I needed an emergency extermination and Frank and his team were there to help. They were incredibly efficient with their response time and problem solving as well as being great communicators. Within 48 hours they had solved the issue and have given me helpful long term solutions.
These guys were amazing. I called in a panic and Frank was very calm and helped me right away, communicating with the technician was close. Then the technician Jemell took care of the problem fast and was very thorough. I appreciate them so much.
Started out with a reassuring phone call with Frank, then resulted in a 90 min visit from Mel, at 1030pm! I was so grateful that Mel came so late, with such a great attitude. Perhaps most impressive was the detail and thought Mel put into checking important spaces and carefully placing traps. He found the hole in the bathroom where the mouse entered and exited, plugged it, and then checked our entire place. I would 100% recommend this company!
Jarmell was amazing! Very professional, Knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. Checked every single corner of our house and laid traps in the right areas. We couldn’t find the rodent while he was there but his traps helped us catch it later that night!🏆

Never have I been prepared for dealing with mice in an office! I was so thankful for Frank and his team coming to the rescue. What I admired most was the professional and courteous attitude of the folks at24[7]Pest Control.They came in, did a deep dive of our office to locate trouble areas of where mice could be entering. 247 Pest Control provides top notch services! We moved into a new (old) apartment a couple of weeks ago and faced an infestation of cockroaches with mice droppings scattered around the apartment. Frank was extremely responsive, scheduling a visit within 5 hours of me contacting him. Mel, his tech, came to our apartment reasonably on time, and spent hours cleaning, spraying, caulking, and laying bate/traps. He recommended some additional interventions to do on our own and gave us advice on how to reduce pest burden. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and reassuring. To boot, hes just a really nice guy! We just had our 2 week follow up (free of charge) with Mel - what he did worked wonders. He was a bit late to the appointment slot but I know its tough to find parking where we live. We havent seen anything since 1 week after our initial treatment. He checked the traps, sprayed again. Frank also answered my calls and texts along the way, reassuring me of the process and identifying any little bugs I noticed after the initial eval. All around 5 star service, for what I think is a competitive price. You get what you pay for!Update: Frank has continued to help me in identifying any potential pest threats to our apartment. Late one evening, he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me going over bed bug prevention and detection, as our building has a history. He advised us of what tools to use for detection, how to better seal our doorway, and what over the counter products we could purchase to safeguard our space. He has been extremely encouraging and helpful throughout this whole month of knowing him. I feel extremely lucky to have Frank and Mel on our side.
Found a mouse in my living room area and called Frank right away. He told me what time Jermell would arrive, what services they will provide, and what their preventative plan is. An hour later, Jermell arrived with enthusiasm and confidence. He told me what he was doing as he sealed some holes around my home. I can’t say enough good things about this service and Jermill regarding the professional and thorough work he performed in our home. We had recently returned from a few weeks away on vacation when I spotted a giant American Roach (water bug) on the trap under our kitchen radiator- needless to say I was upset especially given that we have had our apartment sealed to prevent entry given our (lovely pre-war) building suffers from an infestation of these creatures- When a few hours later I saw a second roach on the trap I knew I had to act fast or not sleep that night! I contacted Frank and within 90 minutes Jermiill arrived - He is one of the hardest working and efficient technicians we have ever seen - From moving (heavy) appliances to explaining the type of spray he was using to exploring our home for any entry points - We could not have asked for better or more effective service anywhere - He even told us that the team receives ongoing professional development in order to stay current with best practice in their field. Had a mouse running around the apartment, never happened before and we didnt really know what to do.We looked up on google and luckily we found Frank and his business!Let me add some more details on it, we called them at 10pm and they came in like 1 hour!!The service is fantastic! I called this company and got through to Frank right away. He was professional and patient. While I was on the phone with him, he talked me through on what I should do when my husband came home with fleas. He sent his worker Jermell and communicated throughout the night when he would be arriving. Jermell arrived promptly and was friendly, and extremely helpful. We saw a mouse and instantly decided to get rid of the problem ASAP. We tried to use an exterminator through our building but the guy they brought in was terrible, super ineffective. The next day, we called this company and they were there that evening with two guys super eager to help. They went the extra mile to inspect behind our appliances and then gave us the option to cover all the holes with metal plating, which we did. This worked wonders, and the two guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. When we saw the signs of another mouse, we texted the owner, Frank, who sent a technician there the next day. JC came and did a great inspection, filling up all the extra holes and making sure we knew where to place the traps. He was super friendly and extremely helpful, and we haven’t seen a mouse since. These guys are the go to for any kind of pest control, 100%. JC, you’re the man!
I had a mouse running around in my old brownstone apartment and was freaking out. I put out a few traps, but it didn’t really seem to solve anything. The mouse was still around. I called the owner, Frank, and even though they had been unusually busy, he arranged for the Service Technician, Jermell, to come over at 8pm at night the same day. Frank is someone who clearly knows what he is doing, he is experienced and knowledgable, a no-nonsense kind of guy who is good at taking charge, which was actually exactly what I needed since I was in a state of panic because of the mouse. Jermell came over and he is the most patient and thoughtful person, someone who is truly invested in what he does. When he was done working, sealing holes and putting out traps, I felt I had once again peace of mind and was no longer as worried. I don’t know where to begin the man who answer the phone was so rude I could not believe it I was in an emergency situation with a squirrel he sends one of his guys By the name of Dale who literally came in the apartment for five minutes said I can’t find it and left and expected me to pay $650 to do nothing I do not recommend this company be very aware
I called 24 Hour Pest Control in a panic after discovering a wasp infestation outside on our balcony that was quickly making its way into our bedroom. Frank answered the phone immediately and spoke calmly while explaining the next steps to me. He later sent Jermell out to take care of the wasps, and Jermell exuded a sense of calm and answered our countless questions in a way that really put us at ease. When wasps kept coming into the bedroom even after Jermells visit, Frank performed a follow-up visit himself to confirm that wasps were not living in the bedroom walls and to perform additional treatments to drive away any other wasps attempting to get in. The issue completely disappeared after that visit. Frank and Jermells assistance and professionalism were the only bright spots in a nightmarish scenario, and we could not have been happier with this service.

