Anthony is always great! Efficient, persistent (in a good way :) and honest. Appreciate all is help and advice. Entire process from deal to car pick was smooth and seamless.. very well done. Also the gentleman (can’t remember name) who explained all the car features was amazing!

It’s always a wonderful experience at Acura of Bay Shore. The people in service are friendly, hospitable and efficient. They make you feel that they appreciate you as a customer. There are snacks and drinks too and they top it off with a car wash before giving your car back to you. I’ve been coming here for years and get my all my cars here.
I’ve purchased/leased more than 10 new cars in my lifetime and this (2022 Acura RDX) was the best experience. Paul Williams was an outstanding and honest sales person. There was no pressure at any time and he was true to his word… Everything promised was delivered exactly as stated.

I brought my vehicle to have a rear seat latch replaced i set it up as a wait appointment. Chris Quatrock took care of my repair order. He went through the proper channels found i had a bulletin pertaining to the wire harness for the infotainment. since i was waiting for my car. i passed on that repair. the original repair for the latch was going to take longer than expected so Chris gave me the news and set me up with a loaner car and since i had the loaner car for the day they took care of the bulletin as well.Chris was pleasant to deal with made everything smooth sailing.
Acura of Bay Shore. Was best experience Ive had with a car service center in years. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the process. The shop is managed extremely well and runs smoothly. I received daily updates via phone and texts. Parts were ordered and installed the next day. A shout out to Jim - THANK YOU for being so kind to me when I was stressed out! Financing was made available to me which really helped out! When I came in to pick up my car, it was all shiny, cleaned up and ready to take home. I have to say that the entire staff provided great customer service! Would recommend them highly!
Definitely giving this place 5 stars! James our salesman was awesome. He made the whole process seamless. During this crazy time of car shortages, he was able to find exactly what we were looking for in no time at all. When it came to making a deal, he made sure to understand our needs and didn’t push my husband and I into something we weren’t comfortable with. We walked into the showroom at 6pm on a Tuesday and the car was ready for pick up not even 24 hrs later! Also a shout out to Pedro the product specialist for showing us the car in such great detail. He was extremely informative and helpful as I am not a tech savvy person. I learned so much about the car before driving it off the lot and it made my drive home so much more comfortable. This is our second time buying from Acura but 1st time buying from Bayshore and I can honestly say we will definitely be coming back for our next purchase!
Best experience I could ask for!!! Spoke with mike last Wednesday and explained over the phone what I was looking for and my budget… I work 6 days a wk and I wasn’t able to spend a lot of time at dealer…. Well I definitely received the best customer service ever!!! Got the car I wanted that Monday and mike helped walk me through all the bells and whistles in my beautiful new car!!! I’ve been in the service industry my whole life and I always hope to get service the way I give my clients 110% and they definitely did!! That is worth it’s weight in gold!!! Bought new 2020 Acura MDX at Acura of Bay Shore in Long Island which comes with lifetime oil change and tire rotation. It is always a pleasant experience when I take my vehicle in for service, the folks at the service desk are always courteous and efficient. Their technicians provide quality service and you even get your vehicle washed after every service. Definitely recommend these guys for your next purchase and service. Thank you.
I had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago. The service department is great and a refreshing change from other dealerships. When I was there last, I worked with Chris and he was very communicative with the status of my car. It was ready in less time than he had said.
My wife and I went to this dealership dressed down with sweat pants so no one would approach us because we just wanted to browse, but Michael Gamez came up to us and showed us multiple vehicles without a problem. I must say that this has been the best experience Ive had with a car salesman, no pressure and excellent service from him. He helped us get the exact car we wanted and did the extra work of getting our vehicle from another location, we highly recommend him!
I went in today for a routine oil change, and needed another maintenance as well. When I inquired what the additional service was, Chris was incredibly helpful, taking out the cars manual to describe exactly what I needed done. Since I lease my car from Acura in Bayshore, my oil change and tire rotation was free, and I was inquiring about what I was getting charged a fee for. I’m not car savvy and typically afraid of being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge and Chris did not do that at all. It was also done quickly, as I waited for the services to be completed.

