I walked into Acura just to browse through my options. Within seconds Michael C greeted me and immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I explained to him my situation with my previous car being deemed a total loss and he was very informative on what I should do next. I suddenly didn’t feel as helpless as I did walking in. I told him I had my eye on the TLX and he showed me the different packages I could get. To be honest, I didn’t think it was doable but Michael never lost hope. He worked with me every step of the way with a smile and incredible patience. Super happy in my brand new TLX! Thank you Michael and thank you Acura for making this process as smooth as possible.
We came in to purchase a new SUV for our family and were blown away with the service! First off the MDX is a beautiful car loaded with amazing features. However, we were blown away with the service from Acura of Huntington. Ive bought so many cars in the past and there have always been issues. However the staff at Acura of Huntington were amazing and the whole process was so smooth.. Totally honest, patient, and respectful. It made buying a car feel like going to the spa. The salesperson Javier Rodriguez was amazing!!! He went over every feature of the car, showed us the differences in packages and options. If youre looking for a new car and want the best easygoing salesperson ask to see him.I would literally never buy another car anywhere else with quality of service like this!!! You will leave feeling satisfied and happy with the whole process! 5 stars isnt enough!
I don’t know if you’re like me and have serious dread and anxiety when it comes to car shopping. I always feel out of my element and anticipate being swindled. Leasing my 2021 RDX from Danny A was truly the exact opposite of what I was worried about. He treated me with respect and was honest about the whole process, including pricing. He worked with my budget and I never felt pressured to say yes. Dan was just a really awesome guy to work with and I will refer all of my friends and family to him. Daniel Akridge is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with! Especially because at no point did I feel like he was trying to “sell” me. He took the time to help me find exactly what was the right fit for what I was wanting and needing. Then when I picked up the car patiently went through all of the features so I knew exactly what everything was. I’ve even called him a few times since and he’s either answered right away or made sure to call me back by days end if he was busy. Thank you for being a normal person and not a pushy salesman, Dan!

Kai Andersen is awesome. We had gone to other Acura dealerships and encountered unprofessional and inexperienced salespeople. This is not the case at Acura of Huntington. We should have gone there from the start. Kai was extremely professional, respectful to me and my family, and made the process very easy. Highly recommend Acura of Huntington. Ask for Kai when you’re there.
My wife and I were shopping for a 2022 Acura MDX and spoke with various dealerships. Dan Akridge at Huntington Acura not only gave us an amazing deal we could not turn down but through the entire process he was a pleasure to work with and extremely personable. He was extremely knowledgeable and educated on the product. We custom ordered our MDX and while we waited *impatiently*(our nature) hed call us periodically with updates on the build and its status, never leaving us hanging out to dry. I cant say enough good things about Dan and the Huntington Acura staff. We made the right decision buying our beautiful redesigned base model (not so base) 2022 MDX though Huntington Acura. Purchased my vehicle at Bayshore but use this location for service for years.I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle that Huntington refuses to honor. Being that the warranty was purchased directly from Acura I was told it should be honored. Bayshore gave me all the warranty info but Huntington would not place the call. After being a customer for years I expected better treatment.
Acura of Huntington provided an excellent experience for me. My sales consultant Niaz (Mohammed), was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and never pushy. He was able to secure a vehicle coming into the dealership, and we worked out a deal with the help of Joseph M. I highly would recommend this dealership and Niaz to anyone looking for an Acura.
Very professional and welcoming place. Also Addys Mejia is a very nice a professional salesman. If anyone needs a salesman who speaks Spanish he is you’re guy. He wasn’t pushy and was patient, and thanks to him I’m driving my Acura tlx 2020. I recommend this dealership for sure!!
We were shopping around for an Acura and Acura of Huntington was recommended to us. We got in touch with Joe M and he assisted us with all of our questions and concerns over the phone. He was a great help as we were new to Acura (we spent many yrs with Nissan). Once arriving at the dealership we were met by Mohammad (salesman) who we had also spoken to over the phone and we were now meeting in person. He was really sweet and made sure everything went smoothly. We left Acura that day with a beautiful Acura rdx A-Spec. Weve now had our car for approximately a week and we absolutely love our new car! A new and satisfied customer. Ive leased several Acura vehicles and can honestly say that my experience at this dealership has been superb. I must say that if you want a pressure free experience, this is where you need to shop. I shopped around and got a great quote from Daniel at this dealership. No other dealer would come close to the price I received here. Picked up a 2021 RDX Tech for my wife and soon will be returning my 18 MDX to get a 22 MDX. *** See below for updates ***Buying a car is an experience. It encompasses many different emotions, and feelings, but it always boils down to one factor – price. If that’s something that is important to you, look no further than Acura of Huntington. However, be prepare for an uneven customer service experience.Here are the pros and cons.Pros•Extremely fast communication when going through the website.•Very competitive pricing compared to other LI Acura dealerships. In fact, they offered my wife and I the best price.•Initial paperwork and deposit was quickly processed, which meant were in an out very quickly at the dealership.Cons•Needed to schedule appointment with finance person for adding accessories.•Didn’t meet with finance person as appointment was scheduled for day she was not in.•Accessories pricing higher than MSRP.•Car interior on driver side door, and side of back seats were dirty.As mentioned above, we were in and out quickly. Things were processed fast. Communication was good. Everything was working on fantastic the first day. Then came the puzzling second appointment with the finance person for adding accessories, and then the mix up with the scheduling, so my wife ended up talking to the finance person over the phone to finalize the “out the door” costs. Next, another phone call to determine final cost on accessories with tax, as that was omitted, and then only to meet with our product specialist the day of final payment. If our product specialist Bruce was able to help us out at the end of the day why not have him help us through the whole process?The final thing that really marred this experience was us uncovering areas of the car that really shouldn’t have been dirty. We added a remote engine start to our configuration, which meant that a mechanic was working inside the car, and could have possibly left the spots inside the brand new car. That’s just speculation though, and should have been caught by the dealer prior to us getting the car. Inspecting the cleanliness of the car shouldn’t be something you have to worry about when getting a new car.We got the car that we wanted, and at the price we were comfortable with. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag, and this prevented us from giving this experience a higher rating than it could have been.*** Update from 12/15/18 ***I reached out to Maria Koronkiewicz, who is the client care manager, and also the person I first dealt with via email, and she promised to fix the issues with the car. She said we could bring the car in any time, and directed my wife to ask for Joe, the general manager, upon her arrival.I can say that after the last visit, the issues that we had with our new car was resolved. Joe was apologetic for the issues we had, and took the time to make sure that everything was addressed. For all that Maria and Joe did to resolve our issues, Im revising my review to 4 stars. The purchase wasnt perfect but Acura of Huntington made up for it, and that counts for something.
We had a wonderful experience at Acura of Huntington thanks to our salesman, Dan. He was able to get me into the car I wanted in less than a week. He made it super easy and stress-free for us. Dan has lots of knowledge on the cars, and he’s a very regular guy and easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend seeing him if you’re interested in a new car, he’s great!
After being mislead by two Acura dealership in Westchester NY where they promised they had the car on the lot in an attempt to lure me to their location, then only to find out that was a lie once I arrived, I was jaded after the Acura of Huntington told me the same thing - come in, we have the car you saw online on the lot. But they were the complete opposite. My sister and I arrived and upon asking for Kai, he pointed us to the car. We were beyond happy that someone is honest for once, we’ve met an honest salesman. Kai was extremely polite, had tremendous knowledge on the product, just an all around pleasant person to work with. The buying/approval promise was easy and seamless. The staff was amazing, the show room is huge and very clean. I highly recommend Acura of Huntington abs Kai to anyone. Very happy with my experience from the minute I spoke with Kai on the phone to the moment we drove off the lot with a brand new car.

