My experience unfortunately was not very good. I received the room not clean. Bathroom dirty, TV very dirty, carpet dirty and smelly, bathroom sink drain clogged , and AC control panel was damaged and not working properly. Even after requesting help and changing the room, they did not give me another room. Instead they tried to fix them with no good results.The only good things about this hotel was the breakfast, ice machine, parking, and the location which is near the falls and the shopping centers.
Pros:The beds were ok, the bedding seemed clean.Cons:-Bathroom mold issues (has to be a long term issue).-Disturbing stains on the wallpaper.-Sticky bathroom floor, gross carpet-The fridge didnt work, our food went bad-The ac had a high pitched whine.-The curtains wouldnt close. We had to prop a bag against them to get any privacy. I noticed I could see into every room in the hotel from the parking lot because the curtains were awful.-The breakfast room was dirty, few options. Milk and cream cheese not refrigerated.-Beakfast room bathroom had no soap or way to dry hands.-Exterior was smelly like a dumpster needed emptying. Parking lot had a broken overflowing trash bag and abandoned shopping carts.We got in late and were super tired or we never would have stayed there. I didnt notice the mold till morning (again was ridiculously tired). The front desk would not work with us and said we should have said something before. If they werent already aware of mold it has to be neglect on their part. They should not have a room like that or give it to a customer!
Positive: There was nothing to like about the motel. I would not call that place a hotel Negative: The room was dirty and stink very bad like wet stinky socks. The paint peeling off. We had three rooms and we lost our money but we did stay at that place. It was terrible. The grout on the bathroom was disgusting dirty.
If I could give them zero stars I would. The staff is rude and does not stay in the office overnight so if something goes wrong not sure how they help. We arrived with 2 kids around 1:45 am and there was no one to check me in, it also said no vacancy on the door.Stayed outside for about 30 mins and no one came. Our reservation did not mention that after a certain time the owners ans workers go home for the night. Ended up staying at a different hotel and paying more money. Called and asked for a refund was told out of $400 they would refund 149. So my kids vacation was ruined and we had to cancel a lot of outings.
The room was very clean everything in the room worked. Breakfast was ok. The only thing that I would say of why I didnt give it a 5 star is because the room below was kept slamming their door at 5 am repeatly and set off their car alarm multiple times. Other than that a wonderful hotel.
This hotel was not worth the price paid. Not only did I have to wait half an hour to check in, because no one was at the desk and no one responded to the attendance bell, but the room was not acceptable.Lets list out the room issues: the walls had holes, scratches and stains; the carpet had trash and crumbs and was obviously not vacuumed; the shower curtain had a stain on it and was filthy; shower towels were not provided, only hand towels were.I dont feel as though the hotel deserves one star, however, it definitely does not deserve anything above three stars. I wish I could write otherwise and I hope they make some changes.
First of all, the listing of hotel is a misrepresentation. This is a MOTEL!!! The room was totally undeserving of the price. The bathroom was dusty, bathtub was dirty. There was so much dust on the refrigerator, we chose not to use it. It was very noisy. I certainly would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone!
The place was dirty and smelled terrible. We had rented three rooms and we lost our Money but decided to go to another hotel. All rooms were disgusting. We did not sleep in the horrible place.I talked to management they didnt even offered to clean the rooms.
No breakfast as announced!! Place could be cleaner. The beds had an unsanitary smell (like sweat) There was a woman hair on one of the beds. Bathrooms were with lots of dust on lamps. Refrigerator sides were full of dust also and rugs were not clean properly or not cleaned at all. Is more like a Motel. THE PLACE COULD BE BETTER BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO MANY ATTRACTIONS (LIKE 12 MIN. FROM NIAGARA FALLS) To management please do something if you want to take advantage of the marvelous place you can probably have. Your loosing customers and $$$ for simple details.(Pros: close to many attractions, beds are comfortable, cable tv)
Horrible, did not stay after looking at the room! Bugs, strong cig odor, bed appeared as if someone had laid down on it! Sketchy ppl hanging around out front of rooms made me very uncomfortable as well! Manager would not refund $$ when I went back to office after 2 minutes at the place! I wouldn’t recommend staying here!
Very poor hotel, overpriced. Poor service, free complimentary breakfast was horrible. We stayed two nights, they didn’t even take the trash or get us clean towels. They didn’t even put extra rolls of toilet papers in the bathroom. Had to drive to a gas station to buy toilet papers at 1AM.

