With my friend who locked his keys in his truck. After scratching his truck all up with a coat hanger, and 1/2 hour of time, I came up with the brilliant idea of calling AAA.They came in 5, yes 5 minutes. Have been a member for 30 years and not a year goes by without needing their services for one thing or another.
Worst experience,George and tammy in the williamsville office are the worst. Truck is stuck in lockport and we have been memebers for over 10 years, they couldnt do anything for me. I would highly recommend to everyone to stay far away from AAA worst customer service. They ajust care about getting your membership and then blowing you off on any other problems! Terrible terrible business!
The agent was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about every policy AAA has to offer. Plus most importantly took the time to find out about me and my needs. Then she arranged to contact the underwriters to ask a question then get back to me.Where did you find someone with great customer service like her.Please thats the agent for me.Peace
Had my truck towed through AAA. The tow company did not put my vehicle in neutral. Key was in it and it had power. You can see the mark on the new pavement and my tire has a flat spot on it now. I tried calling AAA a couple times after I realized, but they do not call back. Not happy that my tire was ruined all over a blown fuse for the fuel pump.
As with all other travel, services have been curtailed. Ive been a long time member using both travel and roadside assistance services. My long time agent was let go during this downtime. The travel department have made note that theyre overworked and understaffed. The remaining agents are trying their best but the difference in service is becoming more obvious as Covid restrictions are lifting and more people are starting to travel. At times, its very frustrating. Everyone is nice and polite but they can only do so much in a day, which greatly effects the level of service were used to.
Went in for trip ticket and ezee pass device. I provided a list of stops to yellowstone and back. It was not a long wait at all. Only thing I would have preferred was to sit with the person to ensure all stops of interest were included and the opportunity for the agent to offer suggestions of stops I might not have considered or was aware of. Not certain if covid protocols influenced the process. I left with trip tick and some state maps, camping sites and map of yellowstone. I received tour books of specific states at an earlier visit.
They advertise a CD rate call nobody knew what I was talking about and upsetting me discover credit card I need more thought of this product 1 20 minutes they should have an office in Buffalo but you can sit down talk to a representative if theyre going to sell banking products they misled me eBay banking
Car broke down on dangerous part of expressway while on a vacation out of state - needed a tow. I asked ALL the questions regarding trip interruption before making decision where to be towed (within the allotted 100 mi). Made a decision based on AAA agents recommendation. After not having car all vacation, I submitted trip interruption request and it was denied.READ THE FINE PRINT, because what you probably think is covered...isnt.
Terrible service. I was given several conflicting bits of information from representatives and agents. They told me if I went through with the service it would be $45. Then I was told by another representative that thats wrong and she never heard of that before. Then when I met with an agent she said no, its $45. I was told ahead of time I would be offered plans and packages. I received none of that information! I had to lead a very short five minute conversation we had after a 20 minute drive where for a part of it the agent went on Google. Google?! I could have done that all at home. She gave me three prices of flights that I could have acquired myself online myself. I inquired about travelers insurance and she said AAA only covers 10% when I was told over the phone they cover 80%! Afterward I called to complain about my experience and asked what AAA travel actually provides as a service. They said they provide plans and packages but I clearly didnt receive that. When I asked to speak to the manager I was given a hard time. I was asked to call back and instead I told the guy... Ill just go through another service. Absolutely terrible and uninformed agency!
The people that work there suck!They are inexperienced and never return your calls.I went there to shop for auto insurance and the girls are just horrible. After so many calls they gave me different quotes over phone and different in person. So i left and ended up going to nationwide and got a decent quote.
I have been a member for years, never used the road side assistance, never booked a trip. The only thing I have asked the AAA to do is stop sending me JUNK MAIL. The requests must be falling on deaf ears. I have called and told them they are worst than the AARP. I dont want another credit card, I dont need life insurance, I dont want to fill the land fills with waste. My final request will be to cancel my membership. I know you get paid for everyone who accepts the credit cards, and the insurance but I m not paying you a $100 per year for anything accept road side assistance. Stop the JUNK MAIL

2022-03-30We had a great experience with Brea Carpenter. She 1st helped us the a trip tic and today helped us with a hotel for our road trip to Florida.She was very nice knowledgeable and sweet. She got us all set with everything and made this process painless. I would recommend her to anyone making plans to travel. I hope to work with her in the future.Thank you Brena!!! Your the best!!

2022-05-17Extremely disappointed in the service I received. When my policy for both my auto and homeowners was up for renewal, I emailed Carrie in which I didnt get a response. I then tried calling in which I left a message on her voice mail. It was quite some time before I finally got a response. I explained how my rates went up by $200 on my vehicle and since I had no claims, I was in shock with such a huge jump. Carrie said she would check into rates with other companies. Once again, I didnt hear from her right away so I did some checking myself and found a better rate. I emailed Carrie asking for just a homeowners quote in which she didnt get back to me in a timely fashion. I ended up calling on the phone again and leaving a message. I finally heard back in which she had some prices but they were quite a bit more than what I had been paying. She then told me she had another place to check and would send me all the information in an email that evening. When I checked my email in the morning, nothing! Never heard another word from her. Fortunately, I was able to find another agent that was willing to go out of her way to help me. Although her price was a little higher than what Carrie had given me, the customer service was fantastic. Due to the horrible customer service, Im sure when my snowmobile insurance comes due, Ill be getting saying goodbye to AAA.Im extremely disappointed since she did such a great job for me last year. Im actually quite annoyed with her customer service this time. I shouldnt have to make several phone calls and send several emails trying to get things taken care of.

2022-06-09We planned a cruse which got delayed due to COVID-19, today was firming up the reservations and collecting luggage tags as well as the itinerary.Going on a trip give the AAA Club a try! Cheryl has been excellent!

2022-01-13Nice friendly people to help you with your travel plans, roadside service.Check out the insurance. I havent had anyone beat their prices yet. I have home owners insurance with them as well.

2021-12-22Went there to purchase my son who just started driving a AAA package for the year for a Christmas present went there many years ago as a kid and had no clue what was happening when I walked in there was no reception desk no nothing there was four doors and some stairs the doors were locked with no direction no signs no nothing so needless to say I walked out without getting it and will have to purchase it online I would have really liked to have purchased it with cash. Giant thumbs down for ease of access lol