I came in as potential RDX customer. I received a warm greeting by Andy (sales). He did a great job making my wife and I very comfortable and took his time showing us the vehicle.However, when it was time to make a deal. A manager (unsure of his name, tall fellow with gray hair) came out and refused to negotiate and almost seemingly tried to mock me. I found this quite rude and left.I took my business to Rallye and picked up the vehicle I wanted 4 days later.
One day I was scrolling through Facebook and I came across a great review on a car salesman at Huntington Acura. His name was Daniel Akridge. A couple months later I was interested in buying an acura. So I went down to acura and met up with Daniel. Long story short, the following day I walk out with a new car. Daniel is more then just a car salesman. He not just trying to get you in a car. He’ll let you know if it’s a good deal or not. There aren’t many people that would do that. This is just one of the things that makes him great. Apart from that he’s a very nice, funny and has a warming personality.

The three hour drive to pick up my 2019 RDX was totally worth it! Lead salesman Dan was absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning he supported my wishes of holding the car until I was able to make it down with my husband to pick it up, and it was a long hold…three weeks! Even after having to extend the hold, Dan was still very pleasant upon meeting us face to face, even throwing in a couple surprises for us which we truly appreciated. The car was ready in about 30 minutes and we were gone and back on the road back home within the hour. Thanks, Dan!
Went in for a new Acura MDX and was lucky enough to be introduced to Dan. Attentive, met all my needs and most importantly was not overly pushy or calling every day. Robert Rodriguez at Acura in Huntington was amazing in every way. He went far and beyond his call of duty to go over every little detail in the car. He understood our situation and tried to assist in a meaningful way. We were touched by his kindness, patience and thoroughness. He painstakingly understood our needs and wants in a car. He then laid out everything very clearly regarding pricing and extras in the car so that there were no surprises and it was easier to make a choice. He made the whole process of buying the car so smooth, took care of all paperwork for insurance and registration before the pick up. Before pick up he went over and explained every control, personalizing settings and explaining anything that might have been accidentally left out. I had enough time to ask questions and clarify. He also went over what to expect during service visits. I am so glad we went with Acura and had Robert to assist us through this process. They did a terrific job!
Working with Daniel Akridge was a true pleasure during my car buying experience. He has honest, up front, said what it realistic or not possible. If all car salesman had the same mentality as Dan, the process would have a much different reputation. The car shopping experience can be arduous and stressful, but that is NOT the case at Acura of Huntington. We were in the market for a 2020 MDX and we are now the proud owners of a new car because of the great folks at AOH. The Sales Associate Dan Akridge listened to our concerns and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The professionalism he maintains and his straight forward approach was a breath of fresh air. The Sales Manager Joe during our brief interaction, was also great and sets a great tone on the sales floor. I cant say enough nice things about Dan. Ive never met a car salesman with the amount of knowledge Dan had about the products he was selling. He took the time to sell the vehicle without even knowing if we were true buyers. I had to ask the lease price of course and was surprised at how economical the ILX was with the premier package. We are an Acura family and we bring both of our vehicles here because of the Speedy and reliable service.Great people! Steve the Service Manager is very attentive and supportive of his team as well as customers. Debbie is also very helpful and kind. My son had a bathroom accident, his diaper failed and she helped with clean up.They send Email reminders for service.Convenient location on Jericho turnpike.Reasonable service prices.Spacious waiting area, complimentary coffee and snacks. Equipped with bar stools and tables for that much needed coffee break. Your going to stay while your car is serviced, take a kid off and have fresh ground coffee.Cable television so you can catch up on current events and reading material of all kinds to keep you entertained. Crayons and coloring sheets for the little ones. Our son prefers to peruse the showroom inventory instead. The restrooms are clean. No changing table but the sink is pretty large. First let me start by saying AMAZING! I called Acura of Huntington in the last couple of weeks of July of 2021 to discuss