Ok for a night but all rooms face the road so its pretty noisy, not somewhere youd want to spend time. Staff was nice. Bolt didnt work on the door. Slept well tho!
More like a motel. Friendly, easy check in and check out. Mattresses comfortable. Room bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. Light in front of Room 205 attracts mosquitos which goes inside as you open the door so beware. Room serviced past 2pm. other than that everything was great. People were friendly and polite.

We had a horrible experience of a night stay at this hotel.We experienced:- Strong mold smell- Some bugs at beds- No sanitizers or disinfecting wipes in the breakfast room during this COVID scenario.We traveled with grandmom, so we desperately wanted to change the hotel. The management staff didnt even acknowledge the fact that sanitary condition was poor.
Rooms were very dirty. Bad customer service. Would not recommend. When we first arrived to check in they were barely starting to clean the rooms we were going to stay in. They were only in there about 3,4 minutes and then got out. After we checked in and checked the rooms they were very unsanitary. There was dust all over the the cabinets and tv. The blankets and pillow cases smelled bad. The whole room had a must smell as soon as you walked in. The ac units were covered in dust and the filters were disgusting. When we told the manager up front about it she came to take a look and said everything was clean and offered no help. Definitely would not recommend, would rate it 0 stars if the app would let me.

Its not a hotel - its a motel and 2 star quality at best. If that was what it was advertised and charged at, it would be ok, but having paid for a 3 star hotel it was not up to standard. The included breakfast was a joke - you couldnt get into the tiny dining room as there were too many people for the space, and the food was all long life packet stuff. The cleaning was substandard and the room needed maintenance and updating.
Positive: Air Conditioner only Negative: definitely NOT 3-Star level Walkways were dirty. Single hand soap for a family of FOUR ??? And no conditioner nor lotion?? MAINLY NO TONGS TO SERVE BREAD OR MUFFINS !

This hotel was not what it shown on the photos. When we saw on Google Maps that the rooms seemed nice, friends and family decided to stay here. When we got here, totally different story. Check in time was 3pm. We couldn’t get our rooms until 3:20. The guy told ya that it would take 10 minutes to clean our room. I don’t know how it takes 10 minutes to clean the room. When we got in. The rooms were not clean, pillows smelled and unsanitary. When we went to the front desk they kept arguing with us that the rooms were cleaned. Plus the pool is green, apparently they said it was down for maintenance. I’ll tell you this, it doesn’t take 1 day for a pool to turn green as it was there. We were all very disappointed and upset. I was just happy our travel agency handled the situation. I hope they learn from this occasion and improve their service.
Nice place there are enough parking spots, but the rooms arent that clean, the floor is sticky and there were nails and flies on the ground, It didnt feel like it was cleaned after each stay. You can get breakfast until about 10 am. There was a decent amount of things you could choose from and you can make your own waffles.

