I brought my 1992 Chrysler Lebaron convertible for electrical work. I only had high beams and no left blinker. They kept the car for 3 weeks promising they can fix it. I was lied to by the head mechanic and Manager Antonete over and over. I was told to pick up the car and the low beams were working but they wanted me to bring the car back 2 weeks later to allegedly complete the work when the electrician they use was taking days off from his other job. The electrician called me reassuring me he will make it right. When I picked up the car, I not only didnt have low beams but had several problems it didnt have before. The inside seat belt alarm did not stop problem I never had before. They had me purchase a whole new blinker switch for $274 not only didnt help but right hands blinker does not click off when the old one did. I always used my lighter plug to charge my phone they screwed that up to. They replaced the key ignition without asking my permission complete waste being nothing was corrected properly, and they had the car for 3 weeks for Gods sake. They charged me $441 for not anything but giving me additional problems, I didnt have when I brought it there. Again, the Electrician called me confirmed he will fix everything that Monday after Thanksgiving. When I called that Wednesday to confirm they said I didnt have an appointment. They completely lied stole my money they refused to give back and are very dishonest making empty promises and giving the runaround. Buyer beware they are crooks and liars! I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau.

Company took my call, multiple drivers came to assist me they both gave contrary diagnosis and after 5 hours of waiting they decided to cancel the service. If you value your time call another towing company.

Hope this is the right a1 towing, but Sal came through tonight with changing my tire! We didnt think that donut would fit but he got it. Really cool guy

AJ the evening mechanic and Rob the daytime tow truck driver are aces in my book. Love the fact that this is a family-owned business on at least its second generation of ownership.AAA was going to send us to a garage that was going to keep our car for three days before they were going to look at what was wrong with our van.A-1 Car Care had us in diagnosed a difficult part and fixed in under 48 hours.

My car overheated and I called AAA to have it towed. The car was brought to the shop and diagnosed with a cracked engine block, a very scary prospect. I had purchased this older (almost 10 years old) car last year without an extended warranty. Antoinette at A-1 was very helpful. She said that there was a possibility that it could be covered on the power train warranty. I checked with Honda and I was very lucky that Honda covered a brand new engine free of charge. I wouldnt have thought of a power train warranty on a used car and if it hadnt been for Antoinette I would be out a LOT of money. I cant thank Antoinette and A-1 enough! I would strongly recommend A-1 Car Care!

A-1 Car Care - HORRIBLE!!! They were called as a contract tow from AAA. They did not respond to the call for over an hour. When I called them directly, the woman who answered was rude and incompetent. She admitted that they had not even acknowledged the AAA request or the tow. When I attempted to explain that they were located within minutes of the vehicle, the woman said she didnt care and hung up the phone. A-1 Car Care NEVER SHOWED UP!!! AAA had to call another contract towing service. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS so-called business to anyone!!!

Had my car towed to them from job. They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my car. I would definitely will be bringing my car back here if ever anything else happens. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Had a flat tire 11 pm at night.triple AAA sent a-1 car care.fantastic service.tow driver excellent checking and changing tire.only waited 15 min

I broke down on LIE exit 49. I was towed within one hr. Had my transmission repaired. Little expensive $2700 for an old 2004 Cadillac. Prossional staff.
