Battery light came on and went to A&G. Own a business nearby but live in New Jersey. It was midafternoon and if I couldnt get the car repaired Id have no ride home. They replaced the alternator, which is typically a 3 hour job for my car, that same afternoon so that Id be able to get home at night...thank you!!! Fast, prompt service and at half the price the dealer who charge. Even showed me the new part installed and the old part that he removed...new part was same brand as old part not some cheap knockoff.. In the future I will be taking all my cars to A&G.

2022-05-10Admitted putting water in my windshield washer fluid. I lost windshield washing capability in a 20 degree snowstorm on the highway at night. His mistake almost created a catastrophe.I trusted this mechanic for years with my new cars for basic maintenance. He is sloppy and not trustworthy. I went to him for 3 years. I’ll never use his service ever again.Can I leave a negative star?

2018-11-30Great, honest working mechanics. Thank god I went and asked for a second opinion at A&G Auto Repair. I took my car to Urban Classics in Bed Stuy and they wanted to replace my belt and power steering pump for $700. A&G told me my belt only needed tightened. They fixed my car at an affordable price!! Great! Thank you A&G! I’ll be back!