pricing and availability for the 2021 RDX. I spoke with a salesperson named Jack Moran. From the first call with him I was so impressed and pleased by how he was not your typical car salesperson, I didn’t have that feeling of dread when I spoke to him you know the feeling? The one that you say to yourself, oh I hate this process, I hate talking to car salespeople but not this person or this dealership. He was kind and incredibly helpful every step of the way. I asked him if he could match a price I got from another dealership and he immediately went to speak to the sales manager Joseph Matajy, who as it turns out I knew from another dealership and I liked him so much at the other place too. He spoke to me and said he was going to try to work it out and would call me the very next day. True to his word he did. He made this process so easy and pleasant so different from all of my other experiences. I picked up my new car Friday July 30th 2021.Simply put they are just wonderful. Best process ever. I love Acura’s, this is my 3rd it’s a fabulous car.Thank you, Jack and Joe you are truly, the best!!
Wow. I cannot describe the outstanding customer service I received from Dan Akridge and the GM Joe Bellavia. Dan was extremely responsive, timely, well spoken and detail oriented. My wife Jill and I visited many dealerships, and spoke to NUMEROUS salespeople. We had the good fortune to have Kai Andersen intercept us on a Sunday when he was practically manning the dealership himself. He treated us as though there was no one else there, and I am sure any other customer would have said the same. He was clear, efficient, courteous, honest and no nonsense. We have never leased an Acura, and he certainly was a very big part of our decision as we walked out understanding everything we needed to. Moh was great and gave us a fair deal on our lease. We leased a new RDX with a tech package. The process was smooth and painless. Like any car dealership, things do take a while but Moh was attentive and took great care of us. We will continue to refer to Acura of Huntington.

I very rarely do reviews, but felt compelled to do one for this dealership and its salesman, Daniel Akridge. We recently leased an MDX and the experience couldnt have been better. When we first arrived, Dan never pressured us. He instead, sold us on the car. He explained all of its features and what made the car the best purchase for my family.When it came down to price, the dealership and Dan provided a fair price from the outset and did not inflate the first offer to trick us into believing they were taking off thousands of dollars. They were in the ballpark from the start and made the eventual lease easy to live with.As for pickup, the paperwork was organized and easy and the car was prepped perfectly.The dealership took the time to make sure we were comfortable and understood all of the cars functions.Finally, the dealership itself is clean and modern and supports the refinement the Acura name wishes to portray.Having leased cars for many years, Dan was one of the best salesmen/woman I have dealt with: honest, diligent and professional.Thank you Acura of Huntington.

I just traded in my 2018 BMW 330i xDrive for a new 2021 TLX and I love it! The upgraded package is amazing, and Dan really took his time showing me all the bells and whistles this car offers. Anneliese was so great in getting all my paperwork together and showing me all the different kinds of options and packages I could get on my car. To all that is looking into buying a Acura. All I got to say is that I have been buying cars for years and all makes as well. Acura of Huntington is the BEST dealership to buy your new Acura from. From the beginning I’ve been dealing with Javier Rodriguez and Joseph Matajy, and it has been a wonderful, honest, no BS deal with my daughters new car. I can honestly say it was worth the trip from BKLYN to Huntington dealership. The staff is friendly and very professional at all times. I also want to add Karismah the receptionist and Anneliese Maue from finance in this positive review. Leased a 2021 RDX this weekend from Acura of Huntington. Daniel our sales specialist was very professional and knowledgable. He made the experience simple and painless. Recently purchased an Acura RDX from this dealership. The overall experience was very pleasant. We dealt with Andy the entire time and he was humorous, honest and forthcoming. We walked out with a fair price and we love the new RDX. Any anxiety about walking into a dealership can be quelled when coming here ... theres no fine print or bait-and-switching going on. The sales manager (his name eludes me) was a pleasure to deal with as well. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership if youre looking at Acuras.Edit: Quality of our Acura after almost two years of ownership has been well below expectations. Service Department can be rude or completely void of tact. Should have got a Lexus.

