This is one of my wifes and Is favorite restaurants. You always get good food there. The appetizers are alway delicious, I had the risotto with fresh truffles and my wife had the Artichoke soup. For mains I had the salmon, the celery root mash was so good. I wish I could have seconds. My wife had the gnocchi, it was really good. The deserts does not disappoint. They have great options.Dont delay, go eat for yourself. You will be happy I sent you.
My new favorite kosher dairy place in the city. Its a very interesting menu and is being updated often enough to be interesting. The food is gets a full 5 stars. While Im leaving a 5 star review all around, I do have a few critiques.1. They need another bathroom. There is always a line. Or at least a system where they notify you when its available. Its not pleasant to wait 10 minutes in line to use the restroom.2. The service could be friendlier. I asked for a recommendation from the waiter. His first response was whether Id read the menu. When I responded in the affirmative, he went on to explain every item to me. I can read. I was only asking if any item was particularly popular.Im still leaving 5 stars as it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be back.
Came here with co-workers for our first in person lunch since COVID started. We ordered the Mix Tunisian Olives, Carciofi alla guidea (Artichokes) and the olive oil focaccia for starters, 3 lasagnes, 1 piccante pizza and 1 mushroom pizza. The olives are interesting since they were deep fried. Im not a huge fan of olives myself but I gave it a shot. The sourness of the olive was offset by the fried flavour and the sauce so it was okay for my palate. The artichokes were also fried. Not my personal favorite there. The focaccia was the winner for me. Delicious fresh baked bread with two types of dips. The pepperonata was a hit with us.The lasagne was *chefs kiss*. Its a kosher version so theres no meat in it but was delicious and filling regardless. Both pizzas were also very tasty.Overall, a great place to get some delicious kosher food. But be aware that it is a little on the pricier side with it being in the city and being kosher.
Definitely a must.Make sure to make a reservation in advance. If you are a party of two, you probably will get the chefs table. Its not all that bad and can be quite charming, but it doesnt compare to a table. The service is of top class. The wait staff are on top of taking the orders and keeping everyone happy. All the food is top quality. Although there are some that you will need to adjust your palate to.A top quality Italian restaurant.
Been waiting for an opportunity to get here since the opening. Finally, being in the area we took advantage. The location is a good size and the design inside is comforting, welcoming and simple. Love the ability to see into the kitchen and also sit at the chefs counter. We ordered 4 apps and the crudo and some entrees and everything was delicious. The food and fish was fresh and well thought and cooked with care and attention to detail. If I had to compare this level of quality to anything else kosher in the city, food alone I would say this is up there with Reserve Cut (but obviously dairy, not meat). The fire oven pizza was perfectly cooked and the flavors paired really well across the board. We ordered a bottle of wine to go with the food and the selection here is nice as well.
Food was delicious! I asked for the dairy to be served on the side when possible and they were very accomodating. Our server Oscar was friendly and attentive. Eat at the counter in front of the oven if you can the seat. We got lucky with that spot and enjoyed watching the chefs at work. Also the hot apple cider was unlike anything I ever tasted. Its worth the order its more than a drink its an experience.
Fish and Dairy restaurant!!Had a great dinner with my friends. We were very impressed with the food and how quick it came out. It was very fresh and place was very nice and full. Service over here is good as well you should call in for reservations because they do get packed for dinner. And they have a great menu with many dishes. Thank you for a beautiful dinner tonight had a great night! Will come back soon and let my friends know about you!
Delicious food which is freshly served.I believe its made there by them on the spot.Comfortable ambiance. Pleasant staff and service. Attentive and accommodating.Compared to other places Ive been to, the waiting time for the food to be ready and served to you was very reasonable, we didnt have to wait long at all.If to compare again to what you might expect in other restaurants, the dish sizes arent as big as well. But certainly dont leave you hungry. The dishes were finished, though it seems to me like the perfect amount, neither too much nor too little.Their cold drinks options are certainly interesting and intriguing. The fruit options we took was really refreshing. It doesnt strike me as too pricey either. The place isnt too big in terms of space, some would think of it as cozy, some would rather a bit more spacious, but then again, its Manhattan, so your expectations of big rooms arent that high anyway...All in all, it was a very good experience, we really enjoyed the food, service and the environment.Id definitely recommend this restaurant and probably go back again either with friends and family or even business meetings.
