Great experience! Cindy, the technician that helped us, was awesome; she explained everything she was going to do before hand and my wife and me felt relaxed at all times. The office and studio were spot on clean and the staff was super kind. Highly recommended.
Cindy is Fantastic!!!!! She very much knows what she is doing and provides excellent service. she makes you feel comfortable. She communicates well and listens to your concerns. I never had to wait for a service. I have been to places in the past where I would sit in the waiting room for over an hour just to be seen.. Not 247 wellness...IN AND OUT!!!.... I’ve been coming here for over a year for my waxes. Their deals are good even if you don’t get the membership. Still better than EWC. I like their private business atmosphere, a little cluttered but homie and still very clean. Cindy is my girl!!! Such thorough waxes. She does clean up every time to make sure she’s gotten every single little hair. My roommates put me on to her and she’s the only one allowed near my lady bits now.
Have been going to Ciny Lee now for like 5 sessions and she is great. Really makes the session as painless and quick as possible. Plus, she is just really nice and pleasant always. Highly recommend

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought my 80 piece lash Groupon for my birthday. I’ve gotten my lashes done from this place over a year ago with Groupon and was so excited. I had to call to book because they didn’t even have the booking online. I was told I would have to pay many additional fees upon arrival. And when I mentioned a lash tech I was asked if I had gone there before and was IMMEDIATELY told if I returned they wouldn’t take the Groupon. The extremely rude receptionist basically told me to get a refund from Groupon and to go on with my day. I HAVE AN ENTIRE BIRTHDAY TRIP TO GET READY FOR AND NOW HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY INCONVENIENCED. This place hits you with a bunch of additional fees and charges that aren’t mentioned in full detail on the website. Sketchy place with extremely rude workers.

I have been going here for the past couple of weeks for Emsculpt, I’m so happy I found this place!! Cindy is very kind and sweet. She always takes me as soon as I walk in and I am out of there in no time. The pricing is very reasonable and I am already seeing great results!

I’m surprised and suspicious of the good reviews this place is getting. I had a terrible experience at this establishment. I found the place via Groupon. There was an extreme lack of professionalism, no one answers the phones, and the front desk is left unattended for long intervals of time. I almost wondered if the place was open when I walked in. So on top of no one being at the desk, the person who was suppose to work on me didn’t show up on time either. I had a tight schedule and couldn’t wait the time they wanted me to wait. They also charged me a cancellation fee, which lets be honest, it should have been waived given their terrible customer service. They also didn’t sanitize while I was waiting at this location, please avoid it at all costs. They charge a bunch of weird excessive fees on top of all the others things mentioned above.

Cindy is a rockstar- she is an expert in all things skin. I’ve been seeing her regularly (with my husband) for four years getting facials, peels, waxing, and recently, laser hair removal. My results are always noticeable and I’m incredibly impressed with the hair reduction on my face. To be honest, I’ve gone to many estheticians and spas over the years, but I’d never go anywhere else again- I absolutely love Cindy and her team!I can’t rave enough about this spa or about Cindy. Give them a try- you won’t be disappointed!
Ok I loved my service and looking forward to the long term results. I went yesterday for an appointment. Ask for specials since they sell Groupon however better to give them a direct sale in my option. Arrived and had everything explained and signed my waivers. The place is very clean and the service was very professional and through. I tipped $80 since she earned it however I do think the sign about tipping could be worded a little softer. It might be off putting for some. I had ultherapy for my abdomen and I was very excited to try it. She had the latest machines for all things body and face. I was impressed. I am planning to try other services here in the near future. It’s in a hotel on the sixth floor so please don’t be confused when you arrive!
I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this place, especially their lead girl Cindy. I had a Groupon for a Brazilian wax when I was first introduced to her and when I tell you she’s amazing, she’s freaking amazing. She’s gentle, personable and to me, she’s somewhat of your best girlfriend. Pain is always minimal with her but that may be due to my high tolerance of pain. I am now a lifelong member- worth every penny.

I was in and out within 20 minutes! Cindy was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable. I’m a thick girl and I still get a little shy doing a Brazilian and she totally made me feel calm and comfortable. Obviously it’s not painless but she was so quick and efficient I barely felt it any pain. I signed up for the membership which if you wax monthly basically pays itself!