I found most of the other reviews accurate: surprisingly clean and upscale for the low nightly rate, a couple of details that could be updated, an encounter with the corner of the beds platform that left a terrific bruise. We stayed in a family room that had three beds which was very convenient. But where this hotel really shined was in hospitality--I received excellent customer service from the hotels staff. We arrived many hours before check-in after taking a red-eye flight and they had us in our room immediately. Then the next day, when I was boarding my flight, I realized I had left my Kindle in the room. I couldnt call for several hours and assumed that there was no hope in seeing my Kindle again (a similar experience with a forgotten cell phone has made me cynical, but apparently hasnt taught me to check the room before I leave!) When I was able to call, they not only had my Kindle in hand, but they had been trying to contact me the whole afternoon. I emailed them a prepaid label and they carefully packaged my Kindle and had it in the mail to me the next day.I could not be more impressed with a small, non-chain hotel. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to any budget-conscious friend.
Our mini king room, though small, was comfortable and pretty clean in all the desirable ways (i.e. Fresh sheets, clean bathroom, clean floor). However there are cobwebs all around the TV, under the AC, and behind the doors. The staff stayed up late to check us in (2 am) and were very friendly, but the next morning knocked on our door several times BEFORE check out to ask if we were leaving yet, which was uncomfortable. We didnt eat breakfast so cant speak to it. Great location close to the falls. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos.
Stayed here on July 16th and left that day because hotel was disgusting. Now opened my bank app this morning and was again charged 102.00 last night. Call to get answers and they can’t tell me anything, watch your bank account if you choose to stay here
If I could I would give zero stars for my rating. This place is a dump. The rooms stink, they dont clean rooms if you are staying more than 1 night. They leave trash in front of your door. There are cobwebs with spiders in the bathroom. The carpet in the room reaks of nasty odor.This is so not a hotel.When I booked our room was told my credit card would not be charged until I checked in, total lie it was charged before we even arrived.
Dont stay here. Does not justify price. Cheap quality. If they reduce price by 40% then it may be worth. To begin with we booked a so called family room which has only a small twin bed extra than a regular double bed room but I paid about $327 compared to about $210 for a comparable double bed room. I expected the room to have two restrooms because its a family room but it had only one restroom like a regular room. Next thing, any hotel you get two room keys here we were given only one. I could have gotten another one but just did not bother. It just tells you their cheap standards. The worst part is when we walked into the room, there was a weird smell that I could smell at first when entering the room. The rooms dont look anything special. Infact they make you feel below average. We asked for an extra blanket and no wonder their answer was no. They do serve breakfast but give you limited opportunity to have it. Other places serve it from 6 to 10 here it is 730 to 930. Also the breakfast is not that great. My mood was spoiled with this stay. Another thing, here they dont maintain any quality I saw people drying their clothes in the balcony....so now Im never coming back..you should find another place too...
I had a good experience at the motel. The check in was smooth and the rooms were nice and clean. There was a distinct smell of cleaner in the room but you get use to it in a couple of minutes. I liked the cleanliness of the motel and its location right next to Starbucks is a big thing for tourists for that early morning cup of coffee.
They claim deep cleaning but there was dust and dirt on lots of surfaces. Also a bad smell in the rooms. Wouldnt stay there again.
Room was nice, it had good amenities. Small, but worked well. The shower needed to be bleached. The bottom of the door going outside had a huge gap. Which let noise in. There is an Auto Body shop nextdoor. Which isnt a problem if you dont want to sleep in. The first night, we pulled the top cover back on the bed and found three long dark black hairs. One was found on a towel also. Staff was friendly. Pillows s were too fluffy. Id provide another star if it wasnt for all the noise I heard. Told management about people standing outside talking in front of our door and they did nothing.

Rooms are a bit small but really really nice, the beds are great, I like a lot of pillows and the bed had plenty. Its very close to a cute little.bar called wagon wheel. The owner is really nice, gave us tips on where to go to park for free and taxi options if we needed. The rooms have fridges and coffee and breakfast is adequate and quick to get you out the door. The parking lot is well lit and in a great location, about 10 min from Niagara falls state park. Near plenty of food places as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much! I would stay again if awarded the chance:)
Booked a king bed room for the price. The room is so much smaller than the look in the picture. Not much space outside the bed. And ceiling is especially low.One towel has a stain on made us not so sure about the cleanness of the rest. The toilet is annoying. You have to manually reset the handle after each flush. And wifi is not stable, hanger is broken ... The price is low, but certainly the quality is and maybe even lower.
Very small rooms n tiny bath rooms. cannot spend time in the room as there is hardly any place to walk or stand. Breakfast was good but very small dining room so need go early to get some place to sit n eat.If you book in the last moment during the peak season then it will be overly priced. If you get for cheap price n want to save some bucks then can stay here but if you plan advance then you get in nice hotel for the same price i believe
Very nice room (2 full size beds 1 twin size bed) perfect for family of 6!!Very clean.Only thing that was wrong is the breakfast room is extremely small for the amount of guests!!! Couldnt even get in to eat!!
Very disappointing. Arrived around 3:00 p.m. no one was there, rang the buzzer, called the number that was left at the counter and 15 minutes later someone showed up. Bed was comfortable, room clean and they have tried to make a very old hotel better. King size bed in a very very small room which made it impossible to try and move around. Walls are paper thin and we listened to tvs on both sides of us blaring. One hook in the bathroom, no counter space to put anything which I found frustrating. Breakfast was very limited and shot glass size plastic cups for orange juice were the smallest I have ever seen. We didnt stay for breakfast and checked out, rephrasing that, tried to check out. No one to be found once again and didnt even get our receipt after waiting another 20 minutes. This was not a cheap hotel and definitely down the road we will be doing much more research. 😔 No customer service at all.

Easily the worst hotel Ive ever been to. We first walk in, sit down on the bed and there were hairs on the pillow. I walk into the bathroom and somehow theres hairs on the toilet seat. We went to the front desk to try and get our money back but instead they gave us just another room. Definitely would not recommend. The customer service was bad and the rooms were not well kept.

