The owner was nice to us and very help full. Had the part we needed and any time we need anything we will go back thats for sure. He is also a vet with good in his heart.
So accommodating and there price is so reasonable I rented a scooter for the weekend picked up Friday morning and drop it off Monday morning for $140
Owner was very friendly and patient. He looked up any info we asked for.
Their new location is much easier to get to and very convenient being right off the interstate

2021-09-23AMAZING PEOPLE!!! I have worked with this company twice for an adaptive scooter and I can’t say enough nice things about them. Eddie helped me out when I was in a real bind, when no other company could help! When we were in the market to purchase an adaptive scooter we came back and once again were impressed beyond compare. Thanks you guys again for being so wonderful!!!

2021-07-03I went to purchase a handicap scooter I researched online but Eddie the owner insisted I compare all his FHA collapsible models. He stopped me from making a terrible mistake. I absolutely chose another with more features at lower pricing after actually comparing std eq to paid options. No pressure, great information and a great 1 piece collapsible scooter with all the bells & whistles #300 weight max not that I need it BUT, :D...Thank You Eddie..The handicap items he sells and and rents is endless from stairlifts to pwr wheelchairs.

2021-03-04Where to start? I have SO many good things to say about this company. Professional, knowledgeable and kind are the first things that come to mind. Made a recent purchase here of a rolling walker for my neighbor and she LOVED it! They had an assortment of colors to choose from and many safety features built into each. I could not be happier with the customer service, selection and price points. I would give this shopping experience 5 stars again and again. Highly recommend!

2019-01-23Eddie is great. He really knows his merchandise. Very professional.He called us back in a very timely manner. We live MUCH closer to another business and did not have a good experience. We drove 45 minutes up north to deal with him, and were not disappointed.He understood that we needed a scooter asap, and we actually left withone that day. Thanks Eddie!

2019-08-06Eddie was awesome! He called me back the same day and came out and looked at my Dads electric wheelchair the same afternoon!! I had told him I thought the problem might be the batteries as the chair hadnt been used for a long time. He brought two brand new batteries with him, installed them, he even inflated the tires and checked the charger to make sure that was working ok as well. The batteries did the trick and the wheelchair is like new. He was so friendly and he really wanted to be able to help us, which he did. My husband and I will DEFINITELY recommend him to others and if we need him again I know where to call.Thanks Eddie!!!

2016-06-07Eddie Litwa is one of a kind!! I first met Eddie a year and a half ago when I was having issues with my scooter and needing repairs. He and his Dad were there for me and helped when I had nowhere else to turn. It didnt matter to him that I purchased the scooter elsewhere, he just wanted to help which he did. Eddie is a fantastic Guy who truly cares about people with issues and goes above and beyond to do everything he can to help you out! Today I needed his help again and he came through for me as he had in the past. I needed new batteries for my scooter but he was at Bike week in Warrensburg when I called him. He made special arrangements to accommodate me and get me the batteries I need for our up coming trip. I personally dont know of many other dealers that would go out of their way to help their customers. Eddie is a wonderfully caring person with a wonderful company. He has me as a customer for life and I can proudly say, if need are ever in need of specialized equipment give Eddie a call!

2016-04-29I cannot say enough good things about Adaptive Equipment Enterprises. The service, professionalism, and quality are beyond reproach. Our daughters wheelchair had replacement parts ordered and was repaired to its original condition faster than we could have hoped. We ALMOST wish well need more repairs so we can repeat the wonderful experience we had with this outstanding establishment. We feel as though we have not merely enjoyed a successful transaction, but have also made a friend.

2016-10-23Adaptive Equipment Enterprises is a one of a kind, compassionate and caring company for those who are trying to maintain their mobility or for those who need to find products to increase their adaptive abilities! Since my fathers mobility has decreased, my need for adaptive mobility equipment has increased. After my fathers surgery, Eddie delivered and set up a lift chair that we thought wed only use for his recovery, but Dad didnt want to give it up, so the rental turned into a sale! THANK YOU, EDDIE! Eddie and his Mom are people that I will never stop recommending to future customers! They are there for those of us in need and THANK YOU for helping our Veterans!!!
