This was the best experience Ive ever had buying a car. It was well worth a 2 hour drive from Rochester area.Pats prices,and his knowledge of the cars that he sells is amazing. I bought a very smart car ,and Pat went over all the bells and whistles ,and helped me set everything up to my specs.He thoroughly goes thru the car to make sure things are in excellent order,even if the car only has 9000 miles on it .I have total faith that he would only sell a quality car.TY Pat for this great experience. 👍👍
The best auto deal of my life, why cant all dealerships be like Pat @ action auto. He will explain you every button/switch that is in the vehicle. Extremely helpful and professional staff. I hate buying a car - the whole process is stressful. But Action Auto made the entire process so pleasant. We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Pat it was another very pleasant & easy experience. We were able to pick up our Ford Edge the same day we made the decision to buy. When we came back to pickup the car Pat personally spent 2 hours to explain how to use every option this vehicle was equipped with on the inside and outside. This Ford F150 XLT is the forth vehicle I have purchased from Action Auto. Never had any problems with any vehicle previously purchased either.. Service is always done efficiently and timely taking into concern that my time is important. Pat always assisted in the deals and took personal care of my questions and would spend a hour going over the features on the vehicle I bought. He was only a phone call away with any question I had about my new purchase. I purchased a vehicle from Pat and his staff at Action Auto last month and couldn’t be happier. I did most of my shopping on line and a lot of sites did not do a very good job with providing detailed photos of their vehicles. Action Auto’s photos covered just about every angle of the truck inside and out and made me feel comfortable enough to drive out of state about 3 hours to see the truck. Pat and his staff were very polite and helpful. They weren’t pushy or aggressive and negotiations were pretty straight forward, no playing the numbers game. After we agreed on the price they walked me through every aspect of the purchase. I thought the car was in great condition when I saw it, but they insisted they detail it again before I left...lol. I was originally set on only buying from a ford dealer thinking it would be a local trade in or they would have the vehicle history, but everything was bought at auction from all over the country. Action Auto does the same thing and judging by the cars on their lot they only pick clean well maintained vehicles. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them for another purchase.

I have always been against buying form an independent dealer, however after talking with Pat I was much more confident in doing so. 2020-12-04Was very hesitant to buy a car from a used car dealer. However Action Auto had a pretty rare vehicle for sale that I was interested in. After my first conversation with Pat I began to feel more comfortable about looking at the vehicle. It turned out the vehicle was in impeccable condition. Pat is a real stickler about the cars he acquires to sell. I drove 2 3/4 hours from NJ to look at the vehicle and a had to drive up a second time to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. It was well worth my effort because Action Auto is an excellent, small, trustworthy car dealer. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future. I have never worked with another dealer like Pat, he is not pushy, answers every question patiently and is just glad to assist his customers. I purchased a Ford F250 truck and asked Pat to acquire some add on items for the truck like a bed cover, etc... Pat quickly got the items and installed them for me without charging any labor. Ive never see something like this before. The day I picked up the vehicle Pat spent over two hours going over all the technology configurations and detailed every aspect of the truck inside and out. This was extremely beneficial. Days after I purchased the vehicle I have called Pat a few times to ask questions about the vehicle and he is always helpful right away. I cant say enough goods things about Pat and his Action Auto facility which is a really clean first rate facility. You wont be disappointed if you decide to contact Pat and begin the process of buying one of his vehicles.

2020-09-30Excellent experience from start to finish! Pat was very prompt in responding to my initial phone call and quickly provided all the info requested including extra pics, details and vehicle history. As a car guy, I was a very picky buyer and new exactly what I wanted and what to look for on the vehicle having looked at many through the process as well as being a current owner of an older model of the same vehicle and trim level already. Pat was able to satisfy all my questions, provide clarity on the picky details and assure me the car was all that I expected ahead of time so that I had the confidence to trust and move forward with the purchase without being there in person. Communication was excellent all the way through the process with many phone calls and even follow up phone calls after we bought the vehicle to make sure arrival home was done safely. The car was everything he said it was and more. The car was beautifully detailed and they even applied an extra coat of wax before we picked it up to protect the finish from bugs on the long trip home! Customer service was outstanding as we are from Michigan and due to my work obligations, my wife volunteered to make the trip and fly from Detroit to Syracuse, NY to pick up the car and Pat picked her up from the airport, drove her to the dealer and took care of everything quickly so the drive home could be underway. My wife and I appreciated Pats honest, relaxed approach with no pressure and he was a complete gentlemen and a real pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Pat and his Action Auto and would absolutely purchase from them again and certainly hope to do so in the future. Pat was Awesome and truly Amazing through the entire experience!

2021-01-17What a great vehicle buying experience! I have purchased and leased several vehicles over my lifetime, never have I had such an honest deal. Pat and his family run a top notch facility that feels like you are right at home. My deal involved an out of state trade-in. The paperwork was a little involved but Pat took care the whole process for me. I highly recommend Action Auto if you are looking for a headache free purchase.

Pat and the staff made the environment very positive and welcoming for me. Pat ensured to get me in a vehicle that suited my wants and met needs, which he surpassed! Hopping into a new vehicle with amenities that Ive never had the pleasure of having before was a bit overwhelming but Pat walked me through each and every feature that my Jeep offered to ensure that I was comfortable and able to take advantage of all the awesome features my Jeep offers me. 2020-08-25I contacted Action Auto based on the great reviews, so felt it fitting to write my own. We were looking for a specific vehicle and when I called the one they had was sold. However, Jodi immediately told me they had more coming.After speaking to Pat 3-4 times over the next 3 weeks...I was sold. This was where I would buy my car. Just an amazing person. He wants to make sure the customer is happy. We drove from over 3 hours away to test drive and then again to pick up. And I would do it again!Pat spent so much time with us. 2020-03-09Where do I begin.....after months of scouring local and out of town car dealerships for a Ford Edge, we found exactly what we wanted at Action Auto. Ive known Pat for a long time, but never purchased a vehicle from him until now. My fiance and I both wish we had dealt with Pat and crew a long time ago! From beginning to end, there was nothing the entire staff didnt know or wasnt willing to do for us. Pat is not your typical pushy, over the top salesperson. Not only did Pat spend well over an hour in the vehicle showing us every single feature, he also spent several hours before and after the sale making sure we were both completely comfortable. Please take some time and check out their dealership- you will not be disappointed!