Expert top tier care at this location - showed me exactly what I needed and took the time to compare options and gave honest opinions. I drove 73 miles all the way from New Jersey to Acura of Bayshore. Before I arrived, I spoke to Robert Echevarria and he held a car I was interested in several days prior. Not only was Robert very accommodating to my needs, he was absolutely patient with me all the way through. Robert answered every question I had thoroughly and guided me through the financing process, I was content and happy with the price we negotiated. I highly recommend that you ask for Robert Echevarria, as he is the best salesman I’ve ever encountered, as he made a long process go smooth. The financing manager Yves Olivier was also accommodating and patient, especially since I came with my mom (she also is very thorough with questions) and he made us feel good about this purchase. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership, these guys made car purchasing fun.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this location. My sales rep, Silder Reyes was great. When I walked into the store, he greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. What I appreciated in Silders style was he didnt pressure me to buy, but educated me on the differences between models along with their pros and cons. I walked out buying a car that day. The attention to detail, the follow-up, updates have made my life easier which is why I would highly recommend this location. You wont be disappointed.

I had the absolute best experience at ACURA of Bayshore. Larry in the service department is the best! They serviced my car so quickly and washed it!! Love them and Love Acura. I will never buy another make of car. I am officially an Acura girl. My daughter and I both are! (Btw I am using my sons google account as I do not have one. I am Brenda).
The gentlemen who assisted me at the desk when I was checking in for my service appointment was slightly rude & spoke to me in a condescending tone. He also made assumptions before checking my VIN number for my warranty & barely allowed me to explain full details of my appointment.They offered to wash my car post the service & I approved; however, only 1 of 4 of the floor mats were cleaned.
I got a Ram 1500 express quad cab from them in late January of 2021 and they never even gave me the rim key for the lug nuts so I had to pay to get the off to get new tires.. as well I was owed a detail because it wasnt done when I got it. I called up Todd the used car manager and left a voicemail and havent hear from him in months.. Even the radiator cap for the container didnt even snap in.. Other then my truck having those Problems the guy who doesnt work there anymore was nice.
I have never had a negative experience at Bay Shore Acura, and I’ve been going there for years. Check-in with Larry was a breeze, my loaner vehicle was waiting for me, and Keith the technician who worked on my MDX did a fantastic job (as always). I even received a call from the Sales department inquiring about an upgrade. Bay Shore Acura never disappoints. I am always satisfied after having my MDX serviced there.
Thanks to Brandon not only was I able to maximize my trade in offer that out beat what any of the competitors were offering me. He personally found me the car I wanted, down to the trim and features . Well, when you compare something to a horrifying experience anything can look good. But setting that aside, I can objectively say that my experience with Acura of Bay Shore and their salesperson Brittany was top notch. We had driven up from out of state and a bad experience earlier that day at Empire Chevrolet of Huntington. We had called Acura of Bay Shore as a backup while driving. They were willing to provide direct pricing over the phone which was not only incredibly appreciated and transparent but also showed the good faith they have in what they are offering. We ended up working with Brittany and she was wonderful. She came out to greet us outside (in the rain no less) and was pleasant, cheerful, helpful and direct with getting us the car we wanted at a fair and competitive price. The service department did a wonderful job fixing a few minor things with the car before we took delivery later that day. The sales manager I spoke to was also very professional and fair with negotiations. FInally, I also appreciate the understanding and professionalism their financial department had even with us being there well past close. Overall this team made a two incredibly happy customers of us and will recommend this dealership to our friends in the area.
Ronald and the staff I worked with at Acura of Bayshore were phenomenal. I came from out-of-state (4 hour drive) and Ronald was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Everything was quick and seamless when I arrived to the dealership. 10/10 experience!
We went in looking for an 2022 RDX A-Spec and came out with an 2022 MDX A-Spec thanks to an incredible deal they offered me. Straight forward and to the point. Quick service. I just want to say check after your service is complete they claim they change your fluids and they dont. I had a bad experience, which they claim my brake fluid was flush and it wasnt. Im following up with Acura headquarters to get an investigation going on. How they claim they do a service and its not performed.
Service department has really lowered my standards on this dealership. They are not welcoming and created a hostile environment. Not to mention they don’t have anyone who speaks any other language, making things very awkward to anyone who’s first language is not English. Only reason they even get a star is because their sales department is great.
Thank you Lamelle Sands for an amazing sales experience in buying my 96 Competition Yellow Corvette Convertible! I had surgery on my Cervical Spine over a month ago and still am wearing a neck brace.... therefore I cannot drive still.Everything was done over the phone and via text and the car was personally delivered to my home by Lamelle. Pictures do not do it justice! It is spotless! Thank you for the great deal and the customer service. You are truly a wonderful salesman and Acura of Bayshore has my vote for a 5 star dealership.
I was very pleased with the work that was done on my MDX and also the wonderful service provided by Larry (I hope I got his name right). He made sure I got the best price possible and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would have given 5 stars but for two things: the service took an hour longer than I was told and the waiting area is simply unacceptable for a luxury brand. I previously owned a Mazda and the nearby dealership and service center is stellar. Acura of Bay Shore has simply got to up its game to be truly considered among the likes of Mercedes, BMW and Lexus.

