Nice & cozy spot, not spacious at all but you should reserve a table if you want a seat because its easily packed. Great flavored hookahs drinks are good as well
I don’t like giving bad reviews at all just left this spot, might have been had bad luck. Bartender ran me down the block to ask if I paid in front of everyone. Mint hookah had 0 taste from jump. Ordered a second large one, just to see if it was cause it was the small hookah messing it up. Music was decent thou speakers too small for establishment size. Vibe DEADED.
Great happy hour! Drinks were made well. At some places its either too much alcohol and I end up feeling like I grew a few chest hairs (I shouldnt, Im a female) or not enough and Im about to become diabetic from all the sugar they used to mask the lack of alcohol. But here it was the Goldilocks story. Drinks were juuuust right.
On 9/12 I came and it closes at 3am and its 130 and they told me I have 15mins to smoke hookah and drink. I had a party of 8 and that would have brought revenue to the establishment regardless if its a slow night. Very disappointed because as a establishment you guys turned down money. Could have been an easy 600 plus but the workers wanted to leave home. I guess I see whats more important for the business. Never coming again

Absolutely disgusting experience at this location on June 7 2021. My friend came in with her state issued Identification card and then was denied by the rude bartender, she then went to get her drivers license in the car and proceeded back into the restaurant. Once inside the restaurant she kindly greeted him again and handed him her ID. With no response, He took her ID looked at it then threw it back on the bar and continued making a drink. At this point my friend was upset but there wasn’t any other locations open near with hookah, so I expressed my friends frustration in a kindly manner once we were seated. The bartender tried to argue with us once again being disgusting. I asked to speak to a manager, he did a 360 and said it was him. When I mentioned making a complaint he then came bank to apologize and serve us. My friend just asked that he doesn’t speak to her at this point, but it’s fine. The bartender then proceeded to say well he will not serve any of us (party of 3) if my friend doesn’t speak to him. I explained to him that that doesn’t make sense if there are 2 other people in the party ordering. After being disgusting towards my friend all she asked was for him not to speak to her. He then said he do not care he’s not serving us. After embarrassing us infront of the guest and a commotion we left. This experience was like a nightmare, the bartender discriminated against us and when we shared our story on Instagram, we came to find out this is not the first incident. I do not know how this establishment is still up and running. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
Over priced !, not worth it! 200 dollars bill. for one hookah, fried calamari, and 3 drinks , never again!!
This spot is super cool good hookah, food, music but the customer service!!!!!!!! We had a waiter name Garry and he is amazing! So sweet and patient! I came in with a group of girls and he was great we come here a lot but anytime we get Garry our experience at 718 is GREAT!
It is a bit of a small space for Saturdays hookah nights & theres a bit of a wait to stand on line to get in but the drinks are ok. The music was good. The hookah flavors offered are good.

Very small space with tacky interior, seatings were uncomfortable and you’d be rubbing shoulders with the person sitting next you! Yes that’s how small the place is. Lol they charge $60 for basic quality hookah - can’t justify the price that’s for sure. The worst part was ear-piercing loud music ( poor sound system) Lots to improve. 👍🏻
Unhygienic place for hookah. I was waiting outside the restroom and a staff flushed the toilet after using it and walked out without washing his hands. That was really gross.The hookah tasted below average I could tell they’ve not cleaned the hookah equipment nor did they change water inside the bottle. It tasted pretty bad. Will definitely not go back again.
Very expensive for 1 hookah and 1 drink and a coke and salmon fried calamari. 150$ r u serious.Never got a refill on my coke nor the hookah and I will never go back!
First off, service is really good. The waiters are friendly and check on you often, unlike other bars/ hookah lounges where they’ll leave you to rot. They also changed the coals without me asking so that’s a plus! The hookah was not the best to me in my opinion, it started out good but burned out rather quickly— which is ridiculous since the prices for hookah start at $30 and go up. The drinks were okay as well, which disappointed me since they look so good and I was looking forward to try them. They seemed to have more mixers in them than alcohol. The food was alright too. I got some appetizers to eat, nothing crazy. The atmosphere is really chill so maybe I’d come here again to see if my review will change.
Gary (one of the servers) was all alone today and he did an amazing job i go here all the time and i always have an amazing time. The service is amazing the drinks are perfect and the food is great! If you want a great hookah environment show up!