Had an issue with a bad tire on my 7 month old TLX. Called to see if the tire was covered in any way towards a new one but was initially told no. My salesman Kai said let me talk to sales manager Joe. Kai called me back and told me Joe said they would replace the tire at there cost. Wow that was great! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. This is truly terrific customer service. Thank you Joe!!!!!!
The salesman Mohammad was excellent, he greeted us warmly and went over everything in regards to the vehicle. He constantly offered us coffee, water and snacks and made us feel comfortable. He also went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our new car. The experience would have been better had everything been more organized. Everything that we sat down, talked about, agreed and signed on as of price, changed and went up drastically at the time of final signing ( literally overnight ). This made me feel like they had lied to me just to get a sale. Also my add on’s that I requested weren’t with my car at the time of pickup. I had to go all the way back for them to complete what should have been ready when I picked up my car, or at least notified before arriving. Also before we arrived I emailed and called as soon as the dealership opened, to make sure everything ran smoothly. We wanted to use my previous plates and once arrived they had new plates and registration ready and wanted to charge us for it, even though we had called and decided in advance. What should have been a joyous moment of getting a new car turned out to be a huge disappointment. While being disappointed when leaving the dealership, we still thank Mohammad for showing us such great hospitality and for still trying to make sure we were happy after making the sale.
Excellent New Car Buying Experience at Acura of HuntingtonWe had a very pleasant and fast buying experience at Acura of Huntington.We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and met with Juan Reyes, and the Sales Manager Maurice Braver.Juan gave us a very comprehensive rundown on a new TL with Tech Package. We test drove it, loved the car and negotiated a very fair deal with the cooperation of Maurice.Braver the sales manager. Anneliese made very quick work of the finance arrangements and the car was delivered exactly as ordered with no fuss the very next day. We are thrilled with the vehicle, the dealership and everyone we dealt with there.As we picked up the car late in the day , we had not met with the service manager but judging by the very professional Sales Team, we look forward to a similar experience with Service. Great service department. I have two Acuras and an Audi and the service department at Acura is 100 times better. They give you an estimated wait time and its usually shorter than expected. Also leased my last car from here and the salesman was great as well. I got the lease advertised without any pushy sales tactics.
My experience at Huntington Acura was phenomenal. I stopped by because a friend recommended the dealer to me so I took the 40 minute drive to see there showroom. From the beginning to the delivery of our new Acura Juan Reyes was excellent. He was calm, pleasant and he went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend that if anybody stops by they see Juan, he doesn’t put pressure on you and the communication is excellent. Thank you Juan and thank you huntington Acura.
Great Car Buying ExperienceFrom the moment I walked into the dealership until a few weeks later when I drove out with my new MDX I felt like the treatment I received was on the same premium level as the cars themselves. My salesperson, Howard Bergen was thorough, very friendly and applied none of the pressure tactics that I usually associate with a car buying experience. Dealing with him was a pleasure and the couple of managers I met along the way also went out of their way to be friendly and available. The entire experience was terrific and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Acura.
Went shopping for a new car and when I finally decided I wanted an Acura RDX with Advanced Package I got a lot of calls from dealers associate with True Car but none of them were near me so I decided to give Acura of Huntington a call. Went to see them on a Friday and talked to salesman Rich DuPont - he was such a pleasure. I felt so at ease and he didnt pressure me to add any extras - he has a great personality! I did have a car to trade in and was very happy with what they offered (I got a check back, well not yet but it is coming). Bottom line - I picked up the car today, Rich went over the all the tech stuff and I felt confident driving away. I leased and put down a good amount to get the payment I wanted so I cant really comment on price. The only down side is Acura doesnt include any maintenance and I want about to pay $900 for a maintenance package. I totally love the dealership and the salesman but Acura could throw in a car wash or something.So if you head to Acura of Huntington talk to Rich you wont be disappointed.BTW I have never had an easier leasing experience - so nice not to be bounced around to different people.Will update if I ever use their service department.
Walked in to browse pricing options and walked out with a car : ) As soon as we entered the dealership we were greeted by our salesman Juan who talked us through the car options we may be interested in based on our preferences. He grabbed the keys to a car and we went into the dealerships inventory to check it out. We were very happy with the look and all the features. Went upstairs and discussed our current lease details with a different car company and before we knew it we were presented with a fair contract. We compromised on a deal and took care of financing rather quickly as well as insurance. We had to run home to drop off everything that was in our current car and pick up the spare set and by time we returned my new car was washed and ready for its new owner! Juan was extremely professional in all of his interactions. Once the deal was settled he showed us the service department and described a typical drop off/pick up for service. He thoroughly went over the features of the car and hooked up my phone to booth tooth for me! Its been two days of having the car and I couldnt be happier! It was too EASY and the car is too NICE : )