Was in for my first service on my ‘22 MDX A-Spec…Jimel was righton the time it would take…one hour…out the door. Actually, wentinto the showroom complaining about my salesman & the sakesmanager…Todd. I left messages twice…each for both…also twoeMails twice…each for both…this was months ago: STILL waiting.As a point of info…my brother in law chose not to purchase anAcura from your dealership when he heard of how much “sales”cares after you’ve got the car & they’ve got your money. My first time at Acura after purchasing my 2021 RDX in June. Everyone was professional with a nice atmosphere. I was there for oil change, tire rotation and reinstalling a new technology update. Everything went smooth, and was there shorter time than anticipated. A good experience.
After a horrible experience at other dealerships, I was relieved to have found a dealership that was honest and trustworthy. I went to other dealerships that tried ripping me off, just to come to Acura in Bayshore and work with Brandon Martin who was absolutely amazing! He didn’t make me feel pressured, he was very transparent the entire time and did his best to make sure that I received the best deal possible. He was very patient and understanding. The deal that he gave me was by far better than any other deal other dealerships offered me. I am so grateful to have driven off in such a beautiful vehicle for such a great price. Michael also did an amazing job at explaining all of the car’s features. He was also very patient with me and my hundreds of questions. I am very grateful for his assistance. I just purchased a used car from this dealership, I have to say after many months of looking for a car and the many different brands I am extremely happy with my purchase. The car is Beautiful! I have had my new Acura RDX for about a month now. I do not know where to even begin telling you about the amazing experience I had at the Acura dealership located in Bay Shore, NY. Jose, Silder and Mike each took their time to guide me through the entire process. Their professionalism and patience with every detail was outstanding. Mr. Jose Reyes was able to arrange my pick up since I was having some issues around the time of my acquisition. He took the time to respond promptly to my messages and connect with me on a human level. I will recommend this car and location to anyone looking to get a new car. They really know how to treat you like royalty. Way to go!
Had a great experience with the service department. Chris Q is so attentive and communicates through the whole process from start to finish. I have never experienced the level of service I get at Acura of Bay shore. I have been to other dealerships who dont communicate at all and service takes forever and you have no idea what they are even doing because no one calls you till your car is ready for pickup and your bill is hundreds of dollars. Chris Q called me 30 mins after dropping my car for service and told me everything that was needed, how much it would cost and how long it would take to service. He was very knowledgeable and even checks for warranty info in case there is anything covered under warranty. Highly recommend them for all your service needs. They go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. I will not go anywhere else to service my Acura.
My car wasnt taken in to be serviced until I asked if my car was finished yet. When I looked in the service area, I didnt see the car. After that reminder, they did bring my car right in, the service was done very quickly (just oil change and tire rotation) The car was washed and the passenger mat was still soaking wet. I was told the tire pressure were all set at 33 yet the dashboard tire ap showed differently. In fairness they were quite busy.
Why is the service center waiting area so small? Acura is supposed to be a “luxury” or “premium” car company but the service experience says otherwise. I’m sorry but my local Toyota service center feels more premium than Acura Bay Shore. Acura makes good new cars but now they needs to differentiate between Honda in the dealership experience for customers to truly consider them “luxury.”
Great experience at Bayshore Acura. Brandon was excellent at getting the best price for me. He was very patient while I decided which color I wanted to choose. Very understanding that a vehicle purchase is a big investment and didn’t rush me through. Pedro, who walked me through all the amazing features made the experience delightful. The finance director was also so pleasant to speak to and got me out as quick as possible. I highly recommend!Possible.
Robert was AMAZING! Buying a vehicle is usually a long dragged out process and he made it quick and painless. He listened to me and my husband and was trustworthy throughout the entire process. Ive been getting my 2008 Type-S serviced here since I bought it off lease at another dealer. On 10/30 I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Jimel from Service handled everything well and I was on my way in less than an hour. I think it was Robert who did the great work. Im impressed with the ongoing remodeling of the dealership!