The hookah and drinks were good. Service as well. The only downside is the music was ear piercing loud. A few levels lower and I would have stayed longer. Has a nice bar at the entrance though.
The bathroom door didnt lock from the outside which Im sure at least one star never knew! I head the most awaiting experience with two gentlemen opening the door while I was using the restroom. Neither apologized and they actually proceeded to argue with me about it but being locked as if it were my fault. I got my drinks for free, probably because it was clear I wasnt being irrational due to the alcohol. Cool ambiance tho. All the hoodrats go here. So if you are an attention seeker and love taking pics, this is the place for you! Not even tryna be funny..
Great experience, drinks and hookah. I let the bartender choose my drink because it was my first time visiting and it was perfectly mixed. Staff checked my hookah to make sure it was still lit and replaced the coal several times without being asked to do so. I arrived there a few mins. after midnight and was sadden when I was told the kitchen was closed.
I loved the place, the staff FANTASTIC!! Im going bac next week and Im bringing a friend to show off 718 the place is....BEAUTIFUL!! Bathroom stayed clean even when it got crowded. Go visit see for yourself
Its a cute small cozy place to go if its a last minute plan. I recommend going the music is what I consider good. Its a mix of hip hop, r&b and Latin music. Pretty tight if youre trying to dance but what do you expect from a small area. There are tables and typically if you get there early enough it doesnt take long to sit but if you get there too late like 11ish you may have to wait. The staff is nice and not pushy. The hookah is good although I dont smoke it anymore but it is good from what I can remember. Its a good atmosphere. Try it!
Service was garbage, waited forever to get 3 beers and a glass of water and never got our hookah. Wouldnt recommend this place if youre looking for a good spot to chill and get some drinks. Want bad music, warm beer, non existent service and to get charged for things you ordered and never got? This is the spot for you!
I wish I could put 0 stars. They made us wait 30 minutes and after they told us 50 on each person. When we asked why they didnt tell us this before the guy mockingly said oops sorry what a unprofessional rude staff, I have never experienced this kind of rudeness especially when you go out to enjoy your night. Please avoid the place.
Great place! Hookah is always good. They use cocunut coals, NO quick lites here. Happy hour rocks. And the staff is wonderful! Been coming here for over a year and they always remember me. Love it!
Relaxing, bathroom clean and they also have Awesome soft music, your waitress always come and check on you and see if you need something. The prices are Expensive but the Food is Excellent and Delicious so its worth it. I will be going back, but you have to park one block away Enjoy Everybody 😀👍👏🙏
Hookah(jolly rancher $40) way too expensive (knew this when ordering) but it was very good in the beginning and died down immediately. Service is garbage, drinks are more water and ice than anything. Waited 40 min for first round of drinks and another 20 for chicken wings. (So 1 hour for chicken wings). That we ended up taking to go cause we couldnt stand it anymore. DO NOT GO! 4 drinks, hookah and chicken wings and a chicken sandwich 128 bucks.....service included(which the 15% included was not at all worth it). Not to mention the music is wayyyyy too loud(this doesnt bother me, its just that type of place thats fine). I live in NYC Im completely okay with spending 100-200 maybe even 300 on hookah food and drinks. This place is no where near that.
Saturday nights here are so much fun!! Good food, great drinks, the best hookah Ive ever smoked and decent DJ. The place gets packed and theres minimal seating but its worth it!