The quality of the food at Abaita is matched only by the service of the staff. I loved the tajarin pasta, and the lemon curd cake was delicious for dessert. Ive already visited multiple times and I plan on returning very soon again. Would definitely recommend giving it a shot.
This is a real gem! We had a wonderful meal. The food was excellent. Its top quality dairy food. Our portions were decent at least in size (some reviews say theyre small but we thought that wasnt true). The service was fast and polite. Prices are bit high but this is kosher in Manhattan..
Delicious food, plain and simple, prepared without fuss. Small place, with some seats at a counter which looks into the (open) kitchen (its not as exciting as you might think but its moderately interesting). Limited menu (3 fish and 3 pasta entrees available, about), and artisanal pizza seems to be the main draw. That said, the lasagna was delicious and filling, as was the pasta with mushrooms (it had some other name). Home-made chocolate ice-cream was delicious. Not gonna lie, its pricey for pizza and pasta, but its good food, served attractively, in Manhattan, so its reasonable, for the experience. One photo is the Tunisian olives salad (they are served warm, and have a delicious crust), the other photo is the lasagna.
So my brother was in town and hes kosher. That kind of freaked me out because I dont remember the last time I had decent kosher food, yet low and behold, a really decent culinary experience exists in the dairy kosher world. Dont skip the olives over labbaneh, they were amazing l. Wood burning oven is an almost foolproof was of creating a pizza and they nailed it. Egg pasta with mushrooms were really tasty but quantity and price didnt work. Also, they were supposed have a truffle element but they were completely lacking in that flavor hence the missing 5th star.
This place is incredible. Food is top notch (quality, flavor, freshness). Their menu is relatively small, allowing them to perfect each dish and serve what they are best at.Each staff member has a specific job and does it well so everything runs smoothly, from being seated to placing your order, receiving your food, being helped whenever needed, and paying the bill. They are all professional, kind, and welcoming. There’s an option to sit at the chef’s counter which is a cool experience. The atmosphere is amazing too. The way the place is set up is supposed to feel like a home, so there are warm accents like live edge wooden tables and comfortable chairs, and the attention to detail is impeccable.Thoroughly enjoyed eating here - it is a treat!!
Dear gracious, I found Shamayim. The attention to detail, the gorgeous presentation, the layering of flavors and textures, the patient and warm service, this place is spot on. The Tunisian olives app is unlike anything Ive had. The figs in the beet dish were generous. I need a third stomach, I wish I had room for their entire menu.
Absolutely amazing restaurant! The food and service were both absolutely spectacular, our server even noticed we left a bag and chased us half a block to return it. Kind and considerate, and great timing on the courses. The outdoor dining area has convinient heaters and a lovely romantic atmosphere, and they were very good about seating groups at a distance. Perfect for dates or any other reason you would want a fancy milchigs place and Ill be recommending it highly to my friends.
Food was amazing!! Lasagna was really fresh and delicious. Pizza was amazing! Lemonade drink was the most authentic and delicious I have ever had.Couldve gotten rid of one table to make room to breathe. Waiter service was good, just felt funny when we were showed food on another table, and then shown on our table to others.Dessert was really good and interesting mix.
Very pleasant experience! Great food! Great service! Pasta is made fresh on the premises. I throughly enjoyed myself. Cant wait to go back and try the pizza! If youre looking for large vulgar, American sized portions of food smothered in low quality synthetic like cheese, this is NOT the place for you. This place is about high quality ingredients and a simple and elegant presentation. Yes, its a bit pricy but with food this fresh and tasty its worth it!