My Rep. , Mr. Christopher Quatt, who Service me on 4/26/22, was Great. This Dealership always has Beautiful customer service. Since, I purchased my Vehicle in 2014, They have always been very Attentive and Caring. I have dealt with a lot of the Reps., and some have left since then, but the Service is still Fantastic! Mr. Christopher Q. is a Fantastic Rep. He explained the details of what was going on with my Repairs, while I was waiting for them to finish. Although, I did not expect to spend as much, Im always confident in this Facility to perform all of my Repairs to the Highest degree and they always do! They stand behind their Work!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim , Steve and Larry all were very nice gentleman, they helped answer all my questions. They all really went out of their way especially the mechanic Steve, he wasnt giving up on the noise that I heard my car so he took me for a ride. I loved working with Tenica Roberts, Retention Manager! She was superb. She was extremely professional, personable and above all a peoples person. Someone you can trust. She was able to gain my business as a repeat Acura customer. I had contacted several dealers, left messages via telephone and online and had gotten no responses. Immediately once I called Acura of Bay Shore, after I had been received another letter; not counting the 20-30 I had already gotten from Acura of Bay Shore reminding me of my how many days my lease would expire I was transferred to her department. I even got for my husbands SUV who does not have a Acura. Being the sales person, as well I was truly impressed by their direct mail marketing.I set an appointment and she immediately followed up to see if I was on my way, meanwhile I was at another dealership in Huntington checking one last time if they would work with me on my lease return.Since Tenica was responsive and followed up with me to see if I would be coming in to see her, I was so impressed by her customer service and sales skills.Once I met with her she made me feel comfortable as I weighed my options to upgrade from RDX to the MDX. She was so honest and has a gentle soul I immediately made my decision to choose of Acura of Bay Shore.Sorry I am wrote and epistle, but word cannot describe how wonderful she is and and therefore I a highly recommend her! Acura Bayshore service- Robert in particular, went above and beyond taking care of my car. I had a nail in my rear tire that caused loss of tire pressure necessitating aire to be put in every few hours. I had the tire coverage with my 2021 RDX and when my husband took my car into Acura Bayshore at 5pm he was originally told the service couldnt be completed at that time. Robert heard my husband and I on the phone and knew how concerned I was about driving the car with the tire compromised. The new tire was put on my car and Robert also noticed my car was due for an inspection and asked if we wanted it done at the same time. The service was outstanding. I was veryimpressed with the responsiveness and consideration of the service department.
If you want smooth seamless quick service ask for Ronald Cobos! He was very efficient, knowledgeable and took heed to what I specifically wanted and ensured to deliver nothing short of that. This was the fastest and most satisfying service I ever had at a dealership. I was literally shocked because of all the negative stigma I’ve held on to with so many other dealerships over the years just trying to get over on you and finally somebody proved me wrong. They all aren’t the same! There are genuine salesmen out there who actually want to help YOU and not just themselves. Ronald shown and proved that!