I had a great time here at this hookah lounge. Good music, drinks and hooka. They always asked me if my hooka was good and every time I needed coal they would change it for me. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I liked the vibes and the drinks I would give it a 5 but I waited too long for my food and the guy who was closing the windows for the bar accidentally drop the window shades on my head in which I dropped my phone and my phone cracked all he said was sorry.I also had order a chicken Panini instead I got a chicken sandwich the lady forgot my order so I was waiting for a good 40min until I ask her when is my food coming and she didn’t know what I was talking about until I told her “I oder with you remember then she was like oh” then I waited another 25 and decided to ask again if it’s ready which she went to check and it was but the food was not what I asked for.

I dont understand this place they have it set up like its a restaurant where you sit down and maybe have a chat with your friends but the music is at a club level so you cant hear what anyone is saying unless their mouth is in your ear canal. I have no idea what theyre trying to accomplish

It was really good spot to just hang out and listen to music the place was fairly spread out and the service was good, drinks were pretty decent and prices were regular for the area.
Food was decent. The DJ sucked. Music was all over the place, no real flow to it. Drinks were a bit on the weak side.

2022-04-22I cannot complain about one thing. First of all , I came here on a Friday afternoon with my sister Janet. We ordered happy hour drinks and hookah. The music, the service & the scenery is all a vibe. Our waiter was super attentive, friendly & nice. For my first time being there , my experience was great. I will definitely be back!

2021-12-21Such a quick & chill spot for hookah, food and drinks! Beautiful floral decor installation for pictures. Coconut mojito was flavorful and strong. Calamari was delicious as well. Would be back for sure! Not too loud and crowded when I visited (8pm on a Friday).

2022-06-18The worst experience ever. I wasnt let in because i was wearing joggers. This is a hookah lounge. I would like to come in a relax attire. They shouldnt be able to tell me what to wear unless its vulgar. I saw people walking in with shorts but joggers are not accepted. Wouldnt recommend coming here.

2022-04-21Came on a Monday night after work, the food🤤🤤🤤 for me 10/10, the music 7.5/10, the only thing for me is the bartender, feel like the bartender should be a Lil more lively/a Lil more talkative & hookah is 40$. Other than that no problems... I will be back soon...hopefully💀🤣🤣!!!!!!! (The food makes up for this spot tbUpdate~ Came back on Tuesday night after work around midnight..April 19, 2022.. It was kinda busy.. I understand the waitress was a lil overwhelmed because of how busy she was but ppl can feel a person vibe and it wasnt it that night. I came for the food & drinks n the kitchen was closed I guess but the Monday I went out before which was kinda recently they was still selling food weird..!!

2018-10-30I had a great time here tonight hanging with some friends for a birthday party. They have a great menu - appetizers, entrees, drinks, beers, cocktails, specials, and hookah flavors! They have Mediterranean food so that was a nice twist and some usual bar favorites. Theres a happy hour for cheaper beer and hookah. I think we paid $20 for hookah all night - until 12am. The hookah was always smooth and they had some great flavors. Our waiter and server were very hospitable and made sure we had everything we need. For my friend, they gave her this crazy sparkler and a shot on the house as we sang happy birthday to her. The decor was nice and Halloween-themed. I loved everything about it. Very chill atmosphere. Id recommend it for a date or a group setting. Thanks guys.

2021-10-18Hookah is way over priced for not being a club. $40 is club prices, not hookah lounge prices. Ordered food, the calamari was basic and the nachos were lower than basic. The presentation of the nachos was great but the substance was lacking, minimal cheese when its called cheese nachos the grilled chicken was okay but just cut up and thrown around like a 5 year old had a food fight in the kitchen. We then continued our food journey with the 718 burger cooked medium, the egg inside was dryer than the rubber on a race track and the flavor was non existent. I was looking forward to the food here but let down. The decor is light and basic, with the played out garden wall in the front stating a regular phrase to get any youngin excited to snap. Place has a lot of potential but just not it. We also were the first customers of the day. Service was good and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