Food is unique very nicely plated. Restaurant is tiny though be prepared to be seated pretty much attached to the next table. Definitely not your typical kosher dairy menu which makes it a notch above the rest although I believe they should expand the menu. As noted in some other reviews host asked me as well if the person I was eating with was here yet I thought that was a little interesting. Overall very nice place delicious food decent service. Don’t forget to make reservations before!!!
Great tasting kosher food, from appetizers to pizza to main dishes! Artistically decorated and presented. Attentive waiters. On a busy night, our food was slightly delayed so we asked for it to go, which was understanding; the waitress and the owner/manager were very apologetic about it and even took it off the bill to make up for it. Wasnt really necessary, but was a nice gesture and was well appreciated. Very good customer service.
Wish I had a 4.5 star option. Why?The food and service were overall excellent. The pizzas were crispy and loaded with cheese and very rich. The pastas overall were tasty - fresh - flavorful medium sized portions - pricey but understandably so.The desserts were mediocre. Apple pie was a bit bland and the pudding dish was confusing. We felt a bit rushed - perhaps because of high turnover? But for a party of 6 ordering almost every dish there should have been a bit more patience.
So lets start with the good. The margarita pizza excellent and the buckwheat pasta (which I thought sounded pretty scary) phenomenal. The service was really great and the ambiance was nice. Now, why not 4 stars? The prices are sky-high, my fiance and I only ordered 1 entree each, no appetizer or dessert and the bill was above $80. Also, even with a reservation we had to wait a half an hour and by the time we sat down they were out of fish. However, the food was really good.
My wife and I enjoyed dinner here yesterday with our close friends, another couple. The food and service were very good. The music was not too loud and so we could talk comfortably and did not have to shout to be heard. The bathroom was clean. All this being the case, we had a great time.
Food is amazing, a little loud for a quiet date so be prepared, but the food is spectacular. Small menu so its not confusing, and long. Its a keep it simple method that makes this place such a wonderful visit. The staff were courteous efficient and well informed of the menu. The maitrè d knew who were were by the phone call that we made. Incredible experience, really highly recommended to anyone seeking a top of the line, next level kosher milk food experience!!!!
We were staying at a nearby hotel and were very hungry. We booked counter seats because thats all that was available for the timing we wanted, and it was very cool to watch the food prep. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We shared a soup, two pizzas, two cocktails, and a dessert and we took leftovers with us. We were so full and so satisfied with the experience. The waiters were wonderful, the ambiance was lovely, we cant stop talking about our experience at abaita. Too bad we dont live close by.
What an amazing experience! From the cozy ambiance, to the personal and attentive service to the delectable food, our late-night dinner at Abaiata was a dream! Our server was so helpful in helping us choose from all of the mouthwatering options and each dish we tried was more scrumptious than the next. Like other reviewers mention, the pasta portions are small (but that just allowed us to try more than one ;) ). We definitely will be back again soon and letting all our friends know about this place!
Im not one to leave reviews but here it is... NUMBER 1- the food tasted heavenly. Everything we ordered was so delicious pizza, gnocchi, fish and dessert. Actually we didnt order the dessert they just kindly brought it out on the house. Also I dont eat dairy unless Im on vacation or its a special place and Im happy I did. This meal was the closest to what I ate in Italy. Our waitress was well trained and kind. We made a reservation and were seated right on time. Im still dreaming of this food. SO GOOD!
We stayed at the hotel next door and just happened to stop in this afternoon not knowing it was opening day!The brick oven pizza was absolutely delicious! We had the margarita and the mushroom pizzas. The dough is rested for 60 hours and was chewy, crispy, and really perfect. The sauce—also homemade—was delicious. Fresh mozzarella yum! In the city famous for pizza, this pizza is above and beyond any I have ever had. The mushrooms were also super delicious.Next we had the roasted peaches with homemade ice cream and caramelCrumbles. Every aspect was delicious. Finally we had the apple cake with whipped cream—a shortbread crust, delicious apple filling and freshly whipped cream. The menu is somewhat limited, but no matter what you order you will not be disappointed, and because it is limited each item is lovingly and expertly prepared.