I got my eyelashes done at 3pm today and 6 hrs later (no sweating or rubbing or getting wet), I have already physically seen over 12 come out of one eye- so even the day I got it done, one side looks absolutely terrible. 3 of the eyelashes were also attached to my lower lid when she was done, so I lost those too. She also did not prep the lash line before applying the lashes like most of the other times I got eyelash extensions, so it kind of makesI have had many excellent experiences with eye lash extensions throughout the city. and this has honestly been by the far the worst. Highly do not recommend.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. I walk in and there is no one at the desk. My appointment was at 2:40, they state to come in 20 minutes to complete paper work. I was there by 2:20. Around 2:45 someone finally comes into the room. Her name is Cindy. She tells me someone else (Kelly) will be assisting me and she should be done soon. So I wait another 10-15 minutes. I ask her again what is happening because now I have been waiting over 40 minutes. She says that Kelly the staff member that I was booked under is busy with another client and it will actually take a while before she is done. I asked her how we should proceed and she says that we can reschedule for another day and the service will be free. This day is Saturday, I told her I’m not sure when I will have time because I have a busy work schedule. She proceeds with saying it’s okay we will book 11:30 for now if we have other times available I will call you and if the time doesn’t work just call us and let us know. They have a phone number on their website of someone who doesn’t even truly work there. He tells me he can’t reschedule for me, and asks me to speak to Cindy. He provides me with Cindy’s number and Cindy was extremely unreasonable. I checked the schedule on their website their entire afternoon is available. I tell her I can’t do 11:30 can we change the time to 1:30. She proceeds to lie to me stating that they are fully booked today but then they can take me for 1:30 but it will no longer be free. Revoking any compensation for the issue on Tuesday. When I mentioned that the online schedule shows the entire afternoon free she doesn’t address that. She states I am not being fair because I am changing the time when I previously mentioned I wasn’t sure of the timing. She then states they will refund my booking deposits, and I no longer have to come in. Honestly terrible service. If you’re trying to get services done this is just not the place. Be weary of their lies. DO NOT GO!
I boroughs a voucher on Groupon and those monsters wanted to charge me 400 dollars extra for the treatment, all a fake promotion and opportunism.The woman over the phone nasty, disgusting and racist , I put a complaint against business bureau of NYS .
Cindy is the best! Found this place on Groupon and been coming here for the past 2-3 years. Very accommodating as well. Every time I end up leaving feeling very smooth. She gives the best waxes and I would definitely recommend.

I get my wax done here and its amazing. They use better oils and are more gentle than European Wax Center. Also, if you pay an annual membership, you get a very good discount per wax appointment!
My wax was thorough and the lady was kind and professional. The location is in a hotel that takes many COVID-19 precautions. The wax room was clean. No double dipping. They took me a little late which was a peeve because they were intent on making sure I was on time. Id recommend. Good service overall and worth the groupon deal

I discovered 24/7 Wellness from Groupon over a year ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. Cindy is so pleasant and makes the experience easy and painless. Was first going for waxing then switched to laser. Never had one bad experience and will be sad when my sessions with Cindy run out.Definitely recommend for all waxing and laser needs!
I went to the wellness center for lashes. I bought 120 pieces, but was told I didnt have enough of my own lashes to get 120. Instead the young lady said I needed 80 piece lashes. I never heard that before, the problem was I had a Groupon, she couldnt give me a refund. I had to pay in cash and get a refund from Groupon. Although she was very nice I will not be returning.
Amazing experience with Nancy today. She was very polite, professional and very good at what she does. The office was clean. Very please with my 1st visit and diffinitely will return.

