Words can’t describe my gratification towards Dr. Kolker and his staff. Ever since the consultation, Dr. Kolker, and his staff made an amazing effort to develop a relationship, to get to know me and understand my goals. The staff are so incredible, they’re personable, caring, and act like they have known you for years. They all work together like one big family. Dr. Kolker, from the beginning, got to know me and my goals and from there he talks about the best approach for you. The entire process I felt involved with everything he was doing and was so well informed. he always answers questions or concerns you might have About anything. Leading up to the surgery they led me though a pre- surgery regimen and I felt completely ready and at ease the day of the surgery. Right out of surgery, they watch you to make sure you are alert and pain- free. The staff made the post- surgery a breeze. Once I got home from the surgery, Dr. Kolker gave me a call to make sure I got situated at home and to let me know a little more information . Once you leave, they check in with you almost daily to make sure you are not having any struggles and if you have questions. Dr. Kolker wants nothing but the best for you and it really shows. Nothing else to say but worth every. penny. and I will always be loyal to this team!

I dealt with asymmetrical breasts my entire life up until I turned 26 and realized that I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore. I went for so many consultations none of which made me feel comfortable, until I came across dr. Kolker. Not only did he make me feel extremely comfortable, he explained in detail all the options that were available for me. The outcome of the surgery is more than I could have ever hoped for. It exceeded all my expectations. The staff is incredibly accommodating and so nice they make you feel like family. Doctor Kolker for years has been distinguished as America’s top doctors. I don’t think there is anyone better than Dr. Kolker. He is magical, outstanding, and a genius! He is compassionate and caring. I have gotten breast augmentation and abdominoplasty. I am beyond happy with my beautiful natural looking results. The staff is also incredible. Ashley who is a nurse there responds back to emails with any concerns in less than an hour. The entire team is on your side. Dr. Kolker and his team literally changed my life when going through my breast reduction procedure. I went from an H to about a C due to severe back pain and other complications. Everyone in this office is extremely helpful and was always available to answer all of my questions before and after surgery. I had paperwork that I needed to handle and during every step of the way I was assisted with everything that I needed. Dr Kolker not only answered all of my questions about my breast reduction but he made me feel extremely comfortable and was honest through every step of the way. He genuinely cares about his patients and his team does too. When looking at my before and after pictures I am in shock and am so grateful because Dr. Kolkers work is amazing. Having recently undergone surgery, for the first time at 19 years old, I experienced first hand that for Dr. Kolker treating the patient also means taking care of the patient. From my first appointment when I received his consultation and advice, until the day of my procedure, Dr. Kolker supported me and took care of me every step of the way! Dr. Kolker is a superb plastic surgeon. He is truly an expert in his field and is able to articulate how he will accomplish the goals you intend to accomplish no matter what surgery you are having. I first walked into Dr. Kolker’s office just over 1 year ago after being diagnosed with a BRCA2 mutation to discuss the possibility of having a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy. As a 28 year old woman this was the biggest decision that I had ever been faced with and to say the least, I was overwhelmed with what lay ahead. When I first walked into Dr. Kolker’s office I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and was immediately calmed by the serenity and beauty of the office environment. I did not wait long before being taken back into a room and was quickly greeted by Dr. Kolker and his nurse. Dr. Kolker immediately made me feel at ease by taking the time to answer each and every one of my questions. I did not feel rushed through the appointment AT ALL. Suffice it to say, I chose to move forward with the procedure and chose Dr. Kolker as my plastic surgeon. Over the past year both Dr. Kolker and his entire team have EXCEEDED my expectations on every level imaginable. Everyone in his office from the receptionist to the nurses to his coordinator, Jillian, has been professional, flexible and extremely supportive. Dr. Kolker was available and willing to answer questions at any time of the day (or night)! I have never in my life met a doctor that is so reachable. In regards to my results, I am thrilled – he is truly an artist.Dr. Kolker has changed my life forever and words cannot describe how grateful I am to have found and chose him as my surgeon. My name is Valentina, I come from Italy and I was operated on a breast augmentation by Dr. Kolker on 10/16/18. I have faced a long journey for this intervention, traveling from italy to nyc but the final result has been more than satisfactory infact incredible. Dr. Kolker is a real professional and above all he