We always have a wonderful experience at Adelberg/Montalvan Pediatric Dentist! The entire staff are amazing with my kids and provide the best dental care for them! Ever since we switch to this practice a few years ago, my kids love going to the dentist!!!

Hands down best experience going to a dental office! The office is very clean and has an extremely cool atmosphere for children. The front desk (Trish) is so kind and thorough. I was able to make and get my child in for an appointment in a timely fashion. Dr. Mark is awesome! He is super patient, kind and understanding. I think we found our forever pediatric dentist office. Love this place! Referring everyone I know with kids here. Thanks everyone for the great care my 2 year old received. You guys are great!
Dr. Alyssa and this office are amazing! My two year old knocked out her tooth. It was late that night and Dr. Alyssa took her the next day as an emergency visit! She was so patient with my daughter. Just went for a followup and her first regular checkup. They got us in on time for our appointment with no waiting at all. They have TVs on the ceiling to distract your little one and the teeth cleaning was quick and painless for her. My daughter did so well because they know how to take care of children here! I would recommend them to any child that needs a pediatric dentist. (She also loved the Peppa Pig toothbrush and toys!)
This place is AMAZING!!!! the girl who bought me in and took my temps super polite and made me feel super comfortable. The assistant Joanna made me feel super relaxed while taking my X-Rays. Dr Alyssa made my visit go Smooth and worry free.The ladies at the desk were super sweet and very helpful while booking my next appointment.I would 10/10 recommend everyone bring their kids here!
Me and my children LOVE this dentist. The office staff is absolutely amazing. All the dental hygienists and staff are amazing with the kids. They talk them through everything and make the whole experience comfortable and fun. The dentists are very thorough and patient with the kids. The office decor is so fun and inviting. Everytime I tell my kids we are going to the doctor they get excited and ask if its the teeth doctor. I love that they use the laser for cavities. Both my boys have had cavities taken care of with no shots, no drills, and absolutely no tears. Coming from someone who hates and is terrified of the dentist, Im so happy they have provided positive memories which will hopefully last in long term dental care as adults. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve every one.
Dr. Ericka and her staff were all very friendly and professional. My daughters first dentist visit went so smoothly! She loved the fish decor in the room and made an instant connection to the staff that were super nice and offered her things to play with. Dr. Ericka was very informative and patient with us. You can tell how experienced she was with children as she interacted with my daughter.
At Adelberg Montalvan Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics you will never get less than the best. They are a very dedicated team from the receptionists to the assistants to the doctors they will surpass your expectations. My two children have been going since they were 3 and are now 7 and 12. My son recently needed to have two extractions and my daughter two cavities. The staff make them feel at ease, they will never pressure you into any procedures, they will guide your child through all the steps providing information that is at their level, never scary and make the experience as much fun, comfortable and easy for the parent to endure since we tend to suffer more than our kids do sometimes, lol.Great job Dr. Mark and staff.
I have been taking my kids there for years. They take extra care of my one child with autism. They Actually ‘get’ sensory and work with him to de-sensitize having tools in his mouth. TVs on the ceiling while in the chair add an extra touch!!
Absolutely wonderful location, dentists and staff! Felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I scheduled the appointment over the phone. Seeing this place made me jealous I didnt get to have such a fun dental experience that my kids enjoy. They arent scared and enjoy their visits. Everyone is helpful, talkative to make the time go by, before you know it, theyre done and youre out the door. Fantastic experience and I will continue to bring my kids here :)
This is my daughter’s dentist and I was very pleased with the dentists and staff. When I found out they now accept adults, I decided to schedule a checkup and cleaning. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Dr. Sabrina is fantastic. The office is warm and welcoming and it helps make the dental experience pleasant. It feels good having a reliable, knowledgeable and friendly dental practice close to home that takes good care of my kid and me also.
We had a wonderful experience. My child tends to get nervous going to different kinds of appointments. There wasn’t a nervous bone in her body from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The staff was all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office.
My son is 5 and had his first cavity filled this morning. It was super fast and simple, he was done in 30 mins with no tears at all. There were no needles and he was completely fine to go to school right after. Great experience as always.

What a great experience! My 6 year old had anxiety about coming based on past experiences with other dentists, but left her appointment here talking about how much fun she had and how she can’t wait to go back! Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!
My son is 5 and had a tooth extraction today. Dr.Alyssa walked me though the entire procedure being that this was a first time for me as a parent with this type of procedure. She was very patient and my son was completely comfortable with her as was I. We were able to be in and out in a very timely fashion all staff front and back were so pleasant and caring. They also called to check in on my son later on in the evening. Very good first time experience.
My daughter had her first dentist appt today, and it could not have gone more smoothly! The office was very well prepared and we were seated as soon as we got there. The hygienist and dentist were very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. Thank you for such a great first experience for her!