Service is TOP of the Line .. I get my waxs.. chemical peels and facials here and the work is Grade A. Cindy is so professional and amazing ... I recommend 247 services to all... They are accommodating and understanding and its sad when I have personally seen customers come late then had an attitude. In my mind Im Like what the hell is your attitude for, Your 30 mins late, It is COVID 19 times so we all need to work together & when people are late it leads to the whole system being backed up .. If Im on time why should I have to hear ppl complaining about there own irresponsibility and even when Clients are disrespectful Cindy and the ladies at 247 wellness still work towards aiming to please all that enter the door ... Love this place and I will always be a loyal and consistent Client ..❤️❤️
The worst waxing experience in my life. The MOST painful wax, the lady couldn’t get a grip on the wax and it kept slipping and breaking off. She also went in the wrong direction when placing the wax over the hairs and frequently went back and forth with the wax like she was painting. She acted really nervous like it was her first time. It took around 45 min for a Brazilian, my husband was waiting and even texted me to ask if everything was ok. During the session she made VERY RUDE comments and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She also had to wax me twice, because she left wax, and had to wax off the wax. The place was also dirty, and the bathroom had water all over the floor, she knew about and suggested I wear my shoes. Also when I got home, there was still wax everywhere and it was super sticky all over my lady bits. Now I see she charged me for the entire waxing when I used a groupon. Also when she asked me how much for the tip I said $4.86 and now I see she tipped herself $8 + some $25 charge for an upgrade?? Complete scam. I will never go back to this place. BEWARE and stay away.
Cindy is amazing. I had severely hyperpigmentation on my face and went to several places to fix but nothing has done as what I expected. I even did four VI-Peel treatments but brow spots still everywhere. I bought a Groupon deal for a glycolic chemical peel and didn’t expected much. Cindy had me and analyzed my skin. She suggested me to do medium chemical peel instead and showed me different pictures of before and after medium peel treatment that she had done on her clients. I wasn’t very much interested but Thank God I still did. After 14 days now my face is super glowing and I could say 90% of discoloration is gone. Thank you Cindy. You’re the best. I only trust you and let nobody but you to touch my skin from now.
I got 120 piece mink lashes for $95. You can get the groupon deal and get it for cheap the first time, just dont buy it on groupon. Save it and show it to them at the location like that you dont pay taxes twice (to the place and to groupon when u buy it). Theyve lasted me about a month and some change to completley fall off. I love them.
Worth every single dollars here. I did Hydrafacial with Cindy and felt in love with it immediately after the procedure. Great experience. Cindy was very polite & knowledgeable. Definitely will return.
Nicole is the best. I did 100 pieces eyelash extensions with her. Amazing result & lasted for a month. Ended up signing a membership to get discount price for my refills and new sets in the future. Thank you, Nicole.
Carol seems very sweet and talkative but she did not pull from root and because of that, Ive developed a lot of painful bumps, the same ones that appear after shaving. Ive wasted my money and time, very dissatisfied with the service. She should talk less and focus on providing the best waxing experience to the client. I also felt like she was rushing the process. If you order on Groupon, be aware that there is a surprise $8 tax that is not mentioned at all on Groupon and she demands a tip. I wont ever return to this business.
I can’t believe this happened but I wound up w an eye infection after lash extensions here. I think it happened when the technician plucked a lash, which I thought was weird. There was a redness that wouldn’t go away and just now my eye started hurting constantly. I got lash extensions once before and there was never irritation that lasted so long. I knew something was wrong when I applied eye drops and it began to hurt. Be careful!
I was on time but had to wait for the previous client to finish which I didnt mind. im giving her 1 star cos she basically gave me a painful shave. I got home and realized I wasnt properly waxed. I could feel hair almost everywhere. I also had my skin ripped out in a couple of places. Cindy is friendly and nice but im not sure she has the necessary skills to perform hair removal..
I just finished doing my Brazilian wax and Cindy is hands down the best staff ever. We talked while going through the process of the waxing treatment. The room is quiet with soothing music in the background. To be honest if it wasn’t for Groupon advertising the company I wouldn’t have even seen this spa. Thank you again Cindy and I am defineitly coming back because you made me feel so welcomed. See you in November.
LOVE Cindy! She is the best. I get brazillans with her and the cost is so AFFORDABLE! She takes her time, talks, and is very quick with her application which lessens the pain. I recommend anyone who wants affordable, and reliable service to book with Cindy! You would not regret it:)
Went to redeem a groupon for laser hair removal but the owner refused to let me choose which body parts I needed done, that I can not choose all large size areas. It is not in the details/fine print. nbd but thought others should know. i left and used my groupon bucks for another place.
WORST SERVICE , I WISH I CAN RATE THEM ZERO.I went for waxing and I had rashes and blood clots everywhere. Even after suggesting the right technique, she did her way in totally different directions of hair growth. After all these hairs were not removed properly. For facial waxing they should have used sensitive skin wax, instead they used normal wax, which caused irritation and PULLED OFF SKIN FROM MY FACE . In the end they are demanding so much tip, which should be totally customer’s choice .Never recommend anyone to go here for anything, they are trying to catch your attention with deals but they will charge so much service charge and gratuity that you will end up paying more than regular rates. In the end WORST service ever.ITS NOT THE EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS,ITS HOW YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS AND BEING GENTLE TO THEM(so that they are not hurt in any way).I was paying $10 tip with gratitude for her service, even after having severe burning sensation on my face and eyes at the same time I had pain on my hands and legs.I paid $30 TIP for the overall bill of $130 (THAT’S WHAT SHE DEMANDED, ELSE SHE WAS NOT LETTING ME LEAVE THE ROOM) for LESS THAN HOUR OF SERVICE which was VERY BAD.I have BRUISES ALL OVER MY FACE EVEN NEAR EYES.BLOOD CLOTS on hand and legs.That lady is definitely not trained and she had been working for a month at your center and you’re doing false marketing as trained aesthetician. THIS IS A BIG FRAUD!!!!Instead of being apologetic, you are trying to blame customers who had very bad experience and BRUTAL INJURY ON FACE AND EYES.I COULDN’T EVEN WEAR MY MASK WITH THE BRUISES ON MY FACE TO STEP OUT!!!!!
Had a great and comfortable experience until the end! i am plus size and the lady who waxed me told me i should lose some weight! i don’t think she was necessarily trying to be rude - and i’m still giving 4 stars because she waxed me very well and was very kind other than that. i used the groupon, so it was $16 with a $4 tax. not a bad price, and the location was good! i’m just a little thrown off by the weight comment. i still am not sure if i will be returning.