proved to be very human. He explained everything to me in a very clear and gentle way taking into consideration my needs, carefully evaluating my physical structure trying to respect it with a proper breast size. In fact, my advice is to rely completely on him because he really knows what is best for your body. BEST EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS!!! WOW!!! I recently had surgeries done with Dr. Kolker. From the moment I met Dr. Kolker and his staff, they made me feel safe and comfortable. They are sincere and genuine from start to finish. Dr. Kolker is an incredible surgeon. A true master in his profession. The results of the surgeries were BETTER than I expected or could ever hope for. Ive never received as many compliments as I have now, and I am still healing, as its only been a week. I had a major weight loss procedure with Dr.Kolker about 10 years ago. I had a body lift with liposuction after losing 160lbs in a year on my own with diet and exercise. I had met with a few doctor prior to Dr.Kolker in Manhattan and they didn’t feel “right”. I was recommended to Dr.Kolker through a family friend who had a similar procedure as myself and made a consult appt. As soon as I walked in and was greeted by the front desk staff and the patient liaison At the time Jillian.. I knew something felt different almost immediately compared to the other “top doctors” I had met with prior. I didn’t wait very long in his waiting room until I met Dr.Kolker for the first time and I was very much comfortable as soon as he introduced himself. He was so genuinely warm and caring and really wanted to help me get rid of the loose skin I had from losing weight. After talking in the consultation room I then met with him in his personal office to go over photos of past patients work to see what I should expect and we spoke more and he just made me feel like “he had this” his work and awards also helped put me at ease. God only knows how many plastic surgeons are in New York State and the fact he is ALWAYS on the top doctors of New Yorker Magazine and Castle&Conelly put me at ease even more and helped me realize I was making the right choice by choosing him for this MAJOR surgery. The day came and after the procedure and 10lbs of skin removed I woke up in the hospital recovery room with a nurse who stayed with me throughout the entire night who thank God helped me do the most basic tasks. 6am rolled around and sure enough Dr.Kolker walked in the hospital with a suit and tie to see how I was doing and he was not doing any surgeries in the hospital that day... but that’s just the type of doctor he is. If you want the BEST of the BEST without that stuck up attitude and a down to earth humble man with hands of Gold... Dr.Kolker is your guy.
Dr. Kolker and staff have been nothing but phenomenal in my experience. Since the very start any nerves or trepidation were immediately soothed by the wonderful bedside manners. Dr. Adam Kolker not only met my expectations, he exceeded them! I am so thankful that I was referred to him and am so thrilled with my breast augmentation results! I have always been uncomfortable with my body type, tall with virtually no breasts! Looking back, I’ve always toyed with the idea of one day having a breast augmentation, and so I decided to just do it. Nearly 3 years after my breast augmentation and lift I am STILL happy with the natural, perky results Dr. Kolker was able to achieve. The friendly and informative staff are simply incredible. I honestly didnt even go on any other consultations... once I met Dr. Kolker I knew he was the doctor for me, even after hearing that a lift would be necessary to give me the results I desired. Cannot express what an amazing doctor Dr. Kolker is !!!!!!! Changed my life forever with breast augmentation and fat transfer. I had about 10 consults with “top doctors” throughout New York City until I met Dr. Kolker. After my consult, I knew he was going to be my doctor. As I am approaching the one year anniversary of my breast augmentation, I could not be happier with the results! I have one word to describe Dr. Adam Kolker and his staff: amazing. I had been researching breast augmentation for years, and had even met with several doctors but never felt confident to go through with it - until I met with Dr. Kolker. I must say that before my consultation I was really impressed by Dr. Kolkers credentials and before and after pictures, but as soon as I got to the office, I was blown away by the warmth of the staff and the calming atmosphere. When I met Dr. Kolker, he was charming and thorough, and incredibly informative and honest. I knew immediately that this was where I was going to have my procedure. I was always an A cup and hoped for a C cup, but did not want to look implanty. My results are so awesome!! I had silicone implants and they look so incredibly natural. I just love them. The surgery and recovery was so much easier than I expected. Almost 1 year later, I feel like a new woman. I was inspired to write this because I met a friend recently who confided that she had her breasts done (she looks amazing too), and that she had the best surgeon... and as I began to insist that mine was the best, it turns out that both of us had Dr. Kolker! He is an artist, a professional and a true gentleman. The girls in the office are incredible too. The entire experience was so easy, and my results are amazing. Cannot thank him enough!