I always knew that I wanted an Acura, and after going to Valley Stream Acura and Island Acura I became disappointment when I left empty-handed due to the fact that they were not helpful and were very pressing on leasing. Came into Acura of Huntington to upgrade my ILX to a different model and was greeted by Ariana. She was pleasant, super attentive and showed me all the available options. Went out to test drive two cars and was not pressured to pick one over the other. Ariana was knowledgeable and answered all questions. I was ready to purchase quickly, but she did not make me feel rushed at all. Process went smoothly. On pickup day, Ariana went over the entire car and all its buttons and was careful to make sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove out of the dealer. We did the lease term negotiation over the internet and phone. Then we picked up the car with the same terms as we agreed upon. I just closed my second deal with this dealership today - loving my new Acura RDX A-Spec. I needed to make an appointment to take care of a recall on the passenger airbag in my 2006 MDX. I was able to speak quickly to a friendly live person and get an appointment for the next day. The man who took my car at my appointment was equally knowledgeable and friendly. Besides doing the repair he also had my car looked over for any other issues. This made me nervous as it is usually a come-on for additional costly work but he informed me that the car was in excellent shape for its age. No further repairs were needed. I would highly recommend coming to this Acura service department.
My wife brought in her 2014 Acura MDX to be serviced. She said she was impressed by the friendly staff that greeted her. They immediately took her information such as the Vin number and what her concerns with her vehicle were. They gave her a free loaner car and she was on her way within fifteen minutes. When the car was ready they called and we picked up our car, that had not only had been serviced, but washed and cleaned. They had gone over the car completely and gave us a report on any maintenance and safety concerns. Charles and the service team should be commended for their professionalism and excellent customer service. This was truly an outstanding experience.

I went to Acura of Huntington a couple weeks ago in search of a new larger/safer vehicle to drive around my daughter in. Well, let me back track for a second, we started out at Acura of Smithtown (because we live in Smithtown). We walked into the Smithtown dealership and were not looked twice at. So after a half hour of roaming the lot and getting an idea of what we liked, we drove 30 minutes to Acura of Huntington. Right as we were walked in, we were greeted by Robert Rodriguez. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did not come off overly pushy. He let us take everything in at our own pace, which made it easier to weigh all our options. Because of his service, we went back the next day to negotiate & ended up leaving with the floor model RDX. I couldnt be happier with the car and the service provided by Robert and the team at Acura of Huntington (I dont recall everyones names, Im sorry, but we were assisted by the manager, finance woman and another used car salesperson during the trip - all were superb). We had our 3 month old daughter with us who was getting very fussy, they made the process as quick as possible so we could get out and get her to the comfort of her own home. Robert also followed up after to see if everything with the car was good & if we had any questions. For this service, I will be a lifetime Acura of Huntington customer. They were great! Got my broken mirror fixed and a tire repaired. My tire had been losing air for a few weeks, so I had it checked while they were fixing my mirror. They found a nail in it, and were able to patch it instead of replacing the whole tire. I was impressed with their honesty on not trying to make extra money by replacing the tire. Charles was who helped me out, he was super nice and knowledgeable. And they even washed my car!! (And it was really really dirty!) They were great, highly recommend them!
Came in to look at a pre-owned Mercedes ML350. The sales person that helped us was courteous and helped us to reach a deal. Agreed on a price and a value for my trade in. Completed most of the paper work to purchase the car and financing. Ended up financing through our own bank and didnt opt into their warranty. Told us to come in a couple days later to finalize the sale and to take the car home. Came back on the date and time they told us just for them to say that we cant give you the amount we agreed on for the trade in. Dropped the trade in value by a 1000 dollars. Didnt know that thats how car dealerships worked now a days. Spend a couple hours negotiating with rep and manger just to have it changed the day you come to sign and pick up the car. I guess since we didnt sign up for the extended warranty or financing through them, they wanted to take more cash from us upfront. Horrible experience and a complete waste of time. Only positive outlook was the sales rep was a good guy. Courteous and worked hard to get us a deal that worked for both sides. Manager and finance woman were the opposite.

Changing my review to a one star for this dealership! Originally had a great easy experience leasing a vehicle. The return of this lease was disgusting. Rude receptionist and rude management. They are not familiar with processes and procedures. Customer service should be full circle! Seems like they cared only to lease but not take back. Asking for $$$ to take back the car knowingly it was not necessary. Obnoxious and rude. Will never go back.

