Wonderful customer service from the General Manager Joan .He was from the time I spoke to him & even went into the store very polite , friendly and knowledgeable.There was an issue with my furniture ( that I absolutely love ) that he went out of his way to properly explain & make right .He exceeded my expectations in the whole matter .Not once was he rude , impatient , frustrated during my many phone calls to him .He is the epitome of what a General Manager & customer service should be like .He is most definitely an improvement over the prior Management they had there !Kudos to you Joan !!!!

I had to make a return and the sales manager lizzy didnt think i could but she called her general manager just to make sure and was able to do that for me. Especially after having made the sale herself in the store to me she was she was very kind on the phone not rude or mad at all about the return. Freaking awesome 👌

The worker are lazy. The salesman in the store was very nice and helpful. When it came to the hard part of delivering furniture they said it wouldnt fit in my house without even trying! The furniture never even made it off the truck! It was clear they didnt want to put the work in to properly deliver the furniture to my home. They said they would come back then called and said there was nothing they could do untill Monday. And of course we already paid them. Im very upset.

Rob, Liz and the Receptionist woman are very laid back and flexible like all the other Aarons management Ive been around. Humble environment and very honest people.

I love Aaron there costumer service is great .Their furniture and all electronics are the best. And even the rent with option to pay full prices is the greatest opportunity. And its affordable as well.

I placed an order on hold and when I went back to get it, it was sold. I was previous informed that I was a VIP customer but was told oh well about my order. Just because I was moving from Albany to Schenectady. Mind you I took furniture from New York to Mass without a problem. Some Keith or Kevin, he was a real jerk about it. First he couldnt find my paper work, then he could, then they shred the paper work!!! Some manager of business. Ive been dealing with Aarons since 2003 and all my record shows is paid off early or paid in full!!! Shameful!!!

Got a great deal on a refurbished and sterilized bed. Fraction of the cost. And they gave me free waterproof mattress and box spring covers.

The worker was very rude and disrepectfulka nd the the manager own kept sayong sorry but she kept talking. This was my first time inthis store and i will never tell anyone to go to this store.due to customer service of your employee was total disrespectful an fi only wanted to pay my daughter bill.i have emailed the office and still to this day no response.wow.

Aarons is a store that you can get furniture For your apartment and the whole house but the only thing is that the prices You pay you can buy the same thing 3 times over but the people are nice and they will work with you when you cant make your payments on time. They will hold whatever u r renting and you cant have it in ur apartment or ur moving they will hold it until you move and u will start off where u left off.
