Brooklyn, do yourself a favor and give this place a try!

2022-02-26It was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. My stomach still hurts after 8 hours. No idea of What ingredients they put in. 3 dollars wasted. I’d buy 3.75 cheese pizza from Joe’s if is knew it was gonna be this bad.

2021-07-11Great price for a quick eat. The only complaint I have is if they run out of something, you have to pick whatever is left. They are not continuously cooking pizzas because they are serving and heating up each slice. But for 1.50 you really can’t complain. We got 4 pieces of pizza and 4 drinks for a little over $ 12. Curbed our hungry fix and was gentle on the wallet.

2021-08-19I absolutely love this pizza joint. It’s insanely off the charts great and prices that can’t be topped. It really is a NY institution and a rite of passage for beleaguered and hungry world travelers. The menu is great and the setting is in a robust part of the city not far from the Empire State Building, The Garden, Penn Station and Port Authority. Travelers, take note: Great culinary pit stop here!

2021-12-28Great pizza place! Excellent priced. Cheaper pan pizza than in Ohio. Strongly recommend.

2021-08-29Fast service. Decent pizza. Only cheese is a dollar. Other slices are more. Sausage and pepperoni is $3.50 a slice. You might get lured in from the sign. Not the best and not the worst pizza. It’s good if you are hungry.