Fantastic experience here. This is the second vehicle Ive purchased through them and its always no hassle and fast turn around. They addressed all of my concerns and made sure I got the deal and vehicle that I wanted. My suggestion is go in person, pick the car, discuss the deal and then smile all the way home :) their service department is great as well.
I struck some construction debris and damage both the two wheels and tires on the right side of my Acura TL. I called my Roadside Assistance provider and was informed that requiring flatbed transportation is not covered. They would be happy to arrange assistance at my expense and could not provide any schedule.I called Steve the Service Manager at Acura of Huntington whom I’m on a first name basis because of his liberal open office policy.He gave me the phone number of the towing service they have under contract, told me to get a lift with them, and he would have a loaner car available for me.When I arrived at the Dealership Charlie Wiener, the Assistant Service Manager had taken care of the necessary preliminaries. I got my loaner and my car was moved into a service bay before I departed. The car was ready early the following morning.Usually when one is faced with a situation like this they find they are taken advantage of and overcharged. Reviewing my invoice I found that if had shopped for the services and parts independent of the accident; I would have paid a few dollars more.This why I have been a customer of this Dealership since it opened 6 years ago.
My husband and I cannot rave enough about the service we received at Acura of Huntington. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such warmth and had the pleasure working with Ford ( yes that is his real name) who was an amazing individual. Purch experience was excellent. Ford and Maria handled everything through email very professionally. No price haggling. Delivery was quick and seamless. The whole process from time of initial contact was just a couple of days and there were no surprises.I was disappointed in dealer prep. (Lack of attention to detail).I received a weak battery signal on second remote upon arriving home. I needed to go to local dealership to remedy as huntington dealership was 2 hours from me... cost was trivial but annoying for a Acura cpo.There was a yellow oval spot on drivers side chair which will require my attention to remove. Again I feel it should have been addressed by prep folks.Lastly we were a 2 hour drive from you folks and had to rush home to pickup my daughter.I was disappointed to find we only had half a tank of gas. FORD (our sales person)indicated that was Acura policy on used cars. Seems like a cheap approach for a plus 30k purchase and left a bad taste in my mouth. So to save @ 25 dollars you have an annoyed customer...really!!!Overall experience was very good but with just a little effort could have been outstanding.

Had a great experience buying my first acura. Jim was by far one of the best salesperson I have dealt with. He gave it to me straight did not do any salesman talk or be my long lost buddy. He was nice and detail of explaining everything about the car. What mostly impressed me is if I asked him a question and he did not know he would tell me and would get back to me on it. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone.

Bad Service, Bad Customer Service at the Service Center. Very Disappointed in Acura for this location being that I am so used to good service. My car had stop with me due to battery issues and the Acura in Huntington NY Location was about 15 minutes from my job. I was told that they could not bring to work because they were not making any money enough to cover the cost to bring me to work. I took a Lyft to work that was approx. $11.00. I got a oil change, A new battery under warranty and a key repair. My total bill was $76.03 ....That is not enough to take me 15 minutes??? Than I rushed over on my lunch break to pick up the car(I called prior to make certain the car was ready and was told it was ready) The car was not ready. The Navigation system was still asking me for a code. I had to waste more time to wait for them to fix this issue. Like said Bad service, Bad customer Service very disappointed in Acura being they are usually really good with service at other location.
Turned in my leased vehicle for another RDX. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and friendly making me feel comfortable to purchase my vehicle. For the second time Ford was my salesperson. He laid out all my options, answered all of my questions and followed through to make this transaction seamless. I would definitely lease my next vehicle at Acura of Huntington.
Great Service! My wife and I are loyal Acura customers and our 2002 MDX was done. We needed a last minute lease of an RDX and Bruce (sales) and Annaliese (finance) worked all day to make sure we were able to get a car at a reasonable rate. We even had a hiccup with our account and were able to get a loaner car for the night since out car was no longer working. The next day we were driving a new RDX. The service and compassion is so genuine. We highly recommend this dealership.
Acura of Huntington put me into a 2014 RDX and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Greg Giordano (my contact at the dealership) made the process a smooth and efficient one, answering all of my questions, taking his time to explain car features without unnecessary flourish and never ever pressuring. Drove hours to Huntington Acura from northwest NJ yesterday because they had the exact MDX we were looking for, traded in our existing car, bought the new one, and drove home in it the same day. Salesman Nate Paulino took us through the whole process in just a few hours, answering all our questions and making sure all the details of the bi-state transaction were taken care of efficiently. From Nissan back to AcuraMy family was an Acura family back in 2000 and 2003, having owned one and leased two Acuras. Well, for the past 6 years I was a Nissan Murano lessee. But, the last two leasing experiences with Nissan were not very pleasant. They were extremely long processes and I came away not feeling all that great. They had no respect for my time and no patience for my questions. Buying or leasing a car should not be a hassle or unpleasant, but, should be a time to enjoy your new car. After all, it is an important decision and major investment.Well, after an attempt to lease my third Murano from the same dealer as the previous two, I got the run-around, deceptive answers or no answers at all. Thats when I decided to go back and see what Acura had to offer. Well, I am glad that I did, and especially happy that I chose Acura of Huntington!After an Internet inquiry, I received a call from Catherine Fanelli of Acura of Huntington, who was most personable and pleasant to talk to. Judging from that phone call, I felt I had nothing to lose by visiting their showroom. I was pleasantly greeted and spoke to Ms. Fanelli who showed me the RDX I had inquired about and introduced me to Tom Aveni. Tom was the most helpful, straightforward salesman, (here they are Product Specialists), I have ever dealt with. Every question I had was handled with concern and respect. He was easy to converse with and made my choices very clear to me. He was patient and treated me as a valued potential customer. If he didnt know the answer to a question, he immediately found out. I took the new RDX out for a test ride, asked about different pricing options and various questions about the car. Tom knew the answers and I made a decision to lease my new RDX from Tom. From there I went to the dreaded finance person. I say dreaded because that is where I previously had the worst experiences. But, not this time. Anneliese was personable and professional. She presented my options and gave me her advice, but, respected my decisions to either buy, or not to buy optional equipment. On my way out, Maurice Braver, stopped to say Hi and I told him that I had a pleasant experience and how helpful his staff was, especially Tom Aveni. So far, so good, I hope and I believe I can be assured that everything will go well when I pick up my new RDX this week. This, by far, was the best leasing experience I have had. I have been leasing cars since 1997.I would recommend Acura of Huntington to anyone who is interested in an Acura or thinking about switching to an Acura, I did and am happy that I did. By the way, they have a beautiful showroom, and a very neat and clean service area.
I have bought Acura MDX 2011 and was very pleased with their exceptional service. Sales Manager and General Manager are great individuals as they went beyond the limit. Also Service Manager are really courteous.I think this location location really focus on customer service and their pricing and customer service are exceptional

