I went to absolute auto on Wednesday June 4 2014 and put my down payment down for car Frank was my sales person.... Frank told me that my car would be ready June 5 2014... HE LIED!!!!!!!!!!!! I called all day Thursday and I was avoided...So I decided I would show up.... and Oh the look on their faces.... Frank wouldnt come out from hiding they claimed he was on various phone call.... So I spoke to George and he tells me that my car will be done by 6 pm..... I called at 6:15 and was told they had my car out on a test drive and they will call me back I waited 1/2 hour because a test drive doesnt take 1/2 hour and the phone ringed off the wall until 7:10 when a mechanic answered the phone... the mechanic tells me my car wasnt brought into the shop until Friday and I said OH REALLY??? and I EXPLODED on the guy.... within 5 minutes of me hanging up with him I had Frank calling me pleading his case and I lit into him too I hung up with Frank and George calls me within seconds claiming their title clerk was suppose to call me and yet again I go without another phone call..... So I lit into George and he assured me that he will call me TODAY by 10:15 am...... So Im SURE I will be adding more to this after 10:15 am Only Time will tell

Sold me a shuttle bus he did not own thru ebay auction, crooks!, The entire family should be banned from ever doing business with the public for life! if in your life time you come in contact with a salesman by the name of Frank proceed with caution and if by chance his last name is Rikhoff turn and run! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

For anyone that remembers this place From Syracuse, let me tell you its a complete 360. Customer service is the worst and so are some the people that work there. I had it out with their chief mechanic, who told me what he wasnt going to do and he was done with the job. This guy was completely out of line and extremely rude to me. I urge everybody to stay clear of this place, as i assure you i will never do business there again

Ill forever remember the place as Palmers. As was mentioned already, the building burned down and just an open lot now like so many other places in Fulton.
