I brought my car to A&R Collision after I was rear-ended. They dont know that I know my way around a motor vehicle, so I was ready to hear what they were going to tell me. From the time I met Chico the tow truck driver, I was confident that my car was going to be fix right. So I can can vouch, with 100% confidence, that Alex and the guys have never, ever tried to rip me off. In fact they have been beyond fair (I wont go into details because I dont know if they do this kindness for everyone).One caveat is that they are almost always super busy, so wait times can be can be a little longer. But since they perfectionist, the extra wait time is well worth it. No hassle and the car came back perfect.You guys are awesome. You deserve success!
Alex was great to work with. Totally honest and trustworthy and reliable. He found us a great family car for our kids to use. He gave us a good deal and was super helpful and communicative through the process. We love the car and loved working with him so much that we are now planning to get another car from him.
My daughters car was involved in a minor accident , A &R collision handled everything from the insurance company to the adjuster and met all of my expectations. I will use them again in the future (hopefully I don’t have to lol ) I would recommend using them for quick quality work along with their mannerism and professionalism . Her car looks amazing.
The shop did a fantastic job on my 2019 Nissan Rogue that was rear ended. My car looks great upon completion. I was also very happy that some marks I had on the car before the accident were all gone. Disappeared like magic. Thank u guys for doing a great job.
First time having my car repaired from previous collision damage and they did a wonderful job. Robert the manager greeted me at the door for a quick review of the repair and it was almost like a blink of an eye, they were finished with my car. The communication and service was excellent! Alex the owner was very kind and welcoming. Great service and repair at a reasonable rate.
Not sure why some of these reviews are so negative, but my experience was very different. First of all, in a shop full of men (with an exception of the pleasant female secretary) I felt very comfortable and safe.The owner, Alex, explained all of the steps involving my insurance and was very accommodating. I was very concerned because of my deductible being high, however it was waived. Prior to the accident, I had been experiencing some mechanical issues with my BMW which the owner himself offered to fix for a fair price. My car was repaired in a timely manner & the work done was very impressive. Overall, I can truthfully say these guys did an excellent job, were very informative, & professional throughout the entire process!
Do not use this place! They will take your money very rude especially the guy with green eyes! Not sure if owner or partner charged me close to 1,000$ to take my car out value of only $50 for 2days! Wanted to stay with my car to fix it somehow I said no! And he started to add up all these fees out of no where! Was going to call the cops on them! You will regret it if you use them! Oh yeah a friend of mine had her car there for 6 weeks and they did nothing to it! Just collecting money from the insurance company

ThankYou A&R Collision. An ambulance drove into my neighbors hedges and hit 3 parked cars to avoid another car. The next day I was in a beautiful SUV rental with leather seats. And when I picked my car up it looked brand new, detailed inside and out. Highly recommend. Thanks Jase for hooking us up.

Horrible experience. When I picked up the car, there was this huge scrape at the bottom. I brought it to their attention right away! Just to hear, that i did this because it’s fresh. Just picked up the car. Shop doesn’t have proper parking. They parked the car too close to the curb and scraped of a big chunk of the paint off. They refused to fix it.
My Mercedes GLC 300 was side swiped on June 16th. Called A&R and they immediately sent a tow to pick it up from the accident scene. Through my frazzled nerves the driver Chico assured me they could get my truck back on the road in short order. Less than 1 month later I picked up my truck. Seamlessly beautiful. No indication that it was ever in an accident. The staff was great, kept me updated along the way. They even fully detailed the interior. I highly recommend A&R Collision for fast, professional and quality service.
I have nothing but great times to say about alex roberto angel joey ect. They was all so helpful and caring. I had 2 car accidents in about a month and a half. Both not my fault. Honestly , there service is disgusting . I was involved in a car crash and they took my car . Went to pick up back my car Saturday and no one was there . Business hours are all wrong . Went to get my car back Monday and it took two hours , guy couldn’t locate the person who took my car , didn’t know where my car was and on top of that I asked if they can take my car to my house and they couldn’t because they wanted to go home . Had to locate my car through a Live Photo that was texted to me and then get another towing company to pick my car up and take it home . The guys and workers in the office is absolutely disgusting . Just save your money . If you’re in a car accident and they come , just tell them to leave your car in a parking space and save your money .