Everything was great aside from the smell of cigarette use in the room. Its was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything.
The room wasnt ready even though we had made reservations. The room smelled funny. Not sure what it was. Went to check out the next morning and they didnt open until 7:30. We had to go eat and then come back to check out putting us behind. Breakfast area didnt open until 7:30 but there was a Dennys close by.
Of the 32 + hotels I stayed at this year this one would have to be the worst. From the carpet, to the room furniture, to the bathroom it was all worn out and funky! The pictures look way better than what the actual room looks like.
They offer good prices and clean rooms. The breakfast room was nice with many options. They also have a pool that I didnt use. My room was close to the street so it was a bit noisy.
Ran out. I wish i had read the reviews before booking. Room 102 smelled like vomit when we complained the man said it didnt. He sent two men to check they also said it didnt. Obviously they were lying. The room reaked. They gave us febreeze, ok fine. The following morning i went to shower and saw a cockroach in the tub. We packed our bags and ran out. Note there is no point in expressing any concerns they dont care and will just deny. These are not honest people.

One of the worst hotels/inn i have been to in this roadtrip .So we were driving from detroit around 6 hours drive and reached too late (8.00 am) because of a car problem ... we ask the owner/reseption/cafe manager / general manager ... yes they are all one person . . . To have a late check out and we explained that we had issues on the road and we were driving all night .... he said he can give us 30 min. As a late check out . We took that and went for the breakfast that ends at 9.30 ... had a quick bite to find out that everything is gone . Technically they had only cupcakes and bagel with cream cheese . The place was too crowded and under staffed and no one was cleaning . I highly dont recommend this place due to the whole bad experience i faced here . Room is ok but management sucks and food too . The have so many rooms but no one to serve them.
Room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Staff was nice. Dont get your hopes up for what they call breakfast and you will enjoy your stay.
First they gave our room to someone else claiming to be my wife. They seemed very not concerned about it although they gave tthe individual a receipt with our name, address, phone number and reservation number. Next, the room they offered was not clean, dirt across the floor, the bathroom had what I assume is either black mold or raw sewerage from the room above across the ceiling, and it stank. The final room we did stay in was still dirty with long human hairs across the toilet and bathroom. By far the worst possible experience and they simply did not give a crap.
This place is like a chocolate covered strawberry that when you bite into it, you find out it’s rotten. The rooms look nice - but they have leaky ceilings, small stains on the bedsheets, toilets, curtains, etc. Even the reception area had a leaky roof. Our room door doesn’t lock! The “pool” is a sad excuse of a tiny moldy shallow hot tub.Also the exterior if the place looks shady. They only have 1 entrance/exit, so only 1 car can go through. It’s 15 min from the Falls.
I made a reservation here and didnt know my husband already made a reservation. Yes it is understand that I booked it for the same day and I cancelled it within 30 mins after finding out. So they charged me 51.99. I tried calling and explaining to the women and she was far from understanding. Hell if I had to pay for a nights room you should let a homeless person stay there for the night at least my money would be put to use.
Not well maintained, cleanliness is not the best. Room floors were sticky. Not a great option for a family with kids due to cleanliness issues. It is a budget place so I guess u get what u pay for. It is certainly not a 3 star hotel. They should revise the star certificate
1 star is too generous. We arrived at this place after 2AM of our booking day and so we placed our food in the fridge and went to sleep. Alas, a strange tickle was upon my face in my dreams, only it wasnt. I awoke to an ant crawling on my face and woke the family with my shrieks of terror. Ants were everywhere, but had congregated in legion at the base of the refrigerator and upon the coffee table as they diligently executed their mission: tactical acquisition of the sugar packets. In our disgust and confusion we reached out to the hotel staff in hope. Our hope was in vain. The hotel staff effectively told us that it happens but that theyll move our room if we like. When we requested our weeklong reservation be canceled, we were told theyd bill us a minimum of two days because in our attempts to get the insects out of our luggage we stayed a wee bit past checkout. Thus, we were forced to stay another night in Dantes infernous ninth circle. Upon our checkout on the second day, we found that they had misbilled us to a different credit card, causing undue financial strain. Furthermore, we ate breakfast at their free dining facility, if such a name would not be unduly generous. The milk was standing, alone and warm upon the counter, syrup strewn upon the countertop and the floors, only by the graces of God above had the ant legions not defiles this place. Even now, I feel the storm coming inside as the pathogens of unrefrigerated milk run rampant within. Do not grace these dark doors if you care for your health or safety or your wallet. You will find only suffering. We shall never return to this place, we have learned our lesson.
It was a nice stay. We stayed in family room which had 2 queen beds 1 single bed. Location was ok as we had our own rental car. Hotel manager allowed us to do way early check-in and we appreciate it.
Very unclean I dont see how this can even be called a hotel. Do not expect this to be a hotel when you arrive, it is a motel with tiny rooms I could barely fit my luggage in there. Bugs are everywhere because of the lights directly outside of the room and when I walked in there were multiple spiders in the room. Staff are nice but the rooms need to be cleaned correctly.
Very worst hotel that we stayed during our Niagara Falls trip. Heavy smoke smell and even I afraid that I must have carried some bad bugs to back home. Really smelly room and not at all comfortable for even for sightseeing. Rate is comparable to the nice hotels near by and even then the service is very poor. Breakfast is awful as I tasted expired orange juice, non tasty corn flakes and expired breads. Very small place to eat and no AC inside the breakfast room.. I regret my stay here and I want to make sure people do see these reviews before they take the decision.
Doors slam loudly, walls and windows are paper thin, blinds/curtains let in lots of light, hand towels were dirty, showers were not clean. I’d advise packing some ear plugs, eye mask, and some lysol. It needs to be rebranded as Aarya MOTEL.on the positive side, there is air conditioning/ heating in the room, and the nightstand had lamps that had outlets for you to charge your phone /tablet

