The best cleaning company in Buffalo NY. We have back ups at our gym, Planet Fitness, every other week. They are always on time and always clean the locker rooms perfectly. The staff is always so friendly and caring to all of our needs. The most reliable company that I have been with. they will not disappoint!
Rob, Matt and the crew could get to my home quicker than any of the the other similar business in the area. They are efficient, communicative, and a no BS organization. Rob and the crew were very busy on July 17th and the days and weeks following due to the excessive water that the region had and quickly and in a sense surgically remediated water damaged materials from my basement. Additionally, found mold and successfully removed and addressed this issue. Price point is more than reasonable for the amount of work and expertise the the job required. Thank you again for your timely and understanding though out this whole process Rob.
911 Restoration came into our emergency situation flooded basement and put back into use with hard work and knowledge and state of the art equipment. Rob and his team were always responsive to our questions with full answers. They were respectful of us and the water situation with full and complete service.
I was on the verge of a mental breakdown then I found 911 Restoration, they came to the rescue in our emergency (flooded basement) and really took care of the situation. Rob and his team were prompt, efficient and got the job done. 10/10 would highly recommend.
We had standing black water in our basement, I had no idea it flooded or how long it had been like that bc I hadnt checked my basement in over a month; it was an absolute overwhelming mess!! Rob came right over, gave me an estimate and made me feel a lot better immediately!! He showed up at 9am the next morning, put in a new sump pump system and had everything looking better within a few hours!! I would 100% recommend this company for any issues they are willing to take on and fix!! Its worth every last penny!!
We had seven inches of water in our basement due to recent heavy rain. We were able to pump the water out but it obviously left a mess and horrible smell. We called 911 Restoration and even though they were extremely busy with lots of other flooded basements they fit us in within a timely manner. They were very professional and friendly and our basement is dry and smells good. They took out the gross wet rugs and whatever other garbage I had gotten together. I would highly recommend them.
Rob was very responsive, helpful, and quick. He picked up his phone late at night ready to come but we both decided it could wait until the morning. Rob is very thorough and wants to make sure the customer gets the best quality repair possible. Would highly recommend!

In less than 3 weeks from the introductory call, Rob and his team made a daunting renovation project very manageable. The end result is even better than I had envisioned! I received a phone call right away and an appointment was set up within 24 hours. He was on time, polite and professional. He went thru my entire home after I had incurred water damage. He was so thorough, taking pictures of everything. He explained exactly what he found and what needed to be done as well as the guarantee for the process offered. The mold was already affecting my familys health. They came in and worked all day, knowing how important it was. When they were done I was shown pictures of everything that was completed and walked thru the areas that were able to be seen. It was incredible. You would have never believed it was the same place. They had taken care of any airborne particles, remediated all the mold that was on the walls, cleaned, sealed and coated the walls so no future problems would occur. It looked amazing. There was no chemical smell. Everything was put back neatly and cleaned up completely. I could not have been happier. They were pleasant and honest. Rob turned a very scary situation for my family into one where we were confident he could handle it, and he did! So happy we hired him!
Rob and his crew were professional and reasonably priced. The basement received an amazing transformation after the mold was removed, sump pulp installed and the walls and floors painted.
The guys were quick & the whole process was quick & easy on my end. They even moved everything in my basement for me all to one spot so I didn’t even have to lift a finger! Very courteous & respectful also!
Rob was awesome ! We had some damage from a wind storm and he fixed everything and then checked everything else to make sure it was in good repair. I highly recommend him and plan in using him again

2021-12-01Rob and his team do incredible work. Our new home flooded from a plumbing issue prior to us closing, and Rob was exceptional with laying out the work to be done, keeping his timelines, keeping us informed of progress and issues, educating us on material upgrades, just everything. And the final product is just wonderful. Very high quality work and his team is easy to work WITH. 911 Restoration gets our recommendation hands-down!

2021-12-12These guys came to my rescue during a time where it was difficult to get a plumber to come to my home that had 3 to 5 inches of water. They did a great job, kept me informed and let me know exactly what the issue was. They cleaned everything up, very professional and great customer service. I also had them fix other plumbing problems unrelated to flood while they were at the home They were very reasonable. I highly recommend.

2021-09-17I don’t usually have time to write a review but I was blown away by the over the top service from this company I just had to share my experience. I’m the owner of a 6,500 sq ft spa that was flooded by a tenant above our space. This happened Sunday evening before Labor Day. We were completely booked out for weeks. It was a devastating blow to our business and employees. The owners Matt and Rob committed to getting us back open. Given the amount of damage - that was a tall order and they did not disappoint. We opened the following Monday which was even a shock to our insurance adjuster. The 911 team did a great job drying, repairing and painting our space. And they were beyond pleasant every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

2021-10-31I was in despiration! My basement was slowly flooding from a faulty water pump. I called 911Restoration, Rob answered the phone. He asked me a few questions to assess my problem and he said hed be over in about 30 min. Wow, it was Saturday! He came within 30 min and swapped out the old water pump with a new one. The water problem was solved.. Rob is a professional, hard working business owner who loves what he does and it shows!I will be telling all of my friends about 911 Restoration and how Rob really takes care of his customers! PM

2021-07-22After calling multiple places( none of which actually answered their phones) we called 911 restoration and I’m so glad we did. They picked up on the 3rd ring took our information and immediately transferred us to Rob who came out the same day, cleaned sanitized and started drying our basement! What a relief that was. This company is more about the people and trying to help them. I would highly recommend 911 restoration to anybody! In fact I will be recommending them. Thanks for all your help and making the process a little easier and not putting us on a 8 day wait with sewage in our basement!

2021-05-21Rob has done some work for my parents who are very particular and they are extremely happy. He is/was quick to respond, is very effective at communicating thoroughly, is an extremely nice guy, and seems very genuine. It’s hard to find services such as this these days, and at an affordable price at that. He is very knowledgeable, upfront and does great work. Would/will definitely recommend!! I’m sure you would be pleased with the outcome! He wouldn’t have it any other way.

2021-05-23Was lucky to find Rob! I had a lot of anxiety when discovering a large amount of water in my crawl space and had a couple other companies take a look, none of which actually did anything. Rob is the only one who helped and laid out a plan to remove the water, assess the damage and plan to fix the issues! He was very personable and professional and made me feel at ease being told the facts and recommendations of what to do next, all of which he is willing to complete. I highly recommend him and his business!

2021-08-28We called 911 Restoration when our toilet plumbing broke and flooded our home. Rob, the local service provider, responded promptly and was able to bring a crew out within hours. The following demo and dry out was done cleanly and quickly and the crew communicated reliably the whole time. Outstanding service all around.