He Is GREAT!I had shopped for a new car for my wife for about 6 months. I finally decided on the 2017 Acura MDX (Tech AWD) . After deciding on the car I went to at least 5 dealers in my area and even a few more out of state. Two weeks ago I was driving on Jericho Turnpike in Huntington and passed by Acura of Huntington. I stopped in and was greeted by Jim Messa, a salesman for the dealership. I told him I had already test drove the car and had been to a few dealers. He was very informative and invited me to test drive the car once more to refresh my memory of the car. He was extremely informative and gave me his Best Price. He could not quite match the price I had received from another dealer, but I promised him I would keep in touch! This past Tuesday, I called Jim & told him exactly what I wanted and what I needed to pay for it. He put me on hold and came back 2 minutes later and assured me he could met the price. Very satisfied with Acura of Huntington, particularly Charles Weiner in the service department.Not quite as pleased with Paul from Select Auto Glass who came to Acura to replace my windshield. A 10:00am appointment turned into 2:00pm necessitating leaving my car overnight, which was an inconvenience.
Acura of Huntington is by far the best dealership my husband and I have ever dealt with. This is the second vehicle weve gotten here and I must say the experience was amazing. From the get go John (LaRossa) did everything possible to get me the car I wanted for the price we wanted it for. He never stopped trying to get us exactly what we wanted. When I picked up my new car at Huntington Acura it was like no other experience I ever had before. The Car was wrapped like a Gift. It had BIG RED VELVET BOW on top. The car was so Stunning, the bow was so gorgeous, and to top it off my set of keys came with its own set of perfect red shinny, shimmery perfect bows for good luck.Huntington Acura is new dealership which has taken the experience of buying a new car to level which all dealers should take notice of. Acura PurchaseI purchased a new Acura RDX from this dealership after shopping around at several local (Long Island) dealers. The staff were courteous and helpful and offered the best price. There was one minor difficulty at delivery with remote start units but I am confident this will be rectified quickly. I would recommend this dealer and the salesman (Juan Reyes).
I went into the dealership for a second time and was greeted by John LaRosa who was outstanding with his knowledge & professionalism. He took me on a test drive with the RDX which was more than just a quick ride around the block. I was able to really see how the car handled the road and absolutely loved it. I thought I would be negotiating a deal for 2014 RDX but John knew I really wanted a white one and was able to get me into a 2015 for a great price...This was the BEST car experience Ive ever had. . Juan Reyes makes doing business very easy.I saw a car on the USAA website that I wanted to check out. Within minutes of sending a request I received a call from the manager who connected me with Juan. Juan was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Since I live 75 miles from the dealership, I didnt want to make any unnecessary visits. Juan took additional pictures so I could see every aspect of the car, had the Carfax in my e-mail in a matter of minutes, correctly filed out all the paperwork and e-mailed it to me so I could review it before I got to the dealership, in short all I had to do was walk-in sign the papers, pay for the car, take the keys and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Juan Reyes & Acura of Huntington.
I have been to many dealerships, Mazda, Honda, Paragon Acura , Porsche , Mercedes, etc. This dealership beats them all, especially the service department. Charlie Wiener has always been very professional and super helpful! This may sound a little crazy. I even thought about bringing in my other car here for service even though its a different make. This is how much I like and appreciate them.
Worst service advisor I ever talk to, if I didn’t know better I would say he is racist. I think his name was Tom. Told me I was wasting his time when I ask him to confirm the problem before I decide which service to perform. Never coming back I take my business to Acura dealer in Manhasset and got my car serviced same day.
I highly recommend Acura of Huntington. The staff (Bruce, Maurice, Anneliese) are true professionals ! My experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant and smooth. The dealership is spotless and they go out of their way to make sure the customers are comfortable and satisfied.
Just purchased our 2015 RDX and this was, BY FAR, the easiest and nicest dealership we dealt with. The entire staff was welcoming and went out of their way to make the purchasing process and easy as possible. Tom Aveni was a pleasure to work with, something that is not often said about car dealers or salesman.Although we just bought this new RDX, we already can safely say that Tom & Acura of Huntington will get our future business.
This dealership will refuse to discuss or negotiate with you unless you go into the dealership to experience the vehicle first. I already knew exactly what model and trim car I wanted but their Internet Sales Manager, Maria Koronkiewicz, refused to work with me unless I came in. I ended up purchasing my car the next day at a competing dealership where we negotiated everything in advance. I simply went in, signed the paperwork and drove off in my new MDX. If you hate high pressure sales tactics, skip this dealership and go elsewhere.
Rich was the one who helped me out with leasing my car he was amazing. Rich and Joe helped me get a great deal for my new ILX. After all paper work was done Rich and Allie showed me all about the new ILX. I had an amazing experience and definitely recommend this dealer to others.
Customers beware and how bad this place is turned into.... I dont even think one star justifies experience I had with this dealership today. I will never step foot in this dealership again after General manager Joseph Bellavia ordered the assistant Service Manager Charles Wiener do not service my 2014 TL for oil change and New York State inspection today 3/17/2018. The two main reasons the General manager Joseph Bellavia ordered to refuse to serve my 2014 Acura TL are:1, after I questioned about my last oil change which dealer put in the wrong oil, 0-W20 instead of 5-W20 for my Acura TL SH-AWD. I entrusted this dealer and never questioned anything were done on the past. Until before today’s service appointment, I looked at my last oil change record done in this dealer and found the dealer put wrong engine oil to my Acura TL SH-AWD. I brought this issue to Mr. Weiner & Mr. Bellavia and expressed my very unsatisfied that this simple oil change could get so wrong. Mr. Weiner and Mr. Bellavia had no an apology for the mistake done in this dealer. Instead, both defended this mistake and said 0-5W will be fine for SH-AWD engine or there was 5-W20 oil used, etc. At the end, the general manager Mr. Bellavia had feeling I will not give the dealer a good review for today’s service if my Acura TL were serviced, when I receive the service questionnaires.2, I didn’t purchase my Acura TL from this Huntington dealer in order to honor other Acura dealer’s coupon as promised at last service.On the past, I always got calls from the Charles after each service to give them highest rating on review. Dont over pay Acura of Huntington. I had a rough experience dealing with Joseph Bellavia the general manager. I worked out a agreeable price on the phone after a initial visit and test drive with sales rep. I had to drive back out to sign paper work and they then came up with this issue why they could not sell me the car as agreed on. So I walked out and they then called me back next day. They wanted me to come back and honor the deal. So they give me the dollars I needed and I returned. They miss calculated the price and my bank check was over the amount i needed to pay. So they said they would get me a check for the difference next week. I explained that i been thru this before with another dealer and it took months for the money to be returned. I was told not to worry.Well its a month later, made several calls and emails to the dealership. I still dont have a refund which is due to me. The sad thing this is the forth car I have bought from the Burns family who owns the dealership. Back in the day its was a ford dealership. I guess new and returning clients need not to trust them. :(
Had a very pleasant, relaxed experience dealing with Howard Borgen and Anneliese Maue of Acura of Huntington. No pressure, no rushing-thru. Howard is a gentleman, very patient and focused on his clients needs. Howard went to great lengths to find the best finance options based on the mileage I require, and applied Acuras current incentives. So I ended up with much more car inside that price range. Im happy to have found them especially after a terrible experience looking at another make, where the salespeople at that dealership were like wild animals in a cage.Would recommend to all, the car is awesome and the facility there is really something!

