Rude Employees . asked for a bag and said its 1.00why is this a mandate to charge 1 dollar for one plastic bag and then be told if i dont like it to leave new york ......just lost another customerpeople like that representing your company is disgraceful . its like me telling you guys to go back to where u came from
Clean your coffee station! This 7-11 is disgusting! Sorry but the coffee station is the face of any 7-11 store. Very bad way to represent your business. I live around the corner and rarely go here. If it were clean Id be here every day.
I frequently stop here as I work in the area. The store is always clean, including the restroom. Food is fresh too. No day old dogs on the rollers.
Very poor customer service would not refund my money horrible recommend going to a different 7-Eleven . 7-Eleven Corporation better do something about this store.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THERE WAS A SHORT PUDGY GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER AT ABOUT 12PM TODAY AND HE TREATED ME LIKE A DOG.I HAS A WINNING TICKET AND IT DID NOT SCAN ON HIS MACHINE OR THE ONE ON THE SIDE OF THE STORE IN FRONT. I ERASED AS MUCH AS ICOULD AND ALSO SCRATCHED OFF THE NUMBERS NEXT TO THE CODE.HE STILL TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT DO IT IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS.I FOUND THAT ABHORRENT. HE SHOULD BE TERMINATED.I LIVE IN THE BIG COUNTRY POINTE COMPLEX ON OLD COUNTRY ROAD WITH 600 FAMILIES. I WILL MAKE CERTAIN THAT THEY HEAR ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE TREATMENT AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT THEYNEVER STOP IN YOUR STORE.THIS IS THE 7-11 AT THE SOUTH END OF THE SHOPPING CENTERABOUT 7 STORES DOWN FROM WINE AND MONTES.I AM ALSO GOING TO WRITE TO THE CEO OF 7-11 AND MAKE HIM AWARE OF THIS.THIS NASTY PERSON DOES NOT BELONG IN ANY STORE THATDEALS WITH CUSTOMERS. If i could i would give this 711 **ZERO ** first off all no greetings when you come inside or while cashing out and typically indian low wage worker attitude .. second part the coffee is old not fresh and whole coffee station is dirty and smelly garbage full flies sitting on coffee station disgusting, employees too lazy to do theirs jobs i assume , I suggests owner of this branch to hire new employees or have his current staff probably trained , i feel the business should be neat and clean for their Customer’s and quick note please try to satisfy customers even tho at least try.. hope i made very clear by writing this review
Cozy 7-11 with many great options that you wont find at other 7-11s.Great food selection, and lots of drinks.Cozy store.They have an ATM.

2021-10-03Im at the store at 4:45 AM, on a Sunday October 3rd, 2021, and the sign says open, come in; but the door is locked, with no one inside, and a milk crate on the handle.

2021-09-30This place has got to have the worst customer service ever. They act like their doing you a favor by waiting on you. You have to watch when their ringing you up cause they like to overcharge. This place has definitely gone down hill. Luckily theres other 7-11s around cause this place is done.

2021-09-11Update as of today, 9/11/21.. its 545am and the doors are locked. Everything is on inside. Like the level of inconvenience is insaneIs anyone doing anything about this?!This store recently posted a change in their hours... The sign stated they will close at midnight. TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW I arrive well before 12am. This evening I arrived at 11:27pm. The door is locked, blocked off by these milk crates and there is a clock on the door saying they will be back at 5am. this is extremely unprofessional of the lazy person working inside and its super inconvenient. I called the sore and left a message and even knocked on the door hoping the worker would hear me. Listen.... We all want to go home at the end of the night when our shift ends.... But taking it upon yourself to close MORE THAN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE STATED CLOSING TIME IS JUST PLAIN RUDE. 8 cars were there when I drove off wondering why you guys were closed. This employee thinks he or she can lose you business so they can split out at 12:01am. Someone needs to do something about this. 8 cars. If I was the owner/ manager I would be VERY mad about this. I will be sending in a formal complaint on this.

2020-10-26This place is always cluttering up with stock. Most the employees rush you through at the register and always tries to avoid giving you the opportunity to use your 7-Eleven app rewards. Now they have a habit of running out of bags and trying to sell you one for a dollar. Unprofessional staff, the ones I run into during the business day treat you as if they didnt need your business a take or leave attitude. The food is okay and it is clean inside.

2021-08-01Bought nachos to eat, than when I went to put cheese it was empty, the guy refused to refill the cheese. What am I supposed to do with nachos and no cheese? It’s almost as if the management purposely chooses the absolute worst employees.

2020-06-30What a joke this place is. I really dont have a high standard considering its just 7/11, but no one says anything to you while ringing you up, and no one will tell you the price. I just spent about $9 on a case of water. I would have put it back if he told me the price originally, because who the hell spends that much on water. He then wouldnt give me a receipt. These people are not friendly, and definitely are shady. I live right across the street and will never come back here again. (This also is not my first incident with them, there is always an issue.)

2017-11-08The workers are very rude. The first time I went my co worker and I had our company car and we left the keys on the counter. I forgot it was my key and the worker started laughing at me. Today I went there and my car battery unfortunately died while in the store. I asked the worker if he minded giving me a jump ( I had cables) and he said he didnt feel like moving his car and asked me to leave the store despite buying something. I work very close to this 7-11 but will not return.
