We purchased the RV lift in 2018. We love it! It works great and has made a huge difference in how much my daughter is able to participate in our outdoor activities. The guys at Access Unlimited were really helpful in walking me through proper installation and use. Anytime I had a question they responded immediately and were very accommodating. We just ordered a second base, to be installed further back in the coach, so I can use the same lift for getting my daughter in and out of bed. They are very good at communicating and making sure all questions are answered and concerns are addressed. The design process takes takes everything into account, so it looks good as well as being functional, and doesn’t interfere with use of drawers or cabinets.Everywhere we go people ask us where we got our lift. We are happy to tell them about Access Unlimited.

As my son has grown, it has been increasingly hard to find a way to fit him sitting in his wheelchair, along with his 5 siblings, into a vehicle. We were looking at either having to choose a commercial van. Once I calculated the additional insurance, lift maintenance costs, and gas… it was necessary to look at other options.The multi-lift was a blessing. Not only can I utilize a normal sized suv, I was able to cut down on home equipment! The lift is easy to handle and and quick to set up.

We purchased our Motorhome (RV), in early 2021. Unable to find a local Irish company that could manufacture a lift system for the Motorhome, we found the guys at Access Unlimited on an internet search. Having reached out to Tom and explained what we were looking for, Tom assured us that his system would meet our son (Sam) needs.Our challenge for Tom and his people were, 1. Stressless entry and exiting of the Motorhome, 2. Ability to transfer Sam, while in the Motorhome from his seated area to both the toilet / shower area and into his sleeping area. Challenges 1 and 2, Tom assured us was not going to be a problem. Challenge 3, the system would have to suit a European built RV, which, as I discovered is quite different from an American build. Challenge 4, The unit would not be assembled and installed at Access Unlimited’s premises, instead, it would be installed 3000 miles away, in Donegal, Ireland.From the proofing of the designs, through manufacture and shipping, all went 100%. When the unit arrived at the Motorhome suppliers premises in Donegal, Access Unlimited liaised with Paddy and his team at Donaghey’s Motorhomes Limited. The unit fitted first time with no issues.I must say I was at first nervous, but can safely say now I had nothing to worry about. The whole experience was fantastic.Many, many thanks to all at Access Unlimited, I would highly recommend these people.They listen to what you the customer needs.They are professional.They are extremely helpful.The quality of the work is second to none.And all in all, they are just nice people.I must also say a big Thank You to Paddy (Donaghey’s Motorhomes Limited), he to was very accommodating, professional, helpful. The quality of the installation was superb, he treated the system as if it were his own.We can strongly recommend Access Unlimited

I would give Access Unlimited and their entire team a 6 out of 5 if I could! The entire experience with Access Unlimited was flawless. While everything was done remotely the product couldn’t be more perfect. I remember being pregnant when we had our first conference call with the team, and I was bit skeptical of having this product built remotely during a time that already required a lot from me. After our first conversation I had peace of mind that the team was very knowledgeable in what they do and my mind was put at ease immediately. Throughout the entire process the communication was perfect and we were kept informed of every development. The project was delivered on time and within budget.Being is the in-home care business we use a custom-built Access Unlimited lift on our boat to transport clients with a wide range of needs. We have received nothing but positive feedback from our clients, and thanks to Access Unlimited and their product we are able to expand our care services to allow individuals to continue enjoying their cottages with their families. The product and service are wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tom Egan and his diverse team at Access Unlimited went the extra mile to design and install multi-lift foundations into my Chevy Express van and 30 travel trailer. They carefully assessed my daughters wheelchair and height and listened to our preferences of where she must be lifted to within our vehicles. They also stayed late to perform quality assurance and ensure that we left satisfied with the installation.Weve now used the multi-lift products for two months with great results. These sturdy lifts protect our backs, because my wife and I are lifting my daughter less frequently. Also, my daughter is extra small, and the Access Unlimited team custom modified her sling and covered all shipping costs to ensure she was comfortable in the multi-lift. Great job, team!

The staff at Access Unlimited is so very much helpful from listening to our needs, taking my order, making the lift, training REQUIRED BEFORE we used it and after the sale. All the staff including Staci, Frank and Deb, we thank people like you who make such a wonderful Multi-Lift. All you workers behind the scene do excellent craftsmanship.My wife ended up unable to walk on her own after several falls. This last fall prompted me to look for a ramp van, but vans are more dangerous while in a wheelchair. Looking for person lifts I found Multi-Lift and knew it was the answer to all of our problems. Not only can it be used with a vehicle, but in the home, traveling, at the pool, on a boat, in an RV, practically anywhere. It is much more cost effective than a van or using an ambulance transport at $100 per round trip.We love the lift and how safe it is to use it over. Before the lift, I was sweating bullets as to whether my wife would crumple before me getting in the car. Try catching dead weight, it just doesnt work, belt or not; it resulted in a broken ankle last time.Im just so thankful for Access Unlimited, they are real heros for handicap people and the people who take care of them. My back loves you.

I live in Canada. Unfortunately my wife has Multiple Sclerosis & wheelchair bound since 30 years. I own a large 4 door sedan & I used a transfer board to get my wife in & out of the car. But as the time went on, My wife was getting weaker & transfers were getting difficult. I started searching for a better method of transfer. While searching through Google, I stumbled upon this US company called Access Unlimited located in Binghamton, NY. I saw many of their YouTube videos demonstrating their Multi Lift car transfer system. I was very much impressed by their technology. There is no modifications of your existing car, to make this system work for you. I immediately contacted Tom Egan, who is a Product Designer who works for this company. He was extremely nice & very helpful. I placed the order & received the equipment in about a month. During that time the staff at this company were very helpful & answered all my questions. Notably, Deb, Wendy, Frank & Tom were amazingly helpful. After I received the system, a video training was arranged, where Frank guided me through the transfer of my wife into & out of the car. At that time transfer was unsuccessful as the sling was not the right size. With in few days, a new sling was mailed to me with no cost to me & that sling did not work out either. They sent me another sling, which did work beautifully. This company stands behind its customers & they will do everything possible to satisfy the customers. I highly recommend this company, to anyone who is looking for solutions for patient transfer system. Thank you Access Unlimited.

My Beautiful wife of 27 years was diagnosed with ALS / Lou Gehrigs Disease. We contacted Access Unlimited, told them our situation.they guided us through each step. when the lift for our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was ready we were again contacted, told it had shipped and learned they would do an extensive video call to help us set up and use the lift!!! The lift arrived in a timely manner.The video training was short, very well done and concise. They wanted to make sure we were completely comfortable with using the device.Fantastic customer service, readily available with answers and information.Thank you again for a wonderfully stress free experience during a very difficult personal time.

I along with the help of my family purchased the multi lift last year for my sister who is bed/chair bound. She lost the ability to do anything for herself a few years ago and was unable to transfer into or out of a vehicle without considerable assistance from at least 4 family members so she was pretty much homebound. We are now able with the help of the multi lift to take her shopping and anywhere else she wants to go. The Access Unlimited staff was very helpful in helping me make the right decisions for our needs. My sister is very happy now and loves her lift. She thanks us for the lift every time we go out.

Access Unlimited contracted my company to install one of their Easy Reach systems in BC, Canada. Despite the distance, they worked through every challenge with us until the installation was correct and fully tested. They went above and beyond to ensure that their customer had a safe and neat installation. Throughout all testing, the product worked as represented. The design is amazing, enabling the vehicles original seat to be powered in and out through very minimal space available.
