I had bought 2 75 inch tvs on Friday approved and a done deal paid the Initial payment and got paperwork. Just got off the phone with general manager Ken today (Monday) and he said because a nameless delivery guy saw my name and said it was a hostile situation 2 -3 years ago when he came to my house I can’t have the tvs. And I can’t buy anything from there with the credit I already have!!! So I called corporate and I’m not impressed!! Why approve me and have me pay down payment on Friday and wait til 3 pm in the afternoon to call when it was supposed to be delivered Tommorow and tell me you can’t deliver to me so your not doing the deal!!! Poor management !! They should have someone else deliver it!! Customer is always right!! Right?!

Very helpful staff made buying our new frigerator easy. Was able to get what I needed at an affordable price and have arranged to pick it up in the morning. Would highly recommend this store. It was well payed out and very clean.

They are Phenomenal to work with. They have a GREAT customer service and great prices. They took a payment by mistake and they immediately made it right and were apologetic about it. Just a great business to work with.

The new way that checks are deposited is horrible. They need to go back to the old way where they did local deposits.

I have been going through Aaron’s for many years now. Product is always tip top. If you have a issue they take care of it in a very timely matter. There works are wonderful. Easy to talk to as well.

Dont split your payments into 2 payments for the month they will charge you an extra 5 dollars and then harrass you about it! Also they dont listen when you tell them you will pay on Friday of this week then I get a voice-mail to call back for a return date.. bunch of crooks

Horrible store to deal with in hornell ny the manager Matt is always blowing up your phone even before payment is due plus they enter into areas they are not suppose to we have an enclosed porch with sliding door and they enter when they want even if there is a person home that is a teen and is instructed not to open the door for anyone while parents are not home . Also price gouges for product with terms that have you paying triple the actual cost there has only been one positive manager at the hornell ny location and his name was Charles say no to this store they are worse than a predatory loan or a pay day advance service

This store used to be a pleasure to go into. Lately, they cant keep apointments to either pick up or deliver things. In the past two years they have gone through so much staff that I have no idea who is going to be there when go in. If they miss an appointment they make it look like the appointment was never scheduled or it was a computer error, never their fault. Im truly tired of these people. If you happen to have an issue with money on a particular month its very rare that they will work with you. They have advertisements out there that all you need to do is call them, thats not true. You may get their help but they make you feel like garbage. This store needs to take a class on customer relations. I guess Ive said enough but, still feel as though Ive forgot something.