My experience with Acura of Bayshore was the purchase of a Toyota Tacoma TRD, Howard was my salesman , his salesmanship and product knowledge was excellent, however upon taking ownership of my vehicle either he or his department failed to clean and detail the vehicle. He did replace the rear bumper back to a factory bumper which was an aftermarket type at my expense. My initial thought was had I purchased an Acura this would not have been the case. Acura of Bayshore service department was outstanding! I want to commend Larry from the service department. He really took care of every issue I specified. Larry not only gives great customer service but raises the bar to the next level with customer excellence.
All I can say is WOW!!! Long Island is full of car dealerships but, Acura of Bay Shore truly stands out in a positive way! We came in looking at a Hyundai and were disappointed to find out it wasn’t the car we had in mind (we didn’t do enough research on the car) but our salesman Brandon was amazing. He kept us informed on all the cars they had on lot that stayed within our budget and didn’t overwhelm us or pressure us into feeling like we had to make any rash decisions. We left with a 2018 Honda HR-V and couldn’t be happier with our choice! In 3 hrs they had us driving out the door confident with our sales team and our new car. I want to begin this review by stating. I DO NOT USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS. I reached out via internet inquiring about the thin possibility of purchasing or leasing a MDX or RDX. Now, I was not able to at this time but when the time is RIGHT I will be returning to this dealership. Lisa in Internet sales is a jewel. She was very kind and understanding. Howard is absolutely incredible and went the extra mile in helping us with our MDX lease. My husband and I had originally leased an MDX from a different dealership on LI, but a tree fell on our car. The car being totaled, we wanted to shop around before leasing again because the original dealership/salesperson experience was a little sour. Our salesperson from the other dealership was at times rude and dishonest (last minute switching the price and lying about it). A friend highly recommended Howard, and we are so thankful we worked with him instead! He was patient, kind, and gave us a much better lease deal. He was not just trying to make a sale. He genuinely did his part to help us out, and even spent an hour explaining all the features of the MDX. I learned so much and had no idea all the functionalities. Last salesperson told us to go “YouTube” it with zero enthusiasm. Honestly, we have been car shopping for a while and we have never had such a smooth and easy experience. The customer service at Bay Shore is top notch! Such a stark contrast to our initial experience - just come to the Bay Shore location. I had an amazing experience at Acura of Bay Shore as a first time customer. Sandy was able to show me the new 2021 TLX and walk me through the leasing options. I had a great experience bringing my car in. Everyone at service department was very nice and kind. They reschedule my appointment since it would take a long time to work on the car and will give me a loaner, instead of having me spend the whole day waiting which was very nice.
This past weekend I had the pleasure to stop by Acura of Bayshore to see if I could upgrade from my TLX to an RDX and I did just that. I had a great encounter with Silder Reyes. In the past month we have gotten two cars from Acura Bay Shore. Everyone there is incredibly nice and attentive, but specifically Ronald Cobos was who helped us. He was awesome, and so helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. We bought one car about a month ago, and when our other lease was up we knew we wanted to go back to Ronald to get a second car. These guys are awesome! I went to test drive an Acura not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised by the RDX. What sealed the deal for me were Norman and Jose. They were both amazing to deal with, upfront with me, very patient in answering all my questions and gave us a great price! They even worked tirelessly to get us a car color we would be happy with. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone!
Internet purchase during the pandemic. Howard Singer made this first time experience very gratifying and is very patient. Even when there were hiccups he and the team addressed it thoroughly. Their lower rates are genuine and the cars are in impeccable form. It was worth the drive and they threw in some extra perks when I got there. I would definitely recommend; ask for Howard.

I wanted to buy a car here. They stated they couldn’t get me approved. Funny because I went to another dealership and was approved instantly. I have been to the dealership 3 times for my refund on the car I wished to purchase. A week has gone by and I am told the general manager isn’t in to sign it. They say the manager hasn’t been in at all this week. How can they keep my deposit. I am tired of the run around. Refund my money already

I already know the quality Acura offers as I currently own 2. My wife and I decided to stop into Acura of Bay Shore to see if they had anything to suit our needs.Our salesperson was Brittany who is a very nice young lady. Well, first thing is, it’s NOT the dog and pony show we customers may have experienced at other dealerships. Brittany was able to quickly find us an RDX to suit our budget. I’m the kind of guy who gets an itch and has to scratch it meaning I woke up that day with zero intention of going out to buy a car. Now I’ve been in sales & sales management my entire life.It was refreshing that, in no way, was I pressured to buy. Was there a TO process? Yes. However, I was dealt with respectfully. My wife and I had to be sure we were going to make the right purchase decision even though I needed a new car like I need a Milkshake.We opted to buy the RDX which was the same as the one I was driving, just 2 years newer. I was able to get my ducks in line for pick up the following day. We met with Joe, the finance manager who was experienced, friendly & cordial. Normally I don’t buy extended warranties especially on these great Acuras. However, Joe suggested a viable option that made it a no-brainer. Again, did I feel pressure? No!It was baseball like it aught to be. I believe it was a win win situation for all. I worked with Lamelle and he was fantastic. He made the whole process as least of a headache as possible and was always available to communicate with me even on his day off. I’ve been to many dealers trying to get a car and no one took me seriously as a 23 year old trying to get a loan by myself. They were courteous, professional and pleasant the whole time and didn’t treat me any different than anyone else and went out of their way to help me. Definitely recommend!
I leased an Acura MDX back in 2017 and I loved it so much I decided to purchase a newer model. It was just my luck that a 2018 Acura MDX landed in the Acura of Bayshore dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a salesman named Norman. He was so warm and kind. He quickly showed me the SUV I was interested in and was able to convince his manager to slightly reduce the price to make me happy! He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, making sure he answered any questions I had. When I picked up the car, it was pristine! Although it was a 2018, when I got into MY new SUV it felt, smelled and looked like brand new car. He even recommended a must have warranty for tires and rims. I no longer have to worry about curbside accidents. Thank you Norman for making my dreams come true!