If I could give this physician and his practice 20 stars, I would. I actually left his office in tears- because I was so touched by his kindness, honesty and integrity. In my 8 years in Manhattan, I have been repeatedly shocked by how money hungry everyone is here- even doctors and psychologists, whom I always thought would be more empathy driven. Meeting Dr. Kolker gave me hope that good people still exist. Long story short, I went in convinced I looked grossly unsymmetrical and fat, and was ready and willing to spend a lot of money for lipo. He very honestly assessed that I didnt look as bad as I thought, and talked to me about diet and exercise. And then, after spending a long time talking to me, he didnt even accept his consultation fee! So he basically made no money off me after spending a long time talking to me. I would wholeheartedly recommend this doctor to anyone and everyone who needs a plastic surgeon. His reputation as a skilled surgeon is already well established.I learned about him from Allure magazine and then spent a long time researching him. I do think if you are a good surgical candidate, you will be pleased with your results. But on top of that, you will have the experience of dealing with an amazing human being, and equally charming and amazing staff.
So I went to Dr. Kolkers office for a consultation. My girl friends are regulars, going to him for whatever they need. Decided to finally try it out. Before I went, each and every one of them told me I would love Dr. Kolker, but absolutely hate his staff. And they were totally right. They are completely rude, snobbish and talk about you RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!! HELLO, I HAVE EARS!!! I AM NOT DEAF!! They dont even try to hide it! They absolutely made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in there. Mind you, I am not a person who gets uncomfortable easily. But its definitely hard to ignore when you hear the comments! Dr Kolker please do yourself a favor and hire a new staff! You are too good for that girlish, immature BS! I did not book a follow up. My friends deal with it because they love Dr .Kolker. His work is amazing. His staff? Not so much. (this came from 7 of my friends, feeling the same exact way!!!) Highly disappointed.
My experience was v good! I live in S FL and my son in NY needed a recommendation for a mole on his face. I dont know Dr. Kolker or his staff but when I called they gave me a wonderful recommendation w/o any attitude at all! My son had his Mohs surgery with the doctor, who they recommended and the outcome was excellent! Highly recommend this good doctor.
The staff is polite but extraordinarily unhelpful. I finally got an appointment and waited 4 months to only be cancelled on weeks before. Then when I attempt to make another appointment the staff isnt interested in helping me at all. If you have a job with normal hours good luck getting in to see him. Very disappointing. Snobby. I dont mind paying up for good results but you actually have to have results first.

His wonderful team - Ilyse, Katta, Lauren, Ashley, Julia Rose, and Lindsey - made me feel like I was Dr. Kolkers only patient (but clearly not of course because he is so coveted, there is a very long waitlist just for a consult - BUT SO WORTH THE WAIT). Throughout the entire process, Dr. Kolker & his team were extremely responsive and attentive with every little question I had - and I had a lot. I could not have felt safer and more confident in his hands. I could not be happier with my results!

2022-09-20If you want to make a dream come to life, Dr Kolker is the guy. He is so talented, thorough and precise. Going into our consultation, I was unsure if I would follow through with cosmetic surgery but once I met him, there was no going back. He was everything you would want in a doctor. I was never rushed and I felt so comfortable putting my life and my body in his hands. His confidence rubbed off on me and he made me feel beautiful again. Dr Kolker was always very present and gave me undivided attention. He is truly an artist, a cosmetic genius and overall such a pleasant person! His staff was always so pleasant to talk to and I never felt like I was a bother to them. The nurses are so smart and so kind. I am so happy with my decision to use Dr Kolker- it makes me wonder why I didn’t find him sooner.