Liked the place a lot... Quite near to niagara falls with reasonable price... We were here for 6-8 Sep.Pros- room size. It was very spacious. We booked a room with 2 queen beds. 4 adults were able to sleep in 2 queen beds. It was not as comfortable as home but was quite ok for 2 nights.- location. It is around 4 miles away from niagara falls. And its right on the road. No twists and turns to go to niagara.- Price. We got the room for 2 nights for around 190 which according to me was nice considering the room size and location- breakfast time is from 7:30 to 9:30. In some of the hotels i stayed the breakfast ended at 8. This time was appropriate for me.Cons- No mirror in the room- no microwave in the room
The hotel wasnt horrible. Or at least it wouldnt have been if every single time someone moved upstairs the floor hadnt creaked horrendously. And somehow in the tiny hotel room, someone was constantly walking around in the room above us. From 9pm-12am and then again from 5am-9am. So. Sleeping wasnt the best.
Clean quiet with coffee, fridge, cable TV, microwave and breakfast. Simple breakfast (served from 730 to 930) consist of coffee tea juices cereal, waffle, apples, toasts, muffins, bagels. Shame the toaster does not work. Id recommend get there early as possible. It gets crowded and cramped in the tiny breakfast area. Also would be fighting for the waffle maker since the toaster does not work.
Room is very small indeed but very neat and cozy. It has everything needed and the bathroom is really nice. Very clean, well decorated and well finshed. Staffs are very nice too. I would recoment that and would love to visit again.
They were very friendly and helpful. I had looked up many places and I guess I didnt realize that they were one that didnt allow pets, but they didnt make a huge fuss over my Chihuahua mix. They said as long as she doesnt make a mess its okay for this time. The only little complaint I have was that the wireless internet only worked the first night we stayed. The other two nights it didnt. But we were there to visit Niagara Falls anyway, not play on the internet. ;)
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast selection, we will stay here again in the future we had the family room and it accommodated my family of 5 with no problems at all. Very quiet close to shopping and places to eat.
The room that I booked wasn’t what I received the employee at the front desk is disrespectful and hung up on me when I asked to speak to her manager she lied and said he wasn’t there and then wouldn’t give me her name it was all so horrible

Good breakfast, good for one night stay.Cons: Rooms are small, you need to request for a larger room if you are given a queen-bed tightly spaced within a room. wifi seems to have security issues since my macbook detected virus as soon as I logged into the wifi. shower space was below average.
Check in was fast and easy desk staff was friendly and prompt. Room was clean and hotel was quite. Newly renovated over all experience at the hotel was 10 out of a 10. Highly recommend.

Pool had patches of scum; room the size of a supply closet; dark colour scheme made room seem smaller and depressing; lack of adequate hosting space for breakfast, owners not interested in customer service. Save your money, go somewhere else.
I stayed two days no show for a room service, when complained they changed towels only.. awkward.. breakfast room is small take food to your room or eat in the hotel office.. shops all-around good location

This is a very nice place to stay in Buffalo NY . They have comfortable rooms and an open dining room next to the lobby. There is fresh coffee, tea preparations and donuts in the lobby for guests.

