Very nice selection of wines. Great owner. Btw that trailer is from when they were filming Blue Bloods nearby.
Owner can be a bit rude and changes the credit card minimum every time I go in.

2021-11-29This woman is very, very, rude to deal with. She literally will start raising her voice if you ask her a question. She literally is the worse sales person I have ever dealt with when it comes to doing business. Why cant there be no stars?!

2018-09-11The shop keeper is very rude. I was looking through the chilled wines and she was visibly annoyed and rather than offer to help she told me to close the refrigerator in a very nasty way. As a frequent customer I have never been greeeted or received warmly. I will not be returning. While the selction is decent I’d rather spend my time and money somewhere where customers are appreciated and customer service is provided. It’s a shame because the location is very convenient for me however I’d rather go out of my way for a more pleasant or at least halfway decent experience. I’d advise others to do the same.

2018-04-27I tried to buy a bottle of Marsala for cooking. It came up as $9.79. When I handed over my credit card I was told there is a $15 minimum for credit cards. I asked where the sign was which stated that, the woman told that they don’t have one. I think she was making it up. For what reason I don’t know, she lost a sale and the business lost a customer.For much better service, better selection and reasonable prices go to the The Wine Room of Forest Hills on 69 Ave between Groton and Harrow.

2020-12-25One of the worst customer service I’ve seen.... price is reasonable however, one time my total bill was $23.01 and I had $23 and $100 on hand.. she said no $23, took the $100 because of the $.01 wow... furthermore, is the only store in NEW YORK With one worker... I guess...
