Walter took off refusing to fix all of the damage he caused to my staircase, wood floors, walls, and banister stating “I don’t know why you’re so mad your house is not that spectacular anyway- I’ve worked in mansions before”. He said he would only fix the damage AFTER I paid him in full for the shower glass he installed and would only have the damage fixed by his friends (and not anyone who was licensed.) Since the damage he caused was far more than what I owed him for the remainder of the glass job I offered to pay what I owed him directly to a licensed contractor sent to fix the damage and he could pay the contractor the rest, he refused ...

Horrible Service!They messed up my glass order and never came to fix it.They stole our money and refuse to answer our calls now.They are thieves.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The owner is arrogant glass repair wannabe who does not treat his customers right because he swears everyone is trying to do shady business.I did not even get to the point where he could fix the glass. He provided me a quote for $700 to repair a glass door and I asked him how long would the glass take to come. He said the glass should take about a week to be delivered if I gave him half the money upfront. I asked if he had the glass measurements because I may have found a glass making company that he could partner with to have the glass created in a day or two. He thought I was a shady biz person and I would try to remove him from the deal. He responded by saying Im not giving you the dimensions, measure it yourself if you want them (text messages to prove it). I write back a few days later saying no problem where do I send the money to. He says I have to give you a new price because all of my glass vendors said prices went up. I said no problem text or call me when you have the new quote. After about another 10 days I noticed he never said anything so I asked and his reply was actually I do not want to do the work for you (text to prove it). After waiting all that time no work was done and I had to start from scratch. Do not waste your time even connecting with him because he will waste your time in the end. I promised him I wouldnt let anyone suffer to the hands of his unprofessionalism.