Absolutely fantastic!! From the atmosphere to the food first time In and I will definitely be coming back againThe restaurant is small but cozy and the menu size is just right my party and I had the olives beets tomato salad lasagna ravioli spaghetti Crispy salmon And a pizza (we were a party of 5) and for dessert we had homemade ice cream chocolate chip cookie which was absolutely amazingJust like everything else on the menuCannot complain A+ food was a well seasoned Fish was fresh and you really feel like you’re at home so thank you!!!!!
Amazing kosher spot! We got the margherita pizza, fettuccine pasta with pesto, and chocolate ice cream for dessert. Everything was delicious and thought out, expertly made. Great place for a fancy quick brunch - pretty expensive though, $19 for cheapest pizza and in the 20s for most pastas. Cute facade with blue doors, brightly lit cozy interior. Priced for midtown business lunches, probably
Second time here. Food is excellent. Pizza is great, fried rice balls are good, and the pasta minus the gnocchi is delicious. However the pasta portions are really really small even compared to Noi Due. Hopefully they can increase this and they will be the best Italian Kosher food in the city. We paid $28 for a serving of pasta the size of a roll of sushi.
Great food. Plenty of really tasty food. Excellent service. Innovative menu. My wife and I really enjoyed the meal. Definitely 5 stars, well worth the visit. We would absolutely come again and highly recommend the restaurant. The wine list was comprehensive. Outstanding food. Innovative menu.
We went out in a big group and ordered one of everything... And everything was fantastic! Great service- our waiter was super attentive and helped move plates around for everyone to share. nice ambiance- great decor. Recommend the spritzer drink. After 7 is convenient there because muni parking kicks in.
Craziest place ever, they wouldnt let us sit because we were only a party of 2, yet there were 4 empty tables.Worst feeling ever.Update:So another couple showed up, so now they made us sit with them, so now were sitting with 2 strangers (nice ppl;)) rather than to just split up the 2 tables.update:its great that you try to answer on google reviews yet you cant accommodate your costumers while theyre there,A) it wasnt busy at all even though it was in the 9 days, as a matter of fact no one showed up the entire time we were there.B) while we were seating you guys kept on bringing out more and more single tables( i believe it was 5) so stop with the nonsense.and the food was so underwhelming only good thing was the Pizza
We arrived at this place for lunch. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The meal was fresh and delicious. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Highly recommended.
The best upscale kosher dairy in NYC.Their homemade pasta was like nothing else, the margarita pizza was perfectly thin. The fish at first was a bit too rare for my taste but they happily put it back for a perfect medium, their seasoning is phenomenal, down to the parsnip purée under the fish. They are accordingly priced but I did expect the portions to be a bit larger.Overall a true delicious experience!
Without question one of the best Kosher restaurants in Manhattan. The space is intimate and the staff is friendly. The menu boasts real, bold Italian flavors with fantastic dishes like fried olives, braised artichokes, bucatini, and gnocchi, not to mention awesome wood fired pizza! You really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!
I heard about this place from a few different friends and decided to try. Me and 3 girlfriends had a fantastic dinner there this week. The place was full and we had to wait a little bit for our reservation but they were able to give us a spot at the bar and we had a beautiful preview of what was to come, since it is an open kitchen. We could see the Chef in action and decided on a few dishes we wanted to try already there. We shared many appetizers and had one main course each. Coupled with great wines and the moscow mule - which is a must! We really had a feast for our palates. The Fried Olives are a combination of salty and soft, the Hamachi Crudo is perfection, very well balanced and super fresh. We ordered a mushroom pizza as well to start and i was surprised of how light and flavorful it was.Unfortunately the Halibut that i wanted so much was finished by the time we were placing our order but it is priceless to be in a place that only serves fresh fish, so no regrets, another reason to go back soon! Instead i had the Fazoleti Pasta with chantarele mushroom which i loved it.Service and prices were on point. We all left with a great smile and cant wait to go back! Thank you Abaita!
