Bought a mattres, box spring and frame when they had the $5 special. The gentlemen who put together my bed were fast, professional and friendly. I paid off my account before the first payment was due and saved hundreds. Customer service rep was persona professional and friendly.

Ive been a customer at Aarons for 18 years. Their selection of furniture, TVS, bedding, sound systems and audio and, and appliance is comparable to other retailers and they also offer higher end merchandise. Good way to establish credit.

When you walk through the door, you dont get this heavy sensation you get at other stores. The staff, their silly in a relaxed... glad to see you way. They give you all the time you need to ask any questions you may have, and then theyll explain everything you need to know.... about whatever it is, youre there to buy. Now that is true customer service.

I went in this morning and Rick was very helpful to me the customer service is excellent !well I give them a 1 star I wanted to order a bed set Kenisha keeps calling me 90 times a day I am already an established customer Erica was very nice

Came here put in an application, Rick I believe is his name, he told me he would call me the next day which he didnt saw I called 2 days later he answered me I asked him how was it going with my app he said he was working on it that he didnt see nothing wrong but he had to call me back cause he was the only one there, so I waited again called back like 8 hours later he said the same thing, I never heard from him again which turned out good for me cause I ended up getting the stuff I needed for cheap at rent a center once I told a friend the trouble they were giving me to get a stove and a dryer I only went to them cause i just moved in a new apt plus is xmas time I was running low on cash and thought why not to aarons where I can pay it lil by lil and it was closer then rent a center but it was worth my drive going to rent a center I have 6 mons to pay it same as cash unlike Aarons they were giving me 90 day. Thanks but no thank

Gave this one star because it would not let me post this without any stars high lighted.This business is calling me looking for a person who gave them my name as a reference without my permission. I have never done and never will do any business with this place and they should not be calling any one listed as a reference to find someone else. One more call and I am forwarding myRecorded message from them to the attorney Generals Office.

Great customer service, product selection could be better, but it is decent. Prices are a hit and miss, sometimes good, sometimes high.

I like Aarons because when you need something is easily to get it instead of putting on layaway and wait till you finish paying it for it to be delivered to your house the staff there is very friendly everytime I walk in there I smile or laugh its a good place for me they have good quality stuff and if you have a problem they do not mind helping you to solve that problem Aarons has been good to me the one on Broadway.

Very friendly and very helpful guys that work there. Marc the manager is fantastic as well as all the others. I will never go back to rent a center.