2022-03-27I have been shopping for a RDX for sometime, I walked into Huntington Acura and there in the show room sat this beauty, RDX SH AWD Advanced phantom violet pearl, I instantly fell in love. My salesman Jack M. Was awesome worked with me on the bottom line pricing, it was a little higher than I wanted to pay, he got it down to the price I was comfortable with, no pressure tactics, just a pleasurable buying experience. If you are looking to purchase an Acura I would recommend checking out Huntington Acura, they go the extra mile for their customers!!!

2022-02-12We had been shopping for a good SUV for 6 hours that day with no success. As we were heading home we saw this Acura dealership and decided to turn in not having done any research about the brand or dealership. We were introduced to Dan as our salesman. From the very beginning, Dan was extremely helpful. Hes very organized, compiled a check list of things we wanted in a vehicle and showed us the right fit. After my wife and I decided on the model, Dan helped us to crunch numbers for both leasing and purchasing options. On the day we decided to pick the vehicle, Dan spent a good hour and half with us going over all the features in the vehicle, configuring our phones with the blue tooth etc. I am very happy with Dans level of service and dedication to the customer and would highly recommend him to anyone.

2022-03-24I was shopping for a car with my 81-year-old mom who was recently widowed she was very stressed about getting a car because the lease she had was coming due this was the first car she was buying on her own. Dan was very knowledgeable and considerate listened to her needs he was not a “pushy car salesman” he also went out of his way to locate the color she wanted. Had a lot of patience when delivering the car to explain how everything works.