Great and creative kosher dairy food! Simple and clean menu, exciting and light flavors, and good execution on the dishes. Dining room got a little hot at times from the open kitchen, but thats part of the experience of getting that beautiful wood fired pizza oven.My comments for people out there and some of the feedback I have seen given: the portion sizing is perfect. Occassionally, a little less on the plate can be a lot more, when its given proper love, attention, and care.
We originally made a reservation for 10 and then 14 of us showed up to the restaurant and they were absolutely amazing at accommodating us and made our dining experience a great one! The food was delicious and the service was superb.I would definitely recommend coming here!
Was very disappointed. Had a dish on the recommendation of a friend who has been there many times and was there with me. It was so spicy that it was inedible as far as I was concerned. I mentioned to my friend, who after tasting a bit, agreed with me and said it did nit taste anything like usual. Chef must have slipped with the spice was the thought. After calling over the waiter, he took it away but had to be persuaded to take off the bill. Do not plan to go back.
Me and my wife came to celebrate something and while I was looking for a parking, they didn’t allow my wife to be sited for a table that we reserved in advance (for a party of two) until I come in first. There is no sitting area and it was very difficult for my pregnant wife to stand and she bagged to be sitted and to start ordering right away. They refused and were very rude to her and we decided to leave while our day is ruined. The owner itself said that he doesn’t care for the bad review so here you go. I never put a review ever but I guess there’s always a first time specially when the owner is careless.
Have been to Abaita twice so far and each time I am impressed. The service is great and the food is tasty. They make their own pastas fresh in house which is very rare for a kosher restaurant and very much appreciated. They have a wood fired oven in which they make delicious fresh pizza and Focaccia. Its great to see a Kosher restaurant finally creating modern and contemporary dishes and actually keeping up with the trends of the rest of the culinary world.
While we were delighted to learn of a new kosher restaurant in the neighborhood and had high hopes that it would soon join our list of “favorites”, we were, in reality, very disappointed with our overall experience there. After revisiting the restaurant a day later to speak with the owner/chef about it privately (rather than in the midst of dinner with our party of 8 on the same day) we were stunned by his attitude. The owner was completely resistant to any constructive criticism and was defensive and rude. Our experience dining at Abaita in a nutshell: the restaurant was clean and bright and the waiters were pleasant and aimed to please (hence the two star rating) But the food was abysmal. We were a party of 8. The pizzas looked great but were improperly baked and the toppings were sparse and inadequate. The outer dough was burned while the dough holding the meager toppings was soggy and raw, not baked. The fish main courses we ordered were very pricey, which we did not mind, but the portions were shockingly tiny, even more so considering the price. Sides to accompany tiny main courses were a la carte only. Unless you order some accompaniments, you will not be satisfied by the fish main courses alone. The appetizers were also unimpressive. For example, the braised artichokes were served cold and were quite tasteless, with nothing but a sprinkling of cheese to hide their plainness. Dessert, also pricey was probably the biggest disappointment of all: half of a hard unripe peach with a scoop of ice cream was gourmet gone bad. The homemade apple cake was short on apples and not much of a cake. There were few dessert choices, none of which appear on menu, and all were equally as unimpressive. The only reason we returned to the restaurant to speak with the owner a day after eating there, was in the hopes of offering comments to help him succeed. Good kosher restaurants are a rarity and helping a new one succeed would be good for everyone. Alas, the owner seemed more intent on insulting us than in honestly hearing about how to improve. As a last resort, we write this review to caution others. Visit Abaita, eat there if you will, but lower your expectations when you walk in the door. The place does not live up to the rave reviews about it. Not yet. Not by far.