Frank F is very competent, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and responsible. He is prompt and will come as soon as there is a problem. Frank has come on Christmas Eve to eliminate problems! He has permanently eradicated rodents from my apartment and handles roaches professionally. Frank has also eliminated mold, mildew and has done deep-level cleaning and painting for me. 2022-02-14We found a live mouse in the kitchen at about 11oclock at night. Frank came out within the hour at midnight, got rid of the mouse, and helped us with a comprehensive inspection of the whole apartment and laid new traps throughout. He was an absolute professional and gentleman. Should I ever find myself in the unfortunate circumstance of having mice in the apartment again, Frank’s will be the first number I call!

2022-04-29Jermell was so friendly and professional. He sealed all the crevices in my kitchen (including behind dishwasher) and put down baits. Then Frank came and sealed the larger holes in my apartment with sturdy metal sheets. Very thorough job and I havent seen rodents or water bugs since. Highly recommend.

2022-01-20I could not recommend Frank and his team enough. We have been living in our apartment for over 5 years without any issues, but the building next door to us was demolished and caused issues with our apartment building. I called Frank and he came over immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient. But most importantly, what he did worked the first time! We had no ongoing issues or complaints. Other companies do temporary work, but Frank’s work is a permanent solution. We’re currently renovating a new apartment and Frank is going to work with the construction team preemptively to make sure we never run into issues in the future. Thank you Frank!!

2021-12-15I am tremendously grateful for Frank and Abraham at 24 Hour Pest Control. When I noticed a family of mice scurrying across our home on my Nest, I set up a few traps myself, with no luck. We were upset and worried about our young childs exposure to the mice droppings we were finding across the house. After interviewing a couple of exterminators, we picked Frank based on his clear strategy for how he planned to approach the issue. Across several days, Frank was a consummate professional. He looked across our entire home, patching up holes, leaving traps, even identifying an unrelated concern with a home appliance, which he helped address. Frank kept his work site clean, he was efficient, and he successfully fixed our mice infestation. He kept my family calm and was responsive at all hours of the day. He worked methodically, using footage from our home cameras to inform his plan of action. I wouldnt wish a family of mice on anyone but if you have a problem that requires a true professional, I give Frank my strongest endorsement.

2022-02-0224 Hour Pest Control came into my apartment and took care of the problem, 100%. I haven’t seen a mouse in my apartment (it was a big problem) since they first came. I am satisfied with the job they have done, and I no longer live uncomfortably in my own home. I’d recommend them to my friends and family, especially because they were patient with me about rescheduling and always answered the phone. I told the boss that I needed to write a review because I felt like they really deserved it - they were a 10 out of 10.

Frank was incredibly kind and reassuring and sent his tech Jermelle over within an hour to respond to my request. Jermelle was patient and professional. He did a thorough search of my apartment and even identified other issues that I did not know were present. My experience was 10/10. I would highly recommend.

2022-04-29Dale was extremely kind and helpful with the situation. I have an extreme phobia of roaches and other pests yet he had a calm demeanor and assured me he’d get the job done, to which he did. He put out many traps and exterminated the few roaches I already had in my apartment. He sealed some holes I had and informed me of how they might me getting into my apartment. Such a great experience with the company and if I ever have another problem I will definitely be calling them again.

2022-05-04I saw a small mouse in my place and called this service. The guy came to my home and told me that he was closing small holes around the home to keep any rodents out and I found out later that he did not close any holes. One guy came out and said he saw the mouse. He had the mouse cornered in a bedroom with the door close and he let the mouse run pass him. The mouse got away. I was charged nearly $400 and all I got was a few sticky pads. I was promised a free follow up visit, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I was STOOD UP THREE TIMES for the free follow up visit without a phone call, and when I sent the owner (FRANK) a complaint he called me screaming at me over the phone. He was RUDE & UNAPOLOGETIC. I feel like I was taken advantage of by this company because I am a woman. The owner was so disrespectful and yelled at me at the top of his voice for saying what was only the truth. Stay away from this company.