Very small rooms for the price you pay. Breakfast was available at 7:30-9:30 am no coffee or juice. Only had the roll of toilet paper that was on the roll. I heard someone shutting their car door 5 times in the middle of the night.

Great hotel only two consThe bathroom door didnt shut and there was a 4 inch Gap from the door leading outside to the ground and that let the mosquitos make the way into the room but for the price and the quick fix of putting a towel to cover the gap in the door it was a nice hotel

Worst place ever stayed. AC sounded like a broken truck engine that kept me up the whole night. Hotel manager was a Indian woman in the night who super rudely showed apathy and lack of respect n hung up the phone at me. It was a life time lesson. I was about to call police bcuz of her behavior but considering my family and guests, I swallowed the bitter n ugly customer service.
Tiny, tiny rooms with sharp corners on the bed frames. No one was in the office when we tried to check in or check out. If they put smaller beds in the room at least there would be a bit more room to move.

If I can give zero stars, Ill give that. Worst hotel to stay, no drinking water or microwave in the room and on top of it the microwave in the kitchen is out of bound after 8:30 in the evening. The bed sheets were stinking.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to ask a few questions so i called and the person who answered quickly answered my first question and than hung up on me before i could even get to my second question or ponder his response to the first. I guess business must be booming there to where they can pass on a somewhat interested customer. Completely unprofessional and almost glad he hung up on me because i could only imagine the quality of this establishment if that is how they speak to their customer.

2022-05-08The room are stinky. The lock door sometimes wont open. No breakfast at all.The fridge wont cold too much.The shower curtain dont touch the floor and the water splash the bathroom floor until it leaves a pothole.The sink does not go down well and floods if used for a long time.The personal at lobby are friendly.We need to put an air freshener to control the stink. The room was always cold and the bathroom was freezing.The lousy wifi barely 2Mbps.The TV is the best, a lot of variety of channels and they look very good.Comfy beds.

2022-04-19While the location is fine, few quick bite restaurants are around however peaceful sleep you might lack in this place. Had bad experience of Air condition started making sound at 2am all on its own in night. There was no phone in room to complain and no one stays on reception ever. They says the serve coffee and juice all time however we only found air in pantry. Try other hotels around or in downtown. They might cost you only 10 bucks extra and not more then that.

2022-06-20The room was fine, nothing too crazy just three beds lol. Service was great typically a chain hotel will charge extra for checking in early we were 2 hrs early and still got the room. Location was nice 16 minutes away from the falls, the mall, grocery store, fast food and just foots away from Starbuck and Dunkin donuts. Can ask for much.

2022-04-10Wish I could leave no stars. First of all there was a hole in the wall behind the door from the door knob seems like it was from someone kicking in the door. Second there were little holes in the wall along the floor board. Third I saw a mouse at about 3 am crawl across the nightstand by the bed. And also when I checked in the man checking me in was a bit standofish he tossed the ink pen at me across the front desk. I hardly ever leave bad reviews unless a place absolutely deserves it and this place does. But you get what you pay for and this was an extremely small king room. Last but not least the bed was a platform bed and too much movement made the mattress slide off the platform.

2022-07-01There bugs and hair on the bed and smell dirty carpet and when we asked about it the person just person put water that was in a spary bottle it overall a terible and never again also they open up at a werid time like at 3 pm that was werid and just bad timing

2021-10-24I’m not sure about the rest of these comments but in comparison to the other small hotels or motels in the area, this was one is pretty decent. You can tell they have remodeled, the bed is super soft, very clean, and very quiet. Only complaint is the young girl at the front desk isn’t very friendly and the room is smaller. You only deal with her for a short time but everything else is really decent. I’m thinking the bad comments are their competitors. I recommend.

2021-08-26Made reservations online, pictures are deceptive to say the least. Checked in and walked past people who apparently live there sitting on beach chairs outside their room’s smoking and drinking. Went into room and it smelled, carpet filthy and bed was roughed up like someone had slept in it. Went to office to complain and was told room was clean and no refund. Any reviews of this hotel that doesn’t speak of the the above mentioned issues, especially the cleanliness must be from a third world country. A campground is more sanitary. Avoid

2021-10-13The motel is really good to stay. The rooms are also big and spacious and the staff are also really helpful. Whatever we needed they provided us. I just have one concern regarding their Wi-Fi range which was not at all available in our room.

2021-08-29Rented the room with 2 full beds and 1 twin. It was perfect for our family of 5. Room was clean, bathroom was nice and clean, big fridge, and the AC worked great. We were very comfortable!
