The star example of why super corporate stores are a disease. Friendly, knowledgeable, family employees that are great to just come down and say hi to. Stellar deals on repairs and refurbs, someghing new every week. I try not to buy so much everytime I go but its quite difficult! Thanks AG... I dont know what that stands for, but its awesome guys in my book

2020-05-14I brought my laptop in for a simple cleaning of the software and hard drive as I was having issues gaining access to the internet. The laptop was fine then all of a sudden in their shop it was running hot and they said it needed a new motherboard and they pulled apart which I gave them $40 to look at it, I told them to put it back to together after they took it apart without asking me first. I got my laptop back with no Windows, No Microsoft, No operating system whatsoever. Now I have no computer.

2019-01-29They were extremely courteous and honest !! They fixed my laptop for me in less than 3 days and their prices were unbelievably affordable. I left Happy and hopefully my Laptop doesnt give me more any issues ...but if it does I know exactly where Im going. Thank you guys again !

2017-04-29I had to get my computer scanned for what was troubling it and did not know where to take it. A & G came up on a web search and it was not far from me. John replaced my hard drive, downloaded some programs and did my back up onto the new hard drive all for under $200.00. I also found it refreshing that I was able to connect my computer remotely when I got home and had about an hour of questions John addressed and took care of at no extra charge. It is nice to know I have a place I can depend on for my computer needs and questions.

2017-12-22At the age of 50 Ive encountered a lot of businesses who say that customer service is their priority. This business delivers it and is one I will revisit and recommend to others. Purchased two laptops, traded in and recycled old ones, had service on another.

2017-11-06Couldnt be more happy!. My daughter attending college up in Troy had her computer hard drive fail. These gentlemen got my daughter computer on Saturday repaired and returned to her by Monday in time for her to use to register for her next semester classes and to complete an assignment that was due! Highly recommend them for any repairs!

2018-03-15Never go to this place for your computer repairs, they will misguide you. I spent $162 on my laptop repairs which lasts for only two weeks. When I went back they said the part which was replaced is no more available in USA market, they also refused to refund my money.Please think twice before you go there......