2022-08-26Getting breast augmentation with Dr. Kolker is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long to figure that out.Its been just over two months since I’ve gotten my implants and I’m thrilled with the results. I now have beautiful, natural-looking breasts that are proportioned to my body height and shape.Every time I go out, even if it’s to do a simple errand, I have more confidence than ever, even though I’m fully aware that it’s not something anyone else would notice. I just have an inner sense of peace and calm. I feel like a complete woman. For anyone who has decent breasts, it may be hard to understand what this means. But if you’ve lived your entire life wearing padded bras to mask the reality of your breast size or shape, no longer having to deal with those insecurities is truly a dream come true, as cliché as it may sound.With all the research I’d done to make an informed decision, it’s clear to me that many other surgeons don’t have Dr. Kolker’s skill or talent, and had I gone another route, I may not have gotten the results I hoped for. I’m convinced that choosing Dr. Kolker as my surgeon has played a tremendous role in my overall satisfaction and happiness.And his staff is top-notch and absolutely lovely!! 2022-09-12After I had my third and final child I was ready to take care of myself and I am so glad that I decided to move forward with Dr Adam Kolker. After having nursed each of my children for one year, I felt ready for a mommy makeover. Needless to say, I am beyond thrilled with my breast augmentation and abdominoplasty. I wanted to look very natural up top and correct my 4” diastasis. Dr Kolker did not disappoint, he did an incredible job! Not to mention that Dr Kolker and his entire team/staff are always incredibly warm and welcoming. It is always such a pleasure seeing everyone there. 2021-11-25Dr Kolker is the nicest friendliest most professional dr I have ever met with the most courteous bedside manner ever. He takes his with his patient explaining in detail everything and answering all questions to the patient and the patients family. I felt calm and most importantly of course that I was in the best of hands. I could not have asked for a better experience from the beginning of the process till the end. 2020-10-12Dr Kolker and his team are incredible! He is extremely thorough and kind. After seeing multiple surgeons, I left my consultation with Dr. Kolker feeling much more comfortable and confident than I had anywhere else, and right away knew that moving forward with Dr. Kolker was a no brainer! During the consultation he made me feel so comfortable and talked through all possible options, answering questions I didn’t even know i had! As a young woman, I was not sure what to expect and what questions to be asking, but Dr. Kolker and his team guided me through every step of the way. Shortly thereafter, I scheduled my tuberous breast correction procedure. I am now close to four weeks post-op and I could not be happier! I look and feel AMAZING, and am so happy I chose Dr. Kolker for this procedure. After my surgery, his team was attentive and quick to answer any and all questions throughout the recovery process, which was so reassuring. I would not change a single thing about the process, and can’t thank Dr. Kolker and his lovely staff enough for making me look both beautiful and natural!

2019-08-17I have been a patient of Dr. Kolkers for almost 9 years and all I can say is that he is quite simply the best! He is a perfectionist and made me feel 100% comfortable immediately. Since my surgery was non-elective and I was dealing with a scary diagnosis, finding a brilliant plastic surgeon as well as a kind and caring doctor was very important to me. I also have found his office staff to be very helpful and accommodating. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kolker and his staff other than I would HIGHLY recommend him to my closest family and dearest friends!

2021-09-12Please if youre considering surgery, Dr. Kolker & his team is the ONLY place to go. His office and staff are very nice and he is the most compassionate and understanding Doctor I have ever had. They take the time to listen and respond to every little comment and concern before, during, and months after the procedure. I have dealt with the physical and mental anxiety that came with TBS since I was 12. Not only did Dr. Kolker listen, he created results that are beyond my wildest dreams. Through his rigorous pre-surgery checklist, I found out I have VWD so my blood doesnt clot as easily. Im 22 y/o and Not even the military had caught this on my health screening. Dr. Kolker then took the extra precautions to make sure everything was going to be completely safe during surgery. A week after the surgery, I had a bleeding scare one night and after Facetiming Dr. Kolker on a Saturday at 12am, he checked everything out right then and there and reassured me that it was normal (which it was). The choice to have surgery was a huge personal investment in myself and I have zero regrets about anything. Dr. Kolker is an artist and his work is life changing!
