I called A-Verde with an immediate need and Kelly was a fantastic help. She was friendly and kind when I was in need of a container for the next day. She was able to make what I needed happen and never gave the impression that it was an inconvenience. This is the second time that we have used A-Verde and the service has been great! The customer service I received from Jeremy L at A-Verdi is the reason I chose to use their storage containers. In an age where customer service is often a disappointment, Jeremy was a refreshing change. When I called I wasn’t 100% sure what I needed, but he talked me through the options A-Verdi could provide me, asked questions to help identify my needs and gave specific answers to my questions. I did my homework and I called around to get quotes from other companies. None of the other’s customer service came close to what I had with A-Verdi. The other places made me feel pressured by their sales pitch rather than informed. Other places had smaller containers with more strings attached and hassles when I was looking for a larger container with no strings attached and a hassle free set up and contract. Jeremy and A-Verdi delivered! He had followed up on my first phone call with an email summarizing what we had discussed and provided me with a quote in writing. That meant when I was ready, a week or so later, I had an email address directly to a human. I asked him to call me and tell me what the next steps were. Within minutes he returned my call and I was on my way to renting a storage container. The process was easy, quick and once again the customer service was amazing. While the competition made me nervous, Jeremy put me at ease, made me laugh and I felt confident that I was making the right decision going with A-Verdi. I’m getting my container in a couple days and I can’t wait to tell everyone how awesome this company is.
