2022-06-26Said that they would drop of lift at 8am. I get there at 930 and still no lift. I call and they claim I told them to wait until after 10 to deliver. Lift finally showed up around 1030.I asked for a discount and they acted as if they would rather not have me for a customer.Bottom line if you have a deadline to meet dont deal with Able.

2020-01-09Girl was pleasant, I left a voice mail on reps phone. Im not renting a cheap piece of equipment so I expected a call back. Never came. So Ill try again. And still waiting for call back. Someone contacted me, again I get the someone will get back to me. Still waiting and waiting. Still no call so I went to home depot and got a machine

2017-08-25After specifically requesting my equipment too arrive between 7AM - 8AM it was delivered almost 3 hours late. The rental was supposed to be for one day and instead was left at my customers house for almost a week aggravating them and after bringing these issues to the rental offices attention I was met with an attitude and a hollow apology. Also they overcharged me by 30% over the authorized one day fee as opposed to reducing the price for the inconvenience. My next step will be too take this too the bbb and we will NEVER do business here again.

2016-02-11Dont trust them because they will screw you. They will set an appointment with you and dont show up with the equipment. Any Nobody will inform you earlier they will let your suffer on day that when you in need with the machines. Instead of ABLE equipment, it should be UNABLE.
