2022-09-20Broke off my charging cord by dropping the laptop. The guy around the corner at 1- 800 had told me it would cost $75 to replace the whole plug assembly! The gentleman at all access fixed it for me for free by just pulling out the broken end of the charger! And yes, the laptop is charging just fine. AAccess is the only place I will bring my own computer equipment to from now on!! They are honest about what the real problem is with your equipment!

2022-09-03Waldir Monteiro of AAccess Harrison did a great job bringing my old Lenovo T410 laptop back to life when it had a Fan Error problem that kept it from coming up. I thought Id need a new laptop, but Waldir cleaned my laptop and now its working great. Vert professional and knowledgeable work!
