Doesnt look like much when you walkpast, but I just left Avis in LIC feeling defeated and drained from the insane amount i was charged on an 8 day rental ($790+). Looking for a better route I discovered ACE rental car on Kayak I took the G train over and popped in. There I was greeted by Ramon who in every sense of the definition is a life saver. I reserved a 4 day rental and was short $6 dollars, despite that he worked with me and figured out a solution. Ramon displayed the kind of customer service a CEO on undercover boss dreams about. Every step in the rental process was smooth and he handed himself with impeccable class. All in all ACE rental is the only place you should be renting from PERIOD! Also visit williamsb location on 547 Park and ask for Ramon. Vast selection, clean cars, AMAZING PRICES, impressive customer service. I am so happy I went here today.

Shady rental car agency that will try to scam you into paying $250 cleaning fee for a few crumbs left in the backseat of the car by the previous renter. Avoid!
