My husband & I had been loyal Acura/Honda customers for years having owned 6 vehicles combined. Upon returning an Acura RDX to this dealership after being assured we could return the vehicle to ANY Acura or Honda location, our arrival was clearly unwelcome and our treatment disgraceful. Mr Mark Weinstein appeared irritated that we’d brought the car to his site. He was extremely rude. Threatened that he could not guarantee that the vehicle would not be vandalized if left in their lot. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the information and the treatment and he told my husband “You’d better take control of your wife!” We were aghast- not only because of this experience, but also because our three daughters were with us and witnessed this unfortunate event.I don’t know if Mr Weinstein was having a bad day or simply disliked Latinos. From the brief interaction with the receptionist, I could see that the employees here are awfully oppressed and must tolerate this man’s poor conduct on a regular basis.I have written 2 letters- one to Acura & one to Honda headquarters- both with return-receipt requests so I have confirmation that they were received, but none has ever acknowledged our letters nor our experience.I strongly do not recommend this dealership.
Acura of Bedford Hills went above and beyond in helping me with my getting my first car. The customer service here is great and they treat you like family. This was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. I never felt rushed and felt that I was given the attention that I needed and wanted. John was a great sales associate and will always make sure that the customer is happy. Next time I need a new car, this is where I will be going.
Sales Review.Last week my wife and I had a great experience buying a used RDX from Acura of Bedford. With Corona-19 in the air, the dealership was operating with less than a full crew. In fact, the only one available to wait on us was the General Manager, Eddie Serino. Having purchased our fair share of automobiles over the past 50 years I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with the GM.What a pleasant surprise. Personable, friendly, courteous, and under the circumstances, very patient. He took his time, explained all the differences between the cars we were interested in, and in a direct straight forward way got us to the bottom line.We got a terrific Acura RDX, in great condition, only 3 years old, looks like it just came out of the showroom. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased.Eddie did a great job but he’s got some super people on staff helping him. Worst experience at any Acura. NEVER coming back. I normally pay $35 for an oil change at my usual dealer but was in the area and decided to use this acura. They charged me $70 for the same oil change, took over an hour to do it, and didnt even get any drinks or snacks while waiting. Every other acura will do it cheaper and better so AVOID THIS ONE!!!
I entered the dealership at around 3 pm on Saturday. I saw one salesperson working with a family. There were four other employees sitting at various desks, with no customers. When no one approached me after about 5 minutes I asked the closest person if she could help me. She directed me to another individual. I walked to his desk where he was writing in a greeting card. When he was finished he asked how he could help, but before I could respond he apologized that everyone was so busy. I explained that I was interested in purchasing a pre-owned Acura. Again, he apologized that they were quite busy. Figuring those who did not have customers might be working on paperwork, I offered to come back later since I live nearby. Instead, the sales person asked me more specifically what I was looking for. He took down the information along with my name, number and email address and told he he would do some research and get back to me. Four days later, I have not heard from anyone. Needless to say, I will purchase my car elsewhere.
Got a flat and was towed here since it was the closest. Told I needed to replace a sensor and pay for it even though its under warranty. Technician I spoke with said sensor was fine but didnt know what happened since it gave him a reading. When I inquired inside I was met with blank stares and a lot of I dont knows. My local dealship changed it without charging me.
I returned my leased Acura to the nearby Buick Dealership (since I was leasing with them) and filled out paperwork that they would return to Acura of Bedford. Make a VERY long story short, they did the previous day. Acura of Bedford lost my car on a lot and it sat there for MONTHS without me knowing. It was reported to credit bureaus that I did not return the car. This has completely ruined my life for the past few months as I was in the process of getting a mortgage. It is STILL NOT FIXED!!! I understand that mistakes happen however the most disgusting part was how Acura of Bedford handled this issue. They hung up on me, told me get over it, refused to call me back, and basically made it out to be my problem because they didnt want to deal with it. I have been distraught for months as I have to sort this out on my own when it was 100% their fault for misplacing my car. I have never felt like being a woman made a difference until I dealt with these men (who treated my fiance very differently). I also have never taken the time to write a review on a car, restaurant, ANYTHING, however the public should be aware that this dealership ruined my credit and chances of getting a mortgage until its settled WHEN IT WAS THEIR ERROR FOR MISPLACING MY CAR FOR MONTHS. They also literally brought me to tears with how I was spoken to every time I called to rectify a problem they created. Stay away!PS I also asked to talk to managers but staff must have been warned not to transfer me because they were somehow unavailable for a month straight although I did leave several messages.
