This is the worst Hajj agency you will can find. I had so much trouble during my Hajj I do not know even where to start. They are incompetent and does not take care of Hajjis.
This review is a based on personal experience with my family we performed Hajj in 2019. Its really nice how they take care of all details, Friendly staff, Would very much recommend.
I went for Haj with them in 2017 and for umrah in Dec 2018.Good Experience and very friendly people in the office.
Very helpful right to the point. Special commendations to Sumaiah such a hard working lady. Would highly recommend this office for any travel needs

This is the worst Travel Agency ,took me 3 days to even get the phone receptionist.The tour Men Named Mohamed elgendy kept hanging up the phone on is telling us he was busy to talk.Worst customer service .Never ever contacting them they are highly rude and unethical.
Well Organised and Honest People with lot of experience to handle situations which only few companies can.
I tried it for Hajj and my experience was not good.
Best price.Very friendly.and very truthful.

2018-11-20Provided a great service. Really enjoyed the Umrah and entire trip. Hotels and travel services were great and kept all the timings and appointment right on time. Local agents were available to help 24 hours. I will Recommend you guys to family and friends.Thank You

2014-03-07Excellent place to process Visas! I was in a rush to get Umrah Visas for my family. Adam Tours was VERY friendly and assured me that I would get our Visas on time whilst other agencies refused to even work with me due to my time constraints. I would highly recommend this place. 2014-03-07Processed our Umrah Visas in less than 4 days. When you call ask for Sumaiya as she is easy to understand and very friendly. Would deal with them again, I’ve recommended them to my friends and family.

2016-03-23I use AdamTours for the last 6 years for umra Visa Excellent service I received from them year after year. I sent them my family passports on Friday, the following Wednesday I got a call from Sumaya, who by the way is very helpful and told me that my 5 passports were ready and on their way with a tracking number . What more to ask! . If you need Umrah or Hajj Visa or any packages for family. Adam Tours is the place!hajjwifak

2012-12-04This business is very reckless and does not care about their customers. I made reservation with them to go to Saudia Arabia for Hajj and I was expecting good service but unfortunately I was disappointed and Id like to warn future customers to avoid them in the future. Here are some of my complaints details:1- When I arrived to Jeddah airport there was no any help, guide or direction to the hotel.2- Many times I tried to call their phone number in Jeddah with now answer.3- There was confusion in the hotel reservation that let me change the room in the first night for many times.4- They do not have their own transportation and they rely on cabs and private cars.5- They lack how to organize a group of people. They are terrible and do not respect time at all.6- Our accommodation in the Azizyah city was in an apartment building which was in very bad condition.Please warn other customers to avoid their business.

2018-08-29STAY AWAY.Horrible management. Nothing is organized. Your hotel reservation wont really exist - they will take you to a hotels lobby and have you wait 8 hours for your flight out.We had a hotel for 3 nights while we needed 4 nights. There is one employee - Osama ElSayed. We show up and then he is writing down a list of people and assigning rooms etc. Zero planning.The worst part is that many other travel agents are sub-contracted to adam tours. Try to avoid all of them, as at the end of the day, your service will be from adam tours.
