Be aware! The owner knows a lot and listen you what you want and match - good side ( if you are really careful )But later during my time there, when I had to pay he suddenly showed all kinds of “deals”. 32 GB memory card for 99$ DOLLARS - a really good one, according to him, is 12$ on Amazon. And gave me one hundred and something dollar binoculars and it was 40$ online and he said he gave me an extra “discount” but overall it was a rip off. My son found this shop and we needed things fast so I just went there without checking the online reviews. If you need to buy something urgently, be sure to go there early and think for enough time how much you will spend there, then check the prices online one by one really carefully there and show him so you don’t get fooled. Good luck, God bless - I bet God knows all and that is so not ok.

Great convenient store for all of your electronic needs in Midtown Manhattan. It has reasonable prices and superb customer service. Additionally they have a good selection of smartphones, accessories and cameras. The general manager, Mr. Charles is always very personable and professional.

These people are scammers. I exchanged a phone for one with a lesser price. The salesman refused to give me a refund. Then he had a worker ring up another receipt telling me that I owe him 50 dollars. I told the salesman I would call the better business bureau.....he asked me what could he do to fix it...he offered me everything but my $50 dollars. These people have no integrity. They are also liars.

Place is a serious rip off. They tried selling me an out dated item for four times the price. Then they kept lowering it as I tried leaving. Didnt realize the item I was purchasing was outdated and they do exchange only even on same day purchases. Just about the entire store sells things at some absurd premium. Save your money. They sold me a few double aa batteries at twice the price which honestly seems to be the most proportionately priced item in the store. I knew NYC was a bit pricy. But that was disgusting.

I had a great experience at this store recently. The staff welcomed me with hospitality and showed amazing costumer service. They provided me with the item I needed and also went above and beyond with their service. Would highly recommend!

Be aware of this place - always ask a receipts, because they don’t give it to you and will not return you money , while they promise to return you the money if something will not work.

Avoid at all cost. I think this is the first or perhaps second time in my life that I am leaving a review, but its absolutely necessary.Stopped in this afternoon and asked for a screen protector. Usually I purchase the same sort of non-brand item, and when I asked here, the employee went and got the right one for my device, and opened the package since I wanted a protector that is as thin as possible.I put my card down and asked him to apply the protector to the phone for me, which he did.I did not bother to ask the price of the item because this is the the same exact no-name screen protector, with the same exact packaging, that Ive purchased a few times in various shops in NYC for $10 or $15.After the employee charged my card, he came back with the receipt for a charge of $65! I assumed it was an error, so I pointed it out, but it was clear that there was no error.Ive made a complaint to Capital One, who will refund the money of course, and, out of principle, I will gladly take 10 minutes to make a complaint to Mastercard. This is a difficult time for retail, but there is no excuse for conduct like this.