Visited Parts department a few weeks ago. Trevan was very helpful trying to troubleshoot an issue with my parents car over the phone and in person. He took the initiative to speak to a supervisor before he even knew my name or if I was coming into the store. I lost the call while driving. So when I showed up unannounced and he had a solution, I was thrilled.
So I needed to get my tire replaced so I decided To go in this dealer with my tire and rim protection,I was denied by the service head advisor reason was because apparently he couldn’t be on the phone for longer than 20 min with the protection company which was a lie and after that he asked me to buy the tire out of pocket that it would be my best option, they just wanted to make a sale instead of usin the protection plan.Don’t ever go here total waste of time !!!!!
Worst service!!!I have a 2020 MDX and my car was displaying the check engine light. So I called Mount Kisco Service department and made an appointment to bring in my car and I told them I needed a car loaner to get to work and everything was confirmed. So I got there early in the morning (arranging all my schedule to be there at the time they told me) and when I got there they told me: “oh I’m sorry we just realized that we dont have the car loan for you and if you want to come back next week we will have it.” So now my car is still displaying check engine light and a problem with the battery with just 2 months of getting the car and they didn’t do anything for me. So disappointed!!!!!!!!
DO NOT WORK WITH Alfred Makaj!! He kept telling me not to bring cash to buy because him and his co-worker didn’t want to manually count. I got upset by his unprofessionalism and cancelled the deal. He then tried calling me and left me a voice mail saying I can now bring cash or they can process whatever preferred payment I would like to use. What a joke LOL.
BAIT & SWITCH DEALERSHIP!Ive never been one to write reviews, but Acura of Bedford Hills wronged me and I feel the need to share this nightmare experience. I wouldnt expect to be treated as poorly as I was by a Cash for Clunkers dealership, let alone a Luxury Acura Dealership A 1 star rating is too generous!On 12/12/19 - I contacted Acura of Bedford Hills and spoke with Mark Weinstein regarding the purchase of an RDX A-Spec in silver. We discussed finances and came to an agreement on the sales price of the vehicle + tax + dealer fee of $97.50 + registration. I was told by Mark the RDX was expected to arrive by 12/24/19. Happy with the terms of the agreement and the sale price of the car Mark Weinstein offered me, I placed a $500 deposit. Mark Weinstein sent me a confirmation of the particulars of the deal via email.12/24/19 - I received a call from Mark Weinstein letting me know the car was on the lot. Mark needed additional information for a credit application and notified me that I would be hearing from the Finance Manager Robert Bello later in the day to discuss. Mark and I agreed on a pickup time of 3pm - 4pm on 12/26/19 for the new RDX! At 5pm on Christmas Eve, I received a call from Robert Bello. Robert and I started to discuss some finances at which point another voice chimed in on the call and said Hi Greg, this is Igor Sales Manager here at Acura of Bedford Hills. I found it beyond creepy that Igor must have been eavesdropping on the call between Robert and I. Igor took over the conversation from Robert and started explaining that they were not going to honor the price of the vehicle which was confirmed in writing by Mark Weinstein on 12/12/19 via email. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Igor listening to backpedaling and nonsense and decided enough was enough - I suggested we pick things up on 12/26/19.12/26/19 - DELIVERY DAY!...... NOT SO FAST! Mark Weinstein calls me on 12/26/19 just hours before I am supposed to take deliver of the new RDX and nervously explains that he can no longer honor the price discussed on 12/12/19. Mark stumbled and stuttered for an explanation and ultimately told me talk to Igor, I am refunding your $500 deposit now. I asked Mark, please answer the simple question - What happened to the offer that I put a deposit on just two weeks ago? He ignored the question and insisted on refunding the deposit. At this point I asked to stay on the phone while the deposit was refunded for confirmation. Mark angrily responded YOU DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO and *click* hung up on me.A few minutes later I called back Acura of Bedford Hills and asked for Igor. Igor immediately picked up the line and started a rambling rant of damage control. In a STUNNING TWIST Igor actually accused ME of structuring a deal that was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! At this point I advised Igor that I would be posting my experience with their dealership on social media and all of the review sites. Igor took this as a threat and questioned me why do you want to be vindictive to which I replied I simply want to inform others of this very dishonest dealership. I struck a nerve and Igor said THIS CALL IS STUPID and *click* hung up on me.Anyone interested in purchasing an Acura, I HIGHLY suggest taking your business elsewhere.Two thumbs down, 0 stars.