This is the BEST pediatric dentist practice!! Everything from the office personnel, COVID precautions, kid friendly decor, friendly staff, excellent with kids and also very professional. My two sons both had a flawless first visit with Dr. Allysa. I highly recommend this office.
I was able to schedule both of my childrens 6-month cleanings for the same day/time. The check-in process was very efficient with new Covid-related precautions, and the front desk staff members are always so friendly and helpful with billing and insurance questions. Dr. Marc explained everything clearly as did the dental hygienist, and it was a successful check-up. My children are very comfortable going to Adelberg Montalvan, which is a kid-friendly dental practice.
My daughter is six and scared of everything. After getting her two cavities filled she asked me when we can come back! They have the sweetest most caring staff, from the front desk to the dentist. They truly care about your experience.

The dentist was incredibly nice, gentle, and thorough! She brightened my teeth beyond what I thought possible as a chronic coffee drinker, as part of the normal cleaning. She also gave me a lot of advice about signs of teeth grinding and where to focus my cleaning efforts. Very pleased! Would never have known they do adults if I hadnt brought my kids here, first- so for those adults looking for a great dentist, they do adults, too!!

This pediatric dentist is second to none. Took our 4 and 2 year old children to the West Islip office. Very clean and friendly environment. Nothing but courteous and professional service. Dr Adelberg was awesome. Staff knew exactly how to make our children feel at ease. Highly recommended.
This is definitely the best Pediatric dentist office out there. Dr. Marc is amazing. He made my daughter feel very comfortable at her dentist appointment. She did not cry once. With covid going on they made this the easiest dentist appointment. In and out with no issues. We felt safe and well taken care of. Im lucky my 3 yr old has no problem going to the dentist. He was so excited for his prize and new tooth brush! Highly recommend them.

We had a very positive experience on January 11, 2020, with Doctor Marc Adelberg and his staff in the West Islip office.This was our daughter’s first pediatric dental appointment and the entire staff including the front office, dental hygienist, dental assistant, and Doctor Adelberg himself, were polite, genuine, knowledgeable, and very caring towards my wife and myself, and my daughter’s anxiety while she experienced her first dental appointment in her life.We highly recommend this practice, and believe that we will have positive patient experiences for many years to come.

I have a 2 year old with autism who has sensory issues with brushing. I cant express the anxiety I had prior to his appointment as this was going to be his first visit to the dentist. Dr Marc Adelberg is nothing short of amazing! He is extremely knowledgable and experienced in working with not only with children, but the unique issues that come with kiddos on the spectrum. He seamlessly evaluated my son, cleaned his teeth, and provided a fluoride treatment. He also shared a wealth of knowledge and advice regarding my sons preventative care. I cant express how grateful I am to have found him and highly recommend him and his wonderful staff!

This is an amazing pediatric dentistry office. My son is not comfortable or easy going about going to any doctor but he truly enjoys going to the dentist! Nicole the hygienist is phenomenal. I cant say enough about her chair-side manner. Its something like you have never seen!
I can not say enough about this practice. My children love coming here. Whether they are here for a cleaning or even dental work, it is always a wonderful experience with no tears!!! My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Ericka. As a medical professional myself, I would not take my children anywhere else.

Dr. Marc is magical !! After many dentists told me the same thing that my 4 year old daughter had to be put under anesthesia for her extensive dental work , i was so upset and did NOT want her put to sleep !! I didn’t give up. I found Dr. Marc and he’s the only one that had the kindness and the patience to do all of her dental work without anesthesia !!!! She felt so comfortable going back to see him for her many visits . The office staff is incredible !!! The best decision I made !!

Beyond satisfied and a happy mother again after coming out of this office. Both my sons comes for the routine but my oldest had half his crown come off and they fit me in right away barley a wait and had the most patience with him while he did not want to have this procedure done. I will not go anywhere else. Been going here for over 4 years and will not choose anyone else. Thank you again.
I brought my 2 daughter ( ages 2 and 4) to see Dr. Mark and was expecting it to be a complete nightmare, as my 2 year old is your typical 2 year old who does not sit still. From the minute we walked into the office it was a pleasure! The nurses were so sweet with them, letting them pick out their tooth brush and flavor to clean their teeth. When Dr. mark came in he explained everything to them, letting him touch his gloves, ride up and down in the chair, counted their teeth, played music on their teeth, and finally did the exam which has a total breeze and NOT stressful at all. My 2 yr old asked every time we pass the office when we are going back! Both girls had an amazing 1st time experience at the dentist. If you do not go to this practice, I highly recommend changing to them!