This place was so good we thought we were eating at a non kosher restaurant. Fantastic service. Space is a nice size not too big. Everything looks modern. Food came out quickly. We got the Margherita pizza, gnocchi, arancini, and croquettes. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend it
An excellent kosher dairy restaurant with a limited but excellent menu. The food was very good, I had the rigatoni. The only downside is that the restaurant got very crowded and noisy. This is a kosher restaurant you can take business colleagues to without worry.I highly recommend.
This is our favorite kosher restaurant. My husband and I first tried Abaita after a trip to Italy. We wouldve thought that nothing would compare to real Italian pasta, but we found something better here! My husband says that Chef Davids pasta is better than anything he tasted in Rome (kosher & not kosher). We love sitting at the chefs counter overlooking the wood-burning pizza oven. With the personable chef and kind staff at Abaita, we really feel at home every time. We are big Abaita fans; we love everything weve ever tasted there!
I chose this place because of the good reviews and I must say I agree. From the apeatizers to main dish, its delicious ! I wanted to try the dessert, but I was already very full. The staff are very attentive as well. Highly recommend for someone looking for mhigh quality Italian food.
Im going 5-Stars, I just LOVED this place! I kind of stumbled on it, and though the decor was cool, hip, and felt like a foodie-spot, and voila, it was! I sat at the bar and wondered, hmmmm ..... Italian, Kosher??? Well, it was awesome, whether youre Kosher or not. If you are, youll love it, the food is blessed and you wont see any meat mixed with your dairy ... actually, I didnt notice any meat at all? If youre not Kosher, its simple just an awesome restaurant. I had the DELIGHTFUL Eliana as my server, not just super nice, but also very friendly with the wine and the food recommendations. I believe I drank a super tuscan (?), but for food I had the beet salad, (thank you Eliana), then the crispy salmon ... cmon, how do you make salmon that good, but yall did!!! The a little simple spaghetti, I think homemade and really delicious, and the grand finale, some special apple cake that was incredible and home made. Chef David was nice enough say hello and tell me about the restaurant, and it was just soooooooo darn tasty, everything A+, 5-Stars ... see you all again soon!
I was not impressed with Abaita. I made a reservation for 4 online, when i went to see if i could change if to 5, it would not let me modify my reservation. Then in order to cancel, i would have to pay $25 per person cancellation fee. I have not seen many restaurants with such strict cancellation policy. I guess this place struggles to keep the lights on. After the food, I understood why.The crudo I ordered came room temperature most likey because they have a full brick pizza oven in a small open kitchen and they have no central AC during the most humid part of the summer. Either way, the crudo was sub par. The gnocchi was soft and and saltless. I was with kosher and non-kosher friends who had a variety of pizzas and pastas, all would not go back. The price for 5 people with 1 appetizer and no alcohol was outrageous for the quality of the food and experience.
Big Success! There is finally a great dairy place to eat in the city. Yesterdays experience at Abaita was phenomenal. We wanted to reserve a table but end up seating at the bar. Everyone was kind and helpful and the food was excelent. The Tunisian Olives are exceptional, a must for anyone that wants to eat there. The pizza was baked to perfection and the house made Chocolate Ice Cream with Cookies and Cabernet Reduction was just the best way to seal the night. We are looking forward to go back already. Thank you Abaita for bringing the kosher experience into a new level in the city.
Food was great. Service was quick. The manager was a nightmare. Incredibly rude, made multiple comments to me and my friends that they had another reservation, (ie: hinting we needa hurry the F-up , and get out) AND, their bathroom was broken. Meaning, I had to get up during my meal, and go to the resteraunt next door to do my business.Since this is a new establishment , I calmly and kindly gave feedback to the manager about some of the inconveniences. She was passive aggressive , wouldn’t look me or my friends in the eye, and genuinely made us feel like trash.Unique kosher experiences are hard to come by. Which is why despite how good the food was, I can’t seem to shake the bad taste this managers treatememt left in my mouth. Please reconsider management, or train better.

