This repair shop will at most do an oil change, an air charge, and a tire change. Others are highly uncertain. Last time, the window on the side of the driver could not be fixed, and half of it fell off automatically. I went to them to fix it. After a long time, I told me that it could not be done. Your window is damaged by the engine. I went to the factory to repair it, and then I went to a repair shop near them and asked the owner if they would repair it. They came over to check it out, grabbed the glass with my hand and told me that there was no major problem, that is, the glass was not installed when it was installed. It was causing the glass to get stuck a bit, so the glass couldnt come up, so I fixed it for me, and now the window can go up and down as before

2021-11-27Yes the staff will not greet you with a smile when they’re busy especially if you’re not a regular there and never give them a fair tip. Yes not all the staff speaks English but they usually have one that do and most of them can communicate common car English words. Support small local business! This is not a 5- star restaurant or spa.. don’t expect that kind of treatment. My family, friends and I have been going to this shop for over 20 years. I personally have a Honda and a Mercedes and they always fix everything properly… never once did they make me do repairs I don’t need. Never had they once ripped anyone off. Honesty is the most important aspect when it comes to repair work. Price… I myself shop around too.. and trust me this is one of the cheapest place to fix your car. Get a quote and shop around, you will end up coming back. I see other reviewers about this place, and to be fair, some car issues are deep where one thing needs to be corrected / repaired first before the true culprit reveals itself. This is something they can communicate better but they’re always so busy. It is so common but some people just don’t understand and blames the shop. And the reviewer who snapped a picture of the elderly boss sitting there… rude!! shame on you! You don’t even know! he’s of retired age but insists to go in daily to greet customers and do simple work like inspection (not to mention he has serious health issues that’s why he needs to sit most of the time.)

2021-09-23Used to be ok, got good price on oil change and usually not busy, and of course theres a reason why its not busy, because of their bad attitude and ethics. Came here for an inspection, mechanic said my brake rotors are rusty and needed to be changed(what kind of stupid reason is that) I drove off just one block down to Issacs. They did my inspection in just few minutes and told me my brakes and rotors got more than half of lives left. I suggest to come here for oil change only, nothing more.
