Lee the sales rep was helpful in finalizing the plans and working with the insurance company for a small kitchen and bathremodel/repair after water damage. The carpenter, Mark and his crew wasted no time putting the kitchen and part of the bathroom together. After a little delay due to backordered product they returned and completed the cabinets, sink, and counter. The job came out beautiful. The guys were friendly and helpful. I will be hiring 518 Renovations again.

I had a few big projects done by these guys and they are top notch. Best team around only guys I trust doing work in my home. They were very professional and knowledgeable I will definitely be using 518renovations again for my next project

I rent a home from 518 properties. Last winter the serviceman came around to check on my gas furnace. He discovered that it was not working properly, and it was replaced immediately. I couldnt believe how quick the service was. Mr. Akey takes excellent care of his tenants!