I came to Acura of Bay Shore to lease a car as my lease was coming to an end. This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. Our sales associate, Jose Reyes was so great to deal with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, kind, and made us feel so comfortable with the whole process. He explained everything and answered all of our questions.. and we had a lot of them! The sales manager, Dan Marteen was so great and accommodating. He was very involved with the whole process from beginning to end and was very helpful! Yves, the finance manager, was also very kind, personable, and friendly. When it was time to take the car, Jose took his time showing me all the features of the car, despite the fact that I know they were very busy that day. We did shop around, but came back to Acura of Bay Shore because of their kindness, professionalism, honesty, and competitive pricing. I have already recommended them to 2 of my close friends and will continue to do so. I love my new car and really feel so great about my whole experience with them. I am writing this review to keep my promise to a good man. I brought my wife to the car dealerships that had the SUVs we were interested in. Once we arrived at Acura of Bayshore two bars were set.The salesman was next level. He had the right mix of personality, knowledge and professionalism. There were no questions he could not answer, no missed opportunity for a joke and the ability to get us an awesome deal.The RDX is actually amazing. We fell in love instantly. I was hooked the moment I saw my wifes face. We went to other dealers after we test drove the RDX, it was wasted time. The bar was set too high. We immediately returned and purchased the 2021.Thank you Norman (our salesman) and staff for an excellent experience and car.
I have to give a one star for this dealer. First of all, I got a certified Acura ILX 2019 from them in August, 2020. After a month, I went to Paragon Acura to do a service, They asked me to do the tire alignment, and my battery is out. Seriously!? They are asking me to pay over 130 bulks. Furthermore, they have to resurface my front rotors and replace pads for my certified 2019 ILX. It is absurd. And for common sense, how come the battery is out after one month? The pads only last for less than a month. It is not my first Acura, but this car is the worst I have ever gotten from Acura. I tried to reach out to this dealer, but no one is replying. This dealer is horrible, the certified used cars are jokes. I will never go back there again.
I am a very satisfied costumer. My sales consultant Tenica was awesome she was super helpful and attentive; she always kept in contact with me and made sure to return my calls/ texts as soon as possible and took care of everything; there was no need for me to check up or follow threw to make sure it was taken care of. In addition to my experience there the general manager Christine made sure i was taken exceptionally good care of...she even called us personally to congratulate me on my new car and to make sure i was happy and to reassure me if i ever need anything at all to contact her or Tenica and we would be taken care of no matter the need. I would for sure and have been telling everyone I know about my experience with acura of Bayshore and that if they were thinking about getting a new car they were the place to go!! I purchased from here in May 2020. I thought because I got my first car during the spike of corona it wasnt too much interaction there. They didnt go over the specs of the veh the paperwork was quick no crazy deep explanation. Which I completely understood at the time because of the pandemic. But then when I had questions/ concerns they are hard to reach... dont return calls. This has been on going since the time I purchased my car.Customer service is A-1 when in store but It seems once they sold me my veh their response to help me is real lackadaisical and delayed. Maybe because I have a mazda and not a acura... but I Have been waiting for my warranty refund for 3 months. No update from them.. nothing.Absolutely Love my mazda but if I had to do it all over I will not purchase from this dealership.
This was the worst experience that I have ever had of all the cars I have purchased. From Sales tge guy having me come out there & not having paperwork done to financing not wanting you to know what youre spending to their giving you temp plates but not processing the paperwork. Now I cant drive the car bcuz its not registered. The girl told me to drive an unregistered car the police in my state will understand& that it can take up to 4 months to get the paperwork. A Black woman driving an unregistered car. Any person will be ticketed. Then she said they only give one temp plate. Shoddy customer service. Im calling Acura headquarters customer retention. Dont buy your car here.
I will say the salesman Matt that helped me is very nice and responsive. I leased a 2020 RDX and within the first week I had to bring it in for service because the radio malfunctioned. Ive been without my vehicle for 2 weeks now but they did give me a loaner. I complained to Matt about my disappointment in the fact that Im with out my vehicle for 2 weeks now and he was on top of the service department and very good at following up. Matt let me know the status. The service rep Larry is nice as well but Im angry because the service department as a whole doesnt keep you informed about your vehicle . If I didnt call or meet with Matt I wouldnt have known what was happening with my vehicle. I started off giving one star and updated my review to three stars because the Saleman Matt actually showed some care and concern for the situation.

He found me the car quickly and made it convenient to ask him questions when I left. Pedro, the product specialist, spent hours with me going over the whole car and all it’s technological features.
