As self-laundromats go, this one is excellent. The washing machines are a little bit pricey, but they come in many different sizes, priced accordingly, to help make your laundry time as quick as possible. Dryers are 39¢ per 10 minutes. They have so many machines that I can use several at once and no one has to wait. Theyre open 24 hours a day, so you can do your laundry at 3am if you want! They also seem to have laundry service here, although I never tried it.
This is a huge laundromat that offers drop off service.. if you choose to do your own laundry, they use the latest state-of-the-art pay system.. there are plenty of available washers and dryers. You can pay with each machine with a MetroCard type card, and they have a machine to change higher denomination bills and also the ability to check balance on your card.
I will break down the pros and cons of this laundromat.Pros:- Clean- Parking lot for drivers- Abundance of Machines- Affordable- 24 hoursCons:- My clothes are NEVER fully cleaned. Suds are always left on my clothes after removing from the machines no matter how small the load or less detergent.- Weak washers; sometimes my clothes are removed half wet and half dry.- Weak Dryers; 10 minutes for one quarter but yet it takes forever for clothes to dry.This is my honest review. I come here because it is open 24 hours, but normally I do not. I try to stay away because what is the point in washing my clothes to go home and wash them again? Choose wisely where you want your hard earned money to go.
This place is open 24 hrs, which is rare for College Point. Air conditioned, WiFi is available but slow (ask the attendant for the password) and you can use your credit card or cash to refill your laundry card. Machines only use the laundry card, so no quarters (the card machine doesnt take them either but they will probably take it at the window for cash or talk to the attendant). There is drop off service but its a bit pricey (especially for larger items like quilts) - Ive never used it. Overall clean, comfortable and they just expanded - so not as crowded. This place is pretty popular in the neighborhood, I guess cuz of the on-site parking. Come early in the morning or after 10 pm at night to avoid the crowds.
I use to give this place 5 stars, but wow the washing machines stop early EVERY single time, and the dryer doesnt dry clothes. Just take your clothes to hang at this point.
Great 24 hour laundromat but during the busy hours i dont like the fact that the attendants take over the customers machines to wash the dropoff customers clothes and when i tell them about it, they dont care.
Its a good clean family place yo wash your clothing. I like the card that you cam reload when you need to. The prices are decent. It had psrking out front. It is around the corner from Walgreens.
Went for the first time this past Saturday at around 9am. The place was almost empty. Very clean, very quiet. Easy to follow instructions posted on all of the machines, and on a large banner above them. Overall, a very good experience.

The machines look new and clean well. They use a in store card you put money into instead of carrying around quarters. Much better, stand near the entrance to get time warner WiFi

DONT GO HERE!!! They lost aloooooot of our clothes and that was the first AND LAST time. Worst service ever.When we called to give them the benefit of the doubt they swore up and down they gave us all our clothes. SMH idiots even gave us other people clothes. Thats how FOR A FACT these retards gave our clothes to someone else.
Dont waste your money setting the washers to hot water. They are gripping you! Its a few cents but kinda a RIP off

A week before, my clothes would dry in 40 minutes then I came back and 1 hour has passed and they were not dry, I complained to one of the girls and they only told me that I was the only one with complaints. So you have to gather minimum numbers of people so they can see what is happening with the machines?
Large comfortable, with 24 hour parking and most importantly, VERY CLEAN .. the girls are very friendly .. a place 💯 recommended ..

The worst experience in leaving my clothes to be washed, almost $ 1.00 per pound and the super bad service, the clothes badly folded, badly organized and so wrinkled if you appreciate your money do not leave to wash your clothes there for what you bought me so expensive and for something that is not worth it

2022-05-27So far, this is my favorite laundromat. It is clean, spacious, and bright. Lots of washing and drying machines. There is a parking lot that can fit about 10 vehicles.

2021-07-03Tons of washers & dryers, and different sizes to choose from depending on how large of a laundry load youre needing to do. Smaller washers cost less.Place has always been clean, and if youre doing laundry later at night its either going to be empty, or with minimal people inside, which is great if youre avoiding crowds.They use a card system rather than quarters, which means you get a laundry card & fill with money, and use the card for the machines there. Less change to have to haul around, but if youre only planning to go there once it might be inconvenient since youll probably have some remaining money stuck on the card afterwards

2017-04-27Good Laundromat ... 89 cents per pound wash and fold service which is better than using their machines ... I am a man so 30 pounds and they wash it better than when I wash myself ... I do the wash and roll up method haha

2020-01-26I wash here every weekend with my family.This place is clean and the machines wash great as opposed to other laundry’s in the area which are run down and don’t wash as well. However I’m not leaving this review because my clothes are crispy clean after. I’m leaving this review because my wife thought she lost her phone in the laundromat and we went on a mission to look for it. It’s hard to get people to check cameras without the police telling them to do so. The owner which I didn’t get her name had arrived just as I was asking the employees to check the cameras. They said they didn’t have access to it and to leave a note for the owner. The owner who seemed a bit occupied at the time took her time to show me different angles of my wife’s steps while she was in the laundromat. As a business owner myself I know how frustrating it can be to have someone asking them to do this, but she was nice about it and I really appreciated it. Upon checking the cameras we realized she left with the phone in her pocket and must’ve lost it somewhere else. Thank you for taking the time to show us the cameras.(and let me this by saying that even if we had seen if someone took her phone the chances of getting it back were slim to none)
