2022-07-13The product line is similar to other Ace Hardware Stores. The selection is good. Sales staff are friendly. I have purchased 100’s of thousands of dollars in materials there. I was a retailer much of my career and am of the belief that service does not stop with the sale. This is where they fall off. Pricing, availability, delivery are all acceptable but not when service after the sale is missing. I call this the five minute five mile warranty.
