Driver showed up half hour early and pulled on my front lawn. The van was dirty and had tons of airfresheners everywhere. There was no heat. The driver was sniffing and blowing his nose. The return ride was no better. If anything it was colder.

Absolutely love taking this cab company for all my transportation needs while Im without my car. The driver who I always seem to get is really nice and definitely helpful when I tend to usually be grabbing groceries or whatever and I have a few bags, hes quick to offer help!
Quoted me $20 to go less than 3 miles in Saratoga Springs. I would rather walk than do business with a company that charges those type of cutthroat rates. Uber, Lyft and other competition all charge less than half!

The taxi drivers don’t care about speed limits in neighborhoods. They drive recklessly with little to no regard to the safety of pedestrians.

2022-01-23I had the most pleasant experience with this taxi company. The driver was so kind and on time. Along with the receptionist, they were also very kind and helpful. The owner was a wonder to talk to! I would highly recommend this taxi company to anyone and I will be using it again!

2022-04-02Should’ve been 0 stars. Great driver, but had confirmed with company they would accept card 3 hrs prior to pickup. Once I got to my drop off, I called to pay with card and the employee said only cash, and if I didn’t pay in cash they would call the police. I went back and forth with him and he didn’t budge. Terribly run company and would avoid using them.

2022-05-15I feel compelled to write a review even though I absolutely never write them however I had the most pleasant professional experience using ANH Taxi service that promptly pick me up at the hospital my drivers name was Junior who was very pleasant the entire time and even made a quick picks up for me which I am very grateful for and plan to use them in the future thank you Junior for a safe enjoyable trip this afternoon