My cars transmission went out on me about 80 miles away from my home. I had my car towed to this dealer ship and was well taken care of. Dan the service rep was able to get me a loaner at the close of the business day on a Saturday at the very last minute. When I got the final word on my car that the transmission was gone on Monday I felt like my world came to an end. I needed a car and I needed it fast. Eddy gave me a call and asked me exactly what I wanted to do. I told him that I was not in the market for a car but given the situation I had no choice. I told him that I did not want to spend a lot of money and gave him the price range that I was willing to pay per month for a new car. I asked him find me a TSX because I believed that was within my price range at the time. Within less than an hour Sal give me a call back and told me he had something that I was going to like . He found me a 2010 Acura TL within the price range that I was looking for and with very low miles. To make a long story short these guys were able to put me in this car by the end of the day and put a smile back on my face.
EDIT #2 August 15: Still havent heard back from Nicole.EDIT July 28: I have emailed “Nicole” immediately, have not heard back at all, and a week has passed.We purchased a new 2017 Acura MDX with a technology package on August 31, 2017 from the Bedford Hills dealership, and the navigation system has been problematic from the very first day. We have returned to the dealership six times so far, on which two occasions nothing could be done because they did not have a loaner car available. Its been almost two years, despite MANY VISTS, the problem still exists. We are trying to schedule a seventh visit but have heard nothing back after reaching out many times. Bedford Hills Acura, we hope that our situation is unique (6 visits and counting to fix a navigation issue), and that you will respond to our messages so our problem will be fixed once and for all.
Following the sale The salesman assured me that I would have my plate transfer in the 30 days before my temp plate ended. A week before it expired I called the dealer told my salesman(mark) plate was about to expire and I hadnt received anything, at which point he told me to just drive my car unregistered and the local cops would understand. He said it was suppossed to be in the next day and he would have it overnighted to me. I went and sat at the DMV for 6 hrs the following Monday after not receiving as much as a phone call from the dealer. To get a copy of my already valid registration. then two weeks later I received my registration without a call from the salesman. They just couldnt be bothered to send it out, or pay for overnight shipping like Mark said because it was postmarked 5 days before.If you have any other option go elsewhere before they have your money and dont care about you anymore. Heed the other reviews and avoid this place like the plague unlike me.
Dont want to read whole review read this or continue down. TLDR: Best bet, go to a different Acura or Honda. Go to Acura of Wappingers or Brewster honda if you want to be treated right and not second guess going to get work done.Hides little issues in hopes customers dont notice. Service manager is EXTREMELY unpleasant to deal with, not sure what rock they picked him up from under. Prices are OUTRAGEOUS, but this goes for most dealerships but to me it seems this place is just a little more pricey. GM is OKAY but can be very sneaky, almost to the point you feel he is hustling you.Overall, just avoid this place.
Bedford Hills Acura was a 5 stars sales process! The sales and finance team were very knowledgeable and fair. Our salesman was new, Torin, he knows the product but, relied heavily on Eddie the manager. So, it was a back and forth process. Eddie the manager is fair and tells great stories. Eddie honored all incentives offered and found our car in the color we wanted. Eddie was extremely helpful and worked with us to get to the deal closed. The price was fair, the fianance manager Mr. Bello was very knowledgeable, amenable and helpful. The whole experience was great... I can only say Android play is not ready for the 2019 RDX yet so, dont believe the hype. Apple play works well...
Worst Experience ever I bought a new MDX for my wife and when I had her go to the dealer to pick up the car and was told she would be shown the whole car and all the options and walk through the car, that did not the happen... The salesmen proceeded to just hand her both keys and walk away and told her have a nice day Would not recommend going here
Just got a 2014 MDX. Eddie, John, and Robert were fantastic. Amazing price for the car, 2grand more for my trade in , had roof rails and running boards installed, picked up the all weather mats with three kids that was a must, the car was beautiful at pick up. Eddie also through in all the goodies of service that other acura dealerships are offering as well first free oil change, unlimited car washes etc. and an interest rate of 1.84. Keep it up gentlemen you have a loyal customer for life :) very very happy wife and mom.
