They don’t even deserve one star. Customers pays for what they buy but company does not deliver. They’re pretty much robbing people in plain sight. My whole duck breast was missing and I called to see what happen? Women on the phone was cursing and absolutely very rude and unprofessional; will rob you and treat you like dirt even though they are wrong. And what’s so sad THIS IS FAMILY

The place is run by a nice brother from Guyana. The place has live poultry so you can be certain its hand slaughtered. I strongly recommend it.

2022-08-08DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! You have been warned. I went there and got the police called on me because I will not let anyone verbally disrespect me. The women owner is very disrespectful I seen the prior reviews and thought I would just be in and out and to my surprise it was the total opposite. Stay away

2017-06-10My family had really bad service from this place. There is a girl who is very rude and always yells (even at the phone). I will highly recommend for anyone not to go to this place. Go to the other live poultry which is also on Broadways. #badcustomerservice #livepoultry #schenectady
