I have been with ABC Energy as my ESCO for the past 4 years. They have been very good to my business. Always making sure I have the best rates and my bills are as low as possible. Very good people and very good business. I had bad experiences in the past with other ESCO but they are different and always do good for me. Highly recommend to friends and family all the time.

ABC Energy was very good for my business. I did not have ESCO and my rates were very high. They gave me a low fixed rate and bills are going down. They were very patient and answered all my questions. I recommend them highly for electricity, natural gas, oil and credit card processing.

I am very happy with my experience. ABC Energy showed my average rate over the last year and what I am currently paying and was able to reduce it and lock it in so it doesnt go back up. They were very transparent and honest and they made it simple and easy to do. I would recommend them to any business that is looking to cut costs.

A very nice young lady helped me with my Con Edison bill. My rates were very high and she gave me a lower rate. She made it very easy to understand and make me feel good about my decision to enroll.

The level of attentiveness and professionalism I had experienced via phone with Justin Vargas😎 was and is always incredible. The day he called me I was in a fairly decent mood☺️ because NYC started to open back up at little. After months of being laid off due to COVID-19😷 and the entirety of the pandemic put myself and many hard working people in a financial frenzy😵. I worried about the next coming months, especially the electric bill with school starting and still unemployed. Either way I was determined to spend a nice day with family and go to my favorite restaurant (Dallas BBQs)🤠. After a lovely day I received a call from Justin Vargas😎 from ABC Energy🔤⚡🙌. He inquired about my service and etc. I was going to mess with him a little (you know like when telemarketers calls or the fake IRS)🤭 but his positive energy and spirit came through the phone. He was upbeat, passionate, humourous😄 and empathic. His explanation👨‍🏫 on how this and that works was clear. I really really appreciated our conversation🤳 and to have new energy supplier 😊. I was elated for the rest of the day🤩. It was better than the feeling😃 of finding extra french fries🍟 in the bottom of the McDonalds bag🤭. I could feel he loves what he does and in these dark times we need more people like him😊. Also I am very happy with the service your business provides. The help I received from the guys here was incredible. They walked me through my bill and showed me how I was paying too much and took the time to explain why. *revised 2/23/18- Scumbags, harassing phone calls, will not stop calling.Original review. This company hires people that will say anything to get the account. I was verbally told that I could try it out and cancel anytime. Well stupid me for not reading all of the fine print in the contract. They locked me into two years at almost double the going rate. After realizing that my monthly electric bill went up, Tiffany Lakness said that Im stuck and would have to pay penalties and basically couldnt cancel. Still waiting on my cancellation terms. Tiffany Lakness also would not dig into the employees that said that I could cancel and said now youre dealing with me. Doesnt care about me, wont care about you, and all about the bottom line and feeding off of naieve customers. Remember the name Tiffany Lakness and ABC ENERGY LLC. This is a broker for energy suppliers. B E W A R E.

They ARE AWFUL PEOPLE. After telling them over and over that our company wasnt interested, they continue to call and get ruder each time! A rep just called again 10 minutes ago asking to speak with someone who is in charge. I politely told him no thanks and, while loudly chewing whatever he was eating, he told me yes you are and then hung up. Disgraceful customer service. Even if I was interested in changing my service provider Id go somewhere else based on my customer experience alone. STAY AWAY.

They gave me a rate back in August for my gas and I am still dealing with them to honor the rate they gave me. Now i’m trying to get out of this contract and there is a $100 cancelation fee. Right now I’ll do anything to just get out. WARNING DON’T EVEN CONSIDER SIGNING WITH THEM
