Ive rented here over the course of several years there practices are discriminatory at the very least merchandise replacement and pick up where you left off agreements are all lies........several staff changes over last couple years resulting in poorer quality everything from merchandise to personnel. I would Not Recommend.
Poor assistance!!! I called and was in Olean gonna stop by, I chatted with someone to swap something I can use, and the girl employer was a little to much yelling... The manager doesn’t come in at five which I didn’t know, when he said to come in and now I wasted some time!!! I need more info on the Manager Part, so I can get in contact ASAP...
Awesome service great workers great prices and they will also work with you if you need more time on payments i would give ten stars but only have five to choose
Arrons is becoming a big joke in my opinion to rent from in Olean N.Y. I called to place an order for a portable washer n dryer Izera took the order said it would be in in 2 weeks here it is the end of January 2019 .I kept calling only for other workers to either not able to find paper work on my order or say hes busy with other customers and he would call me back I have yet to hear back from him or the other female worker who even promised she would call me back after I told her Izera failed to call back.Yeah I sent stuff back before Christmas wich is my right by law in rent to own so I dont see the issue for getting another washer n dryer .Lisa Frederick
They said theyd be here 2 days in a row to pick up there stuff it still sits here an of course now today is sunday an there closed so not my fault when the furniture is either stolen or damaged because it sits outsode awaiting there arrival they shoukdnt say there gonna be somewhere an then not bother to show up or even so much as call.

Walked in to see about a stove was horrible. The stoves I finally found were dirty doesnt looked like they were cleaned the appliances next to it had dust all over it. The customer service sucked no-one even knowledge I was there. Will never go back.
They have a great staff and thier rental prices are low enough you can pay things off in a reasonable time.

Dont go they wont accept cash from new people they want to take out your bank account and they are rude
Dont pick their stuff up when they say they do. Tell at my mother that is 50 and very in professional one guy even had a chew in I would rate 0 if I could

2022-01-06So I could not get the online order on the Aaron’s website. It told me to call the store. I did and got Julie was wonderful she answered all my questions she helped me get the lease set up she found me a mattress set that was similar to the one I wanted and apparently the reason why I cannot do it online was because the product was being shipped from a different store. She was very very welcoming very warm she had a great personality she knew her job she just made me feel so comfortable doing this on all over the phone! so I would suggest if you were looking for a good place to do a furniture rental or anything like that I would definitely go to the Aaron’s in Olean New York ask for Julie!!!!!!!

2022-03-16I didn’t rent anything but I got a flat tire on my bike about 2 miles from home, and the 2 associates working at the Olean,Ny location helped me pump up my tire and if not I’d be stranded. They didn’t have to help me but they did. 3/17/22

2021-01-19So I went in this month to get a bedroom set. First time ever renting furniture. Julie was who helped me pick out what I needed. I told her ideally I needed 2 dressers and what kind of mattress Id want. She found me a beautiful 7 piece set that fits perfectly in our home! During the paperwork, I was a little scattered and in a rush. Julie was so understanding and super professional with my craziness. She got us all set up at a killer price with our payments and delivery. The guys who did the install were very kind as well. They answered all our questions. They were very friendly and kind to my 2 yr who wouldnt stay out of the way. Then to my surprise I got a follow up call asking how it all went and making sure the installation went smoothly! The customer service is seriously amazing at Aarons. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! If you are thinking about renting and are unsure, seriously just call and ask for Julie.
