She will go above and beyond to help you no matter what yourissue is she takes the time to inform you of all your insurance needs shes so nice from the time you walk in till the time you leave Carol will greet you with a snile and make you feel welcome. 2018-09-14Over 2 weeks into an accident under this insurance agency by one of their clients and complete disregard to the situation. From explaining everything over again every time I call. To not returning any phone calls 5 phone calls in now. I did all the leg work got all the information, insurance , took pictures of damages sent in estimates and still nothing back ..