2022-06-28For a late lunch spot the place busy. They had cozy indoor space and a decent outdoor dining tables. In regards to their food the pizza is delicious, I like the soft crust and the flavors are on point. We also tried the cacio e Pepe, we were not a fan of the rigatoni because the sauce wasn’t creamy enough, but it did taste good. The service was fast and attentive given the amount of people they had to serve.

2021-10-20Over all the food was great. The pizza was the best, though pasta was flavored pretty well too.The reason for one star less was because the waiter messed our order up twice. They are very crowded and I understand the hardship though when I got wrong dish for the second time I just gave up.Other than that, it’s a good place to go.

2021-11-30We had a very good experience at this italian style restaurant. First of all, the service is efficient and the place is very well organized. We sat at the bar and had a view on the cuisine operations. The cuisine looked to play very well with many people working together in a very professional way. We took a green salad with lettuce and endive as starters, which was very good and with a great sweet and lemon sauce. We took as main dishes a mushrooms pizza and the grilled salmon. The side dish of the salmon was a celery purée, very delicious and the fish was cooked perfectly. The pizza was prepared in stone oven and all the ingredients were extremely well combined, it was crispy and coming with a hot sauce which gave a great twist. The dessert was an Apple cake and we took an ice cappuccino which concluded the meal greatly. One of the best kosher and affordable restaurants in NYC in my opinion.

2022-04-25Took my Wife out for her birthday. We had a heirloom tomato salad, mafaldine Pasta, we really like the Parmesan finish. We also enjoyed the Pizza. For dessert the olive oil cake had a great strawberry purée with fresh whipped cream. I will definitely be coming back with my wife!

2021-07-28This restaurant is amazing! The margarita pizza is a must-order. The focaccia is also amazing, as well as the lasagna and crispy salmon. Chef David was very nice and showed me around the kitchen. There are only a few gluten free options. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.

2021-12-15Classy experience at Abaita. The focaccia was a great starter and perfectly fluffy. Lasagna was my favorite item. Truffle risotto had good flavor though wouldnt rush to order again. Entree portions are quite small. Wouldnt recommend the castelfranco salad, while very pretty, it tasted entirely bitter. Very good service. Would return!!

2021-12-10Never had such good Italian food before!Pizzas didn’t even make the pictures because they were so good. The Lasagna made in the wood oven was insane.Amazing waiters and service, A+!

2022-04-26We had a great experience. We got a table right away. The silverware and plates were spotless. And it took only me a few minutes to get the food. Every single dish we took was divine. Every single thing from the drinks to the produce was delicious fresh. Great and fast service. Special Shout out to our waiter Robert

2021-08-18Due to COVID-19; only those vaccinated are allowed to sit inside. Abaita offers an option to sit outside for those unable to show proof of vaccination which was set up really nice. They were very accommodating with allowing patrons to go inside to use the bathroom and wash for bread even without a mask. The food was outstanding! We personally went for a late lunch and got the heirloom tomato salad to start which was super refreshing. Then for mains we got two pastas; the mafaldine and home-made gnocchi which were both delicious and so fresh it tasted like the pasta was made that day! I highly recommend the mafaldine; the type of pasta made the whole dish for me.For dessert we tried both the lemon curd and chocolate budino; the lemon curd was more light and refreshing. The chocolate budino was good, but nothing special. I highly recommend the lemon curd; the crumple on top makes you want to go back for seconds! We were finished eating around 4:30PM and I was full until around 11PM!I also ordered a watermelon sangria, but it just was a regular red sangria which was also nothing special for $18.The service was amazing as well; the food came quick and the waiters were very attentive. What more can you ask for?