Everytime I go they keep saying a different price and they constantly change the receptionist who unfortunately dont know what they are doing. Ive visited this place since May and have never paid $15 for the service I get from them. I booked it online and they wait until I get there to try to charge me double, $30. Do not waste your time, extremely unprofessional and the job is mediocre just check other reviews. :/
Nasty, disrespectful and rude. Not to mentioned false advertising. How are you selling full body laser but excluding 80% of my body. Nasty lady had a terrible attitude, extremely condescending but lacks total intelligence and common sense. Don’t waste your time money or mental stamina here. Disgusting and dirty as well.
I wish I got her name, but she comforted me as I was nervous and helped me get through this experience(as this was my first time). She knows what she is doing and I took ibuprofen so I barely feel any pain after my brazilian wax. My hair is thick so I paid extra for a hard wax... totally worth it :)

TERRIBLE customer service! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I tried calling several days in a row to schedule an appointment, to no avail. (I even called the front desk at The New Yorker Hotel to make sure I had the correct number - they said I was not the first person to complain that the spa was not answering their telephone. This should have been my first clue.) Finally I decided to just stop by after work and make an appointment in person. When I rang the doorbell, the esthetician opened the door a crack, peeking her head through, but not letting me in. Rather irritatedly, explained that she was too busy at the moment, and that I should try making an appointment via text. Flabbergasted, I left and texted later that night to try one last time to set up an appointment. It’s been four days - No answer. Either this place is going under or they just do not care at all about their clients or their brand image. Horrible. STAY AWAY.
I wish I could give them a negative 5 star review! I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30pm, and I received a text message at 4:51pm that they were closing at 5pm! I had already taken the train all the way to mid-town and was walking to the place when I got the text. They had a $20 cancelled fee hold on my credit card, or if you are late they keep it...and they still havent released! I have to fight through AMEX. I think this place is a scam. I bought via group and they said it was a $80 value (so you tip on $80), and if you go to the website the prices are the same or less than what I paid on Groupon! They also email and texted me at 4:23pm to confirm the appointment....so they had to know then they were leaving at 5pm!! Photo shows, I was there at 5:11pm for my 5:30pm appointment.
I brought a full body later hair removal package valid for a year. When I get there there was an Asian lady with short bob hair style at the front desk. She was super aggressive telling me to cancel the groupon deal and they will price match. I did not have a problem as I know when businesses use secondary vendors, they do not get the full amount. She went ahead and cancel it for me and proceed to tell me that its not really full body, that the deal only covers 2 small areas, 3 medium areas, and 2 large. I was taken aback from that point because it did not say that on the description for the groupon not on the busines website. However, I still did not mind and was going to proceed with the service. In addition, she told me that I have to pay $32 per visit thats required. I was like hold on, referring back to the description on the groupon and website, this was not mentioned. When I spoke to another front desk staff, I found that the $32 was for tip. I tried to explain to her that a tip is not require and that I will tip based on the service that I received. She no, either I take it or leave it, that the service that I paid for is worth more than that so if I do not pay the $32 tip, they cannot serve me and I can go. I walked out of there feeling shocked, and I just wasted my time coming to a business, purchased a service and to be treated like this. I do tip, especially in the time that we live in now (covid), I appreciate businesses being open. I explained that to her that i did not appreciate the language and how she spoke to me and that a tip was not required and it is based on customer service; at this point she turned her back and I walked out of there. If I could give zero star I would. The worst customer service I have so far, I would not recommend this place. I am someone who rarely write reviews but, my experience was so bad that I had to write this one; the way she was talking to me was condescending, raising her voice at me, that it felt like I was getting the service for free, like she was doing me a favor and I should be grateful.PS. This is an edit to my review, she said I did not want to pay taxes, did you miss the part where I did not mind the price (price match). Clearly there are other clients that had the same experience as me; DONT OFFER FULL BODY IF YOU ARE EXCLUDING 80% OF IT. I called this place 3 times today trying to book an appointment for a Groupon voucher. I was told they would send me a link to book the appointment, which I never received. I called back again & the receptionist has this attitude telling me that I can also just find the website myself to book it after he has told me several times he’s going to send me the link. No problem, I go on the website & attempt to book the appointment & it is asking for a payment of $25 meanwhile I have the voucher which covers the cost for service. I call back & ask how to book a Groupon appointment since I already paid for service, the receptionist tells me to read the fine print on the Groupon listing to see the process. I couldn’t find the fine print so I asked him to explain it to me (which clearly he was avoiding). He finally tells me there’s an ADDITIONAL fee regardless of if you have the voucher or not. I didn’t get to step foot in this place & the service was subpar and the Groupon they are promoting is misleading. I canceled the Groupon & will go somewhere that is upfront, personable & easy to book appointments ! (Update - I found the fine print section, where does it say there is an additional cost when booking??????)