Absolutely wonderful place to take your car. Nothing but a 5 star experience. Alex the Owner helped me through the entire process. I received my car back looking better than New! I am grateful for my experience there it really saved me.
The story begins like this. My mothers car gets rear ended where the impact was so hard the 2 tires in the back collasped. Lets face it we dont get into accidents everyday so who do we go to to get this fixed and most importantly do a good job. I recieved a referral from a friend who just went through a similar situation a few months prior. He referred me to A&R collision specialist and to ask for AL the individual that was helping him. Upon arrival I was instantly impressed on how clean and professional the collision shop looked and followed by the excellent customer service that Al provided explaining in full detail the whole process and so forth and so forth. He also assisted in the car rental process as well. Finally when everything was complete and it was time for my mother and I to pick up the car , we were very impressed. My mother is a 69 year old lady, she will always find something wrong. This was not the case, she actually said the car looks better now then it did when it drove out the lot when it was first purchased. I could go on but what Im ultimately trying to say is if you need a collision specialist, go to A&R you wont be disappointed.
I recently had gotten into my first accident ever! And I just want to say that overall my experience was exceptional, being that we are in a pandemic a few phone calls made here and there made my service experience more efficient than ever. These guys are vulture repairmen. They listen to police radio and find where your damaged car is, putting up a nice guy facade to get you as a customer. I called the police to file three separate accidents and they hunted me down each time.Any reputable shop wouldnt be going door to door like some Jehovahs witness, theyd let their reputation bring customers in. They even lied to my face saying theyre certified to work on my car (a Tesla) when I know for a fact they werent. I can only imagine, based on the other reviews here, that these guys wont do a good job on your car either.
I had accident in march but these guys are the best my car was totally crashed but they made it a brand new car awesome job guys it’s always my suggestion that please go to this place to fix up your cars . #best in the city

Wish I didnt have to give them a star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE.! I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!. They were the nicest people until they got their money. The Alex who called himself the manager is the rudest most unprofessional person Ive ever had to deal with (after he got paid of course) in my life. More than (2) months later and CANNOT FIX a bumper. A BUMPER! When I tried to get this issue resolved, him and the people in the office just kept hanging up the phone on me. Take your car there and you will live to regret it.
A&R towed my car from the accident location said the cost would be $150 but after I said they wouldn’t be fixing the car they added $100 more. It was less than 5 miles. THEY SUCK AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I have a 2009 Cadillac cts and was very sad when someone hit me at a red light! These guys took care of me and my car and would highly recommend them..Very professional !! They put a smile on my face

Do not let A n R collision Specialist fix your car. They suck. You’ll be running back to them to fix other issues they purposely ignore. Just follow through with your insurance claim and have your insurance company take your vehicle and repair it.

So a year a go, I posted a picture of one of their tow trucks parked across TWO parking spots including a handicap spot at a DD in Queens on Cross Bay Blvd.There was plenty of space for him to park properly but he felt entitled to park like a price and curse out the Paramedic crew who called him out on itDont use this service since they obviously do not care about how their actions effect others

Do not even consider this location took my car in for repairs job looked rushed paint job started peeling about a week after they didn’t even bother replacing any clips they broke in the process of fixing the car all they did was try to pocket as much money as posible instead of taking they’re time and money to make sure the job was done right with good quality

2022-06-08A&R collision did an amazing job on my 2019 Honda Accord. A tree fell on my car, they took my car and in a few days I had it back as if I got it right off the showroom floor. Iam the first owner and I didn’t believe that was my car they went the extra mile and fixed everything on my vehicle. The inside was detailed outside was spotless. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Everyone treated me with the upmost respect. I was able to get in contact with someone at anytime. Their customer service is impeccable. Thank you to everyone at A&R Collision

2022-05-20Thank you guys for keeping my Vehicle looking NEW.Your service and Guidance was well welcomed. Placed me in a rental, called the insurance company and helped me along the way and saved my deductible, not bad. My wife was hit from behind on the 5th day of driving my truck from out of the dealer. Pretty bad hit and as you could see from the photos how it was fixed. In the beginning I was kind of upset due to the time they stood with it, however, looking back at the situation it was not their fault, Insurance company took there time to come look at it, then due to it being a new car the parts were on back order. After, when I picked up my vehicle I was amazed at how much of a great job they did. Also the detailing in which they did not have to include, was done with no charge. I will surely recommend them.

2021-07-16This shop did an amazing paint job on my 2019 Honda Accord car roof. It had oil stains from the car sitting under the train tracks. I thought it would be hard to cover because it was so bad. When i got my car back i didnt even recognized it. Whyyy?? The paint job was a prestige fine finish new look. David the painter did an amazing job. The staff was also very professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

2020-07-16I just got my 2018 truck back from A & R Collision, Results Mint. This shop is the most professional Auto Body and Collision Shop I have ever dealt with. From start to finish. They towed my car from the accident and return it on time. I was even provided with a rental. A & R Collision Specialist Inc. handle every detail from the insurance to the repair. I am very satisfied at the work these guys did. My car looks like is just came out from the dealers lot. 2021-06-13I brought my car to this shop after i was rear ended and the results turned out amazing. Let’s begin with i came almost 3pm on Saturday, the shop was closing but the staff still stopped and helped me out. I am young female who knows absolutely nothing about cars. Chico who was very helpful, explained the process in terms that i could understand. Gill helped out with the paper work and Legend who was very polite, answered my questions when i called about the car every 2-3 days and reassured me that my car was in good hands. I’ll definitely recommend this body shop to anyone who needs body work done. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I was expecting to just receive a new rear bumper but i received new front and rear bumper, new front and rear lights, Nissan details and freshly painted car. I am beyond happy with how i picked up my car. My 2010 Nissan Maxima looked brand new. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me. I’m a customer for life!