Drove from Danbury to Bredford as they were the closest Acura Dealer to Danbury. I called them in advance to mention the issue i was facing ( Broken A/C) and check for my Acura Extended Coverage. They confirmed that my car is covered and A/C repair is included as part of the coverage. I drove down for 40 minutes to only find that they gave me bad information and my Acura Extended Coverage had expired when i got to 62k miles. My current coverage that runs until 100k miles is only good for power train and transmission. This was discovered only after i cross questioned them. Little bit of due diligence from the staff could have save me 1.2 Hrs of drive and frustration.

2022-02-12Worse dealership, I inquired online about a 2019 hybrid MDX Nicole ended up calling me while discussing the vehicle she kept talking over me which is very unprofessional. Every time I try to mention one thing about the vehicle should she would cut me off not let me finish. After about five minutes of it I was fed up and told her they were not little kids and it’s unprofessional to cut somebody off while we’re talking, please let me finishing my sentence before you talk. She hang up on me I called Right back and asked to talk to the manager, Which was some guy named Ed he got on the phone didn’t care what his employee said or did. Didn’t value my business one bit. There was one sales man name starts with a L I think it was Leon which was really cool polite sounded like he was willing to go Above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

2022-04-29The service department has no integrity in their work.There is no excuse for not properly securing the breaks after adding fluid. My wife and kids were on the NJ turnpike when the breaks failed. Fixing (free of charge) a failure on Acuras part to complete the work properly after the initial service is not noteworthy nor a fabrication.

2020-05-16I had the most amazing experience. I drove all the way from Rochester, NY to get my new Acura. Eddie treated me like family and went out of his way to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. Everything he promised me on the phone came to fruition when I picked up my car. I cant say enough about what a wonderful car buying experience this was. I would recommend Eddie and this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new Acura. 2019-08-23Service is grossly overpriced. Parts and LaborBrought my car in for a Check Engine Light and TCS light. Also wanted to repair a broken turn signal cancel.I was informed that OBD threw errors for misfires and that a spark plug change would correct the two light issues. The OEM plugs are available most everywhere for around $15 a pop, need six. They wanted to charge $710 for six accessible plugs and what should be less than two hours worth of labor. I was told some nonsense that their plugs were different than other NGK plugs of the same model number and an experienced technician would be working on the car. other specialty shops do it for $350.Then the part for the turn signal was quoted at $2,800; I found a new oem part online for $280, 1/10th their price.I was also told that I needed to flush all liquids:Brake Fluid Flush $165 plus taxABS Fluid Flush $165 plus taxClutch Fluid Flush $165 plus taxManual Transmission Fluid $220 plus taxCoolant Flush $320 plus taxTypical Honda fluids, so basically an hour of labor for each liquid.I spoke with Steve the Service Mgr to ask if I could BMOP (bring my own parts) since I could get OEM parts significantly cheaper from most any other Acura dealer, and pay the posted labor to do significant other work, including belts, gaskets, and hoses on top of all the fluids and plugs, a significant amount of billable time.I wasn’t quibbling over $100, or $500 but $1000’s - they would not match prices or allow me to BMOP for install. And it was not as if I sourced parts at some obscure place, but other dealers, for new, OEM parts that I sent a pdf of the shopping cart I had.I have no problem paying posted labor rates, and everyone should earn a fair profit, however not when there is a huge exponential markup on parts, and if their time spent is inflated at their $140/hr hourly labor rate whether it’s mundane work or technical - In essence overly double dipping.At the end, I agreed to have them replace the plugs to clear CEL and TCS for $550 since I had taken a loaner car. If not for the loaner I would have just picked my car up.

2021-06-28I was originally recommended by a friend who purchased an MDX from Mark at this dealership. Went to buy a TLX and spoke with Alfred and eventually decided to buy the car.However the day I was planning on picking up the car, Alfred demonstrated TERRIBLE customer service. What kind of salesman interrupts and raises his voice at a client who is simply trying to pay for the purchase of the vehicle? We asked to speak with the General Manager of the dealership since our first conversation with Alfred but he kept insisting he was the manager. General Manager eventually tried to step in and called us afterwards with a resolution but since we were already being threatened with cancelling the deal by Alfred, we went through with it.Dealership needs to improve their customer service.Edit:Policies set in place is one thing, but still does not defer from the point that the salesman rudely told his client to cancel the deal because of miscommunication and lack of patience.

Sandy went above and beyond in the service department to accommodate my schedule, gave a loaner, quickly diagnosed my problem, fixed It and even cleaned the whole car! Highly recommend this dealership, I won’t be going anywhere else