I called to set up and appointment and I was told to use their website instead and I was hung up on instantly. I arrived but I was told to reschedule b/c I came 3 minutes late.... I would not recommend this place.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Can not stress this enough. The trains were delayed and I got there 4 min late. The people from downstairs took forever and I got to sign at 2:40 my appointment was at 2:30... when I got upstairs they didn’t even answer. They could’ve AT LEAST told me face to face. Didn’t even come out or anything. My appointment was 30 min long. I texted them to say that we could still do it until 3 and then I’ll be okay with that. Left me in their messages HORRIBLE

Absolutely the best place ever. Cindy, is seriously the best and most professional technician.
They have a ridiculous late policy and they make you reschedule if you miss it by a few minutes.

2022-03-19Cindy is the best! I’ve been with her for over 3 years! She is the only person that I let and trust to take care of my skin. Staff is always helpful and kind. I absolutely love how she takes her time to perfect anything that she does. You can tell that she truly loves her job. If I could give her more stars I definitely would. Simply the best and prices are definitely affordable.

Cindy has taken great care of my skin, recommends great products and skincare tips. I’ve had great results and she is the only esthetician I have had. 2022-06-01I go to 247 Natural Wellness Center for all of my maintenance needs! Have been a loyal and consistent member for 3 years. The location is super clean, spacious and has state of the art equipment. The staff is friendly and always respond to your emails in a timely manner. There is no wait time, as they are always on time and ready for your scheduled appointment. All of the eye lash techs are amazing! I have gotten numerous massages and facials at 247. And as a African American women with sensitive skin especially on my bikini area, the Hard Wax Brazilians that Cindy has been giving me for the past 3 years has greatly improved my discoloration and razor bumps. I am alot more confident in a bikini now, thanks to Cindy!

2022-03-07I was getting sessions done nearby my house for 3x’s more the cost! I saved a ton of money by coming here! You get a years worth of workout results in just weeks. Cindy and Clara are awesome! Super nice and professional. Highly recommend. Not a fancy place like the med spa I was going to but I’d rather a nice place that I pay $200 instead of a fancy place that cost 800$ for the same exact thing!!! Cindy is super knowledgeable and helpful!

2022-06-14This review is long overdue, but here it is. Ive come to Cindy for both laser hair removal and a facial. The LHR sessions were quick and about as painless as the procedure can be. Unlike some med spas, the cooling gel was included in the service and the machine used was advanced. Having noticed the poor condition of my skin during my first LHR session, Cindy expressed genuin concern over my temperamental skin and suggested a facial. Since then, her prices have changed, and, honestly, if I still lived in the area I would gladly pay triple digests to see her every 3 months. Since moving to Colorado 2 years ago, I have been searching for an aesthetician that matches or exceeds Cindys skills, and I have yet to find one. Shes a trophy aesthetician who sets the bar really high for all other aestheticians.