We love going to Adelberg Montalvan Dental! We used to go to a general dentist and we left after my youngest wouldnt sit in the chair! Now we never have problems coming - the entire staff (including receptionists) is very kid friendly, the atmosphere is inviting and the dentists are very thorough. We even had a problem once with a tooth knocked out and the dentist called us from her cell phone to check on us! Highly recommended.
This is the best pediatric dentist around. They are patient and understanding and kind. Best of all, they work fast !! We never wait for our appointments and my daughter actually likes the dentist now !!!

Dr Adelberg is an excellent dentist.He is kind,caring and professional. We take our daughter,age 7, to his office.I highly doubt that you will find a better dentist, I highly recommend. He also has a great staff.
I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Mark for a yr and a half and we always have a great experience there. Everyone who works there is exceptional, the office is always clean and the kids have a great time playing while waiting. The wait is never long, we are always seen on time.
I dont love going to the dentist but wow Adelberg and Montalvan make it so much easier. The office is so so nice and I love all the doctors. The laser makes it so easy to get fillings with no shots. They work with my insurance and have great hours. If you go ask for Dr Bennet!

Been coming to Adelberg since one of their original location in Massapequa. Very happy when they open led in West Islip. My kids like to come extra early because they love the office so much. Im never worried my kids would be uncomfortable with any of the dental services. Wish I had this growing up!

This office is the Disney World of Pediatric Dentistry! I was absolutely blown away from the minute I stepped into AMPD. I would recommend Dr. Bennet & Dr. Postel 1,000 times over again! My Nephew has actually asked me twice since our last visit if he could go back!

They will talk negatively when you leave, they dont wear masks but then they tell you to wear one. Dont do thorough exams.

The team here is so good with children. My son felt so comfortable at our visit today due to the super interaction with the hygienist. She was so friendly and positive which made him relaxed and a willing participant to get his cleaning done quickly.
My son is always anxious about visiting new places. I was blown away at how cooperative he was. and how patient the staff were with him. They walked through every step with him and were so friendly. When I asked my son if he wanted to go back he said “YES!”. Added bonus with the toys and the games in the waiting area.

2022-06-23I recently brought my 6 year daughter here . She is extremely scared of going to the dentist from a prior experience somewhere else. This office came highly recommended so I decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did, from the front desk to the doctor, everyone is wonderful!! Dr. Alissa is so patient and kind , the assistant was so caring. They did my daughters filling , done in less than 10 mins. No needles!!! We will be coming here for years to come!! Thank you guys so much☺️☺️☺️☺️

2022-08-03I have two kids, (4 and 1) who are both terrible at the doctors office, so I put off the first dentist visit for a while. My 4 year old wont even step on the scale at the pediatrician but walking into this office was like stepping into a play place. The under water theme was exciting for the kids, the interactive games in the waiting room kept him so busy playing that there was no anxiety waiting to get into the exam room. The staff was so kind and made the visit really easy for both of us. My son sat right in the chair, put on some cool sunglasses provided by the hygienist and was totally ready to go when she asked him to open his mouth. He left saying he had so much fun! My one year old was really tough still, but everyone there was very helpful in making her visit quick and as painless as possible. The best experience I could have asked for.

2022-05-24My 17 mo had his first dental appointment this morning & everything went as smooth as possible because of the kindness & care all staff members met us with. From front desk when I called (Stacy), to front desk in person, dental assistant & Doctor Erica everyone was awesome! Office is so clean and adorable ! My son was fist bumping the dr by the end of it all, no fear at all! So happy.

2021-10-22I have such a fear of dentists and I wanted to make sure it didnt rub off on my son. I am THRILLED we made the appointment here. I got to fill out the paperwork prior to the visit electronically (which you know is a lifesaver) from the moment we walked in the office my little guy was made to feel like he was at Disney World I swear! Our hygienist Corinna was insanely good with my two year old. She explained everything to him, let him check out her tools, pick his toothpaste and a toothbrush and watch Toy Story while he was getting his cleaning. We met Dr. Alyssa afterwards and she was so warm and explained everything we should be doing. The office staff was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this office for your little ones-- its too bad I cant go here too lol !!

2022-06-19Very nice please with great emergency help! Our child accidentally knocked her tooth out and I was able to get a appointment for the same day even being a new patient. The dentist was extremely helpful and reassuring that she would be completely fine and was very kid to our child as well and didnt even cry. By the time we left our oldest was hoping it was her turn with the dr. Definitely recommend!

2022-02-03They are so nice and attentive to my children (5 and 2). They take care to explain everything to them and make sure that they’re comfortable. If my kids have a question when they’re cleaning their teeth they stop what they’re doing to answer question. My kids aren’t scared in the least to go there.

2022-06-09Dr alyssa & Carmen saw my 3 kids today in west Islip and had a fabulous visit! Everyone from Stacey & francesca to Carmen, Joanna and dr Alyssa treated my kids with such kindness. I will recommend this practice to everyone I know!